Favorite movie villain?

I have a long list for that, but my latest favorite movie villain is the mighty Megatron or perhaps Starscream but such a coward robot T_T

 

Darth Maul.He introduced the light staff and killed a main character!He rocks,and Im glad he died as a badass instead of living and probably being downgraded.I also can go with Darth Vader

 

Captain Barbosa from Pirates of the Caribbean.

 

My favourite villain from a movie would have to be Jafar from Aladdin and Oogie Boogie from The Nightmare Before Christmas ^^... Yes, I'm a huge Classical Disney fan and those are two of my favourite movies... The reason why I like Jafar is because he's so powerful and you actually think that he's unstoppable (Okay I thought he was) and it's so cool how he transforms himself into a Genie in the movie :]... He was just bad and that's why I like him... I like Oogie Boogie because he's a kind of commical villain, and he does strange things (Like abducted Santa from Jack XD)... The poor guy, Sally had to save him x3... And I like how Oogie fights with the wheel and shoots dice at people... He's a very interesting villain and does things differently then others :3

 

Mine would have to be the Joker for the Dark Knight. He was the most clever villain and was just awesome at being the villain.

 

My favorite is sepheroth from ff7:Advent children.
That movie was just plain awesome!
