Game Genies & the like

    Have you ever used one? Have you ever wished you could?

    I have never personally used one of these devices. The Game Genies were controversial when they came out in the '80s. Nintendo sued them stating they made the games too easy to play.
    Some say Nintendo started making the games so that they would become permanantly glitched if you used a Game Genie.

    It contained codes that would make any game possible to defeat. It was the first device. Game Sharks are another type of device. This link seems like a good source.

    oh, well I've never used on of those before but I can think of a few games that a game genie would of come in handy for!
