    So far I'm not hearing any piano, a cornerstone of most memorable Final Fantasy tunes.
    So far I'm not hearing any fantastic lyrical composition. Very basic melodies and nothing dramatic to wrap me in a sheet of feel-good wow-ness.
    So far I'm not hearing any orchestra or orchestra-esque sound.

    This is troubling. I think this song is giving me Alzheimer's.

    EDIT: Oh well. A mediocre song doesn't make a mediocre game. Hopefully XIII pulls through.
