Colonel Caboose The Man, the Myth, the Legend

It has been three hundred years since the events of Dragonball GT. The Z fighters have been protecting the peace in secret, with each generation, more stories and a new legacy. Technology has remained the same, and many of the things of the past have remained also, like the Budokai Tournament. All the years of peace have prepared this next generation of warriors, and the legacies that have been held on Earth.

    Name: (obvious)
    Gender: (guess)
    Species: (human, namek, etc.)
Age: (over seven and under sixty please)
Appearence: (a description or pic would do)
    Personality: (how he/she behaves)
    Background: (history basically)
Fighting Style: (a DETAILED description of the way he/she fights)
Total Power Level: (you choose from my list)
    Strength: (physical might baby!)
Speed: (attack speed and general speed)
Stamina: (how much punishment they can take/how long they can fight)
Ki: (ki manipulation and special move strength)

    Support Character Character Sheet:

    Name: (obvious)
    Gender: (guess)
Species: (you know the drill by now)
Age: (not too young, but have a ball with old age)
    Personality: (how they behave)
    Background: (history)
Significance: (how are they a support character, what do they do?)

    Custom Move Sheet:

    Name: (technique name)
    Type: (combination or special)
    Sub-Type: (see subtypes)
Damage: (physical damage to a person's body)
Pain: (how much damage it feels from the victims perspective)
Required Stats: (how much strength and speed do you have to do for a combo, how much ki for a special)
    Description: (describe it in detail)
Learning: (can others learn it, can certain people learn it, is it teachable, etc.)

Sub-Types (Specials): Wave (think kamehameha), Blast (big bang attack), Ball (supernova), Repetitive (gekiretsu madan), Defensive (a barrier for example)
Sub-Types (Combinations): Rush (fast, not so damaging), Smash (strong, not so fast), Weapon (weapons implemented), Ki (ki implemented)

For fighting style, seriously, just describe it. That simple. You can have a weapon, which can't be broken unless you want it to be. You can choose your power level from this upcoming list, but be warned, you strength, speed, stamina, and ki have to add up to your total power level. As a note, you must have a ki level of at least 100 to hover, and 200 to fly around, like a plane.

    Open Power Levels: 750 TAKEN, 700, TAKEN 650, 600, 550, 500, 450, 400
All other power levels less than 400 are automatically accepted.

Here is a move list you can buy from, given you have the right ki.

    Moves:
    Basic Ki Blasts* - Free
Kamehameha - 250 Bought by Answer Man
    Galick Gun - 200
    Big Bang Attack - 250
    Dodonpa - 200
    Masenko - 150
    Death Beam - 250
    Finish Buster - 300
    Burning Attack - 250
    Special Beam Cannon - 350
    Destructo Disk - 200
    Psycokinesis* - 200
    Afterimage* - 300
    Gekiretsu Madan* - 200
    Darkness Eye Beam - 250
    Eraser Cannon - 250
    Big Tree Cannon - 200
    Trap Shooter - 200
    Explosive Wave* - 250
    Super Explosive Wave - 350
    Deathball - 350

More will be added over time. Any with an * can be bought be multiple people. If you buy it, you can change it's name, just let me know.
A new rule for the moves (not reserved), once bought, you can't buy them. Which would suck, if I didn't add this rule. If you want a move that is already bought, with permission from the owner, you can be taught by it from the owner during a time skip of at least 1 year. As in you want Masenko, but someone has it. With permission, during the next time skip, he can teach it to you. Easy to understand right.

For a note, there can only be two saiyan blood characters, and they are up for grabs. They each start with 800, and one is Goku descendent and one is Vegeta descendent. Simple right. Update: Goku desendant taken.

For some fighting rules, since there will be fights, no auto-hits (unless permitted), no auto-kills/knock outs (unless permited). There are the numbers factor, so if you are weaker, you won't fare so well against some of the bigger guys. These are flexible rules, so if something happens, let me know, and I will attempt to solve the problem.

When the IC gets up, once seven (7) pages have been completed, a tournament will begin. So this is like a grace period for all those who join. So have fun.

    Name: Icer
    Gender: Male
    Species: Changeling
    Age: 360
    Appearence:
    NORMAL FORM
    [IMG]

    5TH FORM
    [IMG]

    Personality: Evil and twisted

Background: Icer is the Grandson of Cooler, he follows in his grandfathers foot steps in many ways. He has acquired a 5th form like his grandfather, he also takes a liking to his ki based attacks. Though the only thing he does not follow in, is his fighting style. Icer, like his race, has done what he does best. Destroy planets and sell them to the highest bidder. He has a universal breaking record of how many planets detroyed and sold, which broke his Grandfathers record by two times as many. He has set out for a new planet, that so far has caused trouble for his planet that, his Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and Great Uncle failed at destroying. Though he has many reasons for coming to this planet, his top one being a secret to all, but himself.

