    I have been wanting to use my Nemekian character. Really depends on the story though. I was in a really cool Alternate Universe one not too long ago, but it died off because of the GM being uninterested in it.

    Well for it to go anywhere i'd need active people that would stay. i already know which members i would not approve from the start. DB is a extensive universe and it would need many decent lvl Rp'ers to keep it running.

    ^If my intuition proves accurate, there won't be too many canon characters in this. In any case, the mechanics of the DB world are pretty easy to grasp. And truthfully, the anime itself isn't too difficult to get a hang of. Hell, you could probably wiki it for the time being and have a solid understanding of what happens.

    This won't be cannon characters involved not a single one. only mentioning of them at the most. this is years after all the dragon ball/dragon ball z/ Dragon ball GT goings. I'll post a post with the basic storyline to it. I'd obviously limit Saiyans to keep things from getting to OP.

    Besides, Saiyans are extinct, besides Goku, Vegeta and their kids, meaning, logically, Saiyans would be hard to find, so either way Saiyans won't be playable because of the very, very few that exist, unless they are from Goku's or Vegeta's family.

    Wrong. You have not read the story this is based off of dragon ball but not exact.
    i'll just give you some of the story to quell that thought now.
    Basically a warp engine was created by Dr. Gerald Light and they found another saiyan planet. Saiyans exist now so they are very alive pure blood and half blood. each of which will have ups and downs in this RP.

    Its, fine you were just misinformed nothing wrong with that. I made this a alternate story to avoid limitations and restrictions. In this RP Saiyans are alive but are at war with the near planet of whatever Race Frieza is. that nation is at war with the Saiayn Planet. My character and his family were forced to leave it will be a good read once i post the template. I'll need someone to play my sister though.

    Thats minor in comparison to the larger picure. That is just a portion of the explanation i wrote up to make sure i don't have saiyans running around all willy nilly. There is more than one antagonist and one major antagonist.

    ... Ok... so if I am to understand, there is no Frieza in here but the race of Freiza (Or is it Freya?) is at war with Goku's race... and Earth is somehow caught in the middle? And so Earth is now gooing to become central maybe for some kind of relics maybe? I don't know. I am just speculating.
