Well, you answer those questions, send to one of the staff members through a PM, we assign you to the clan based on your answers and a new sub forum pops up for you. The sub forum is titled by whichever clan you're in and only admins and clan members can see it.
Overall, nothing has happened yet with the clans =|
There needs to be some sort of system before it can all work. Prizes and junk, otherwise no one will participate =\
