I kinda read some books of his like the Dome which is a rip off of Gone but i can understand cuz he said he loved the Gone series so much he had to try to make his own version.

Gone is by Michael Grant its like some crazy stuff Stephen King would come up with but its a great story and the Seems is more of a kid book but it is a deep story that really gets you thinking.
Read Pendragon, i say that has to be one of the greatest series with harry potter, i think if harry potter had never gotten big, Pendragon would have been what HP is now.
