That, not to be harsh, would be part of the reason why you're not on staff nor weren't considered for staff. Every member has the ability to enforce the rules or proper behavior. Those posts though in the member's lounge/fun and games are still a lot of spam and are quite inappropriate. You could have stopped them, but you didn't. Unless you change a lot(ilke I told you before, at age 13 one thing would not get involve with sifer for he is the biggest trouble right now)
