Cold play: Guilty or Not?

Cold play being sued for their song viva la vida... I saw this coming, and now its just funny to see it happen... Now with the songs we have now days, you could find another song with similar chords or notes but only until it makes it big will everyone knotice, just like cold play... What are your thoughts?...
