Creating a Franchise

    How does a person go about creating a franchise? What needs to be done?
    Reason imm asking is cause im thinking aobut creating a Hotel Franchise, key word, thinking. i realize working at busch deals with ALOT of customer service, patience and tolerance. so 'd figure i'd comeback to busch next year and probabyl be trained as a supervisor or apply to a couple of hotels, work there for 2 or 3 years, climb my way up while learning the business, go to school and get a degree in business management and go from there. i know doing this is no easy task...just..hm idk. what else needs to be done?