Fighting Style: Icer prefers the hand to hand combat. He also likes to use his tail like a third arm, and will to show off or brag will result to using his feet like hands and only using his feet. He likes the quick agile attacks and goes for the weak points of the body. He will though, to make
sure that he is unpredictable go to full out brute power attacks, to keep his enemies from guessing his next attack or to look for a pattern.

Total Power Level: fourth form 750 Fifth form: not yet to be shown
    Strength: 200
    Speed: 200
    Stamina: 150
    Ki: 200

Just one issue, I think that instead of having set power levels, they be implied. For example, a main villain in the RP should just be implied as having a higher initial PL as the heroes. Just a thought. In fact I'd say it needs to be more flexible from a character creation standpoint.

I think there still needs to be some number base system of currency for the moves. So people can't just have an unlimited amount of power and moves. Also when there is a dispute about something we can look at the facts at each characters PL.

  4. Answer Man

    Answer Man Man I'm Awesome

    Name: Kiroko
    Gender: male
Species: half human, half Sayain, like gohon.
    Age: 16
Appearance: when he gets super sayain, http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z68/monkeyboy20071/BLACKGOKU1.jpg

    frist form: http://i.neoseeker.com/mgv/245479-Animalfan/479/23/1224936404_7043_full_display.jpg

Personality: A big bone head, never listens to any body, but when the going get's tough, he gets to beating. He can be nice, and is very go with the flow kinda guy, fights his fights his way and wins how he thinks is the best, sometimes he will listen to others to help him. He is still learning his powers, he really has never gotten his full power.

Background: Kiroko is gokus descendant, he is mostly sayian, but has a bit of human in him for he is also a descendant from gokus son. He always thought that being good would get you now where, i mean he was always messing up and not caring for anybody or anything, maybe his mom and his only friend, but other than that, he was a loner, he never thought he would have to be a hero. His only problem is he cant go SS yet.

Fighting Style: a rush in kind style, mostly he made it up a mix of martial arts and street fighting, think of Yusuke Urameshi and you got my person. He has master the Kamehameha, but can only do full power when he's really in a fight. He has only done it once, fighting his destined rival Vegeta's son. trying to get ka to ken attacks, but not so good.

Total Power Level: up to 800
    Strength: 200
    Speed: 300
    Stamina: 99
    Ki: 250(sometimes)

You know your power level can be higher. Desendants of Vegeta and Goku get 800. So if you want to be weaker than your limit you can. Also I keep things very strict, not very often I allow things to happen. So if your powerlevel is 650 your speed, strength, stamina, ki have to add up to 650. If its 800, you have to minus 15 from something. If you minus 5 from speed and 10 from stamina, it would be a good idea if you still want your Kamehameha. your ki has to stay at 250 for you to keep it.

Why bother with a currency though? Just establish a limit in what attacks can be used initially.

If anything, I'd like to snag a villain spot. Could my PL possibly match that of Icer though, if not for the sake of keeping true to the show's theme of powerful villains? If not, then I'll shotgun that 700 spot and make myself a minor villain until the PLs get higher up.

I can make an exception, and I'll give you the option of a secret or unobtainable power level by other users, for the sake of the show powerful villians. 1000, I tihnk would be enough, if not. Tell me what power level you think you should have.

Maybe just around Icer's level of power. My initial character will be a minor villain, and I'll likely introduce a more powerful one as the plot progresses, and some characters die out, and such. Though, would it be permissible for me to utilize my own original KI moves?

Fun fact, if he's a descendant of Goku, after three hundred years, then he'd actualy be more human than he is Saiya-Jin. Human blood would have saturated that heritage over time.

It would be very fine if you want to make your own moves. I actually prefer it rather than buying moves. It adds more imagination and creativity to the Rp. Here's the sheet.

    Name: (technique name)
    Type: (combination or special)
Sub-Type: (see subtypes at first post)
Damage: (physical damage to a person's body)
Pain: (how much damage it feels from the victims perspective)
Required Stats: (how much strength and speed do you have to do for a combo, how much ki for a special)
    Description: (describe it in detail)
Learning: (can others learn it, can certain people learn it, is it teachable, etc.)
