With Antonio as the first character, you should portray the story through him. It's an effective way to show who's the main/leader and what not. when writing, write as if you were Antonio, much like how you've done your intro.
As an example, I'll use the first scene.

<New chapter>
"C'mon you guys! We can't just let them just kill us like that! We gotta go!" I shouted at .the boys. We were running from the local band of thugs in the outskirts of town. A pretty normal thing these days....
Alex was in front of me, he's the cocky one. "I know that! Get off my back!"
"Shut up you guys...You're both so damn annoying!" and Adam, the cool guy. Leading the way with Leo running backwards just to scold at us both.
"Guys there's the forest!" Leo shouted. Leo's the smart one, and how he's in front with Adam was a mystery.

But finish the script first. Since you've started it like that, may as well keep going =]

Checking. It's got potential. The script makes it less interesting, but if you were able to put it into a story with correct wording, it could be a damn good fan fic.
