    Story

There is a place beyond the eyes of the normal human population. This place is considered home to the people that dwell within it and kept hidden from a world and a society that fears and hates them. This place is home to people with strange and amazing talents, things that could only be described as paranormal or supernatural. It is in this place that its people are known as Alphas, those how are a genetically advanced species of humans that are capable of inhuman abilities.

Alphas were discovered after a widespread pandemic known as The Omega Virus crippled the entire world with a strange and incurable sickness. Many died but for those that didn't something strange and unexplainable to even the most intelligent minds of science occured. The virus had actually taken away pieces of DNA that were originally within the host and completely rewritten them, causing intense mutations and genetic changes. Many believed that these people were the next evolutionary leap in the human species. However, due to the violent behaviors of the virus that caused some of its hosts to go on a violent, martial law was enforced and the people known as Alphas were contained and placed in confinement in a secret, maximum security prison, never to be released into the human world again.

But, after a series of diplomatic reform and political strife, the Alphas were allowed to leave their confined prison and allowed into the world of homo sapiens under certain conditions: 1. They would have to learn to control their powers completely until they are deemed ready; 2. They must never use their powers at all; and 3. They must have a certificate showing that they are Alphas and wear a silver a Greek Alpha letter on themselves showing that they are Alphas.

The terms were excepted and the Alphas were allowed to live comfortable lives. They were able to be educated, become successful in the world that they were allowed to live in, and even able to find love. But, with freedom comes a price. Persecution and violence were also a constant in the Alphas life. In areas of the world that were poorer or less able to adapt or even understand what the Alphas were, they were brutally persecuted and sometimes to the extent of terrible violence.

The small group of powerful Alphas formed together to make The Fraternity, a group of Alphas with their sites set on eliminating the human race and establishing a world ruled by their own kind, so they may live in a Utopia for themselves.

A war is slowly brewing between three sides: the humans who wish to eliminate and destroy the Alphas, the Alphas that want to protect the human race and live in peace, and the Alphas that wish to create a new world in their own image.

Let the battle for existence begin...

Reon Hiru sat at his desk within classroom 451 within the largely expanded boarding school that also served as a living space known as Institute Alpha. Institute Alpha was a large school complex that rested within a lone island far-off into the calm waters of the Pacific Ocean. The island ran itself as if it was a city with an essential system of building structures: hospitals, apartment complexes, parks, a city gym, pharmacy, city hall, a relatively small (but very well armed) military base, a prison (which was sectioned off from the public of its inhabitants, a bank, a museum, a mall, a grocery store, and almost anything that would be within a normal city that would reside in a state that would reside in a country that would reside in a continent and so on and so forth.

However, the most intriguing of all of its structures was the large school complex that would teach its inhabitants to the highest potential. It contained all the levels of education but the one in particular that it concerned itself with was the high school of the large school complex. Within the clean halls of this building were what were to be called the next leap in the evolutionary link in human beings. These being were known as Alphas, humans with enhanced genetic codes that reshaped their DNA, allowing them to have strange and sometimes frightening abilities only mentioned in that of comic books. The students varied from ethnic groups and heritage but all shared an exceedingly common attribute: they had all been infected by a deadly virus known as the Omega Virus.

The Omega Virus, as it was called was an unknown virus that sprung from an unknown source. It was an extremely powerful virus, one that attacked any and every form of body tissue known to man and caused its victims to experience terrible, even unbearable moments of physical, emotional, and sometimes, mental pain. The virus had been able to invade the bodies of unsuspecting humans and quickly but painfully ravaged their bodies, leaving some dead or dying. Situations had gotten so bad that massive graves had to be built in order to burn the large excess of bodies in an effort to avoid further contamination. For a single year the virus spread from one end of the earth, all the way around and then some, completely consuming the planet's inhabitants, human or non-human in it's devastating grip. Only a lucky few were able to avoid infection, while only the very exclusive were able to be spared of the virus' fatal nature.

It was then that those who had been once infected realized that they had been altered. Some had been altered in a rather mild manner, maybe being stronger or faster in growth and development while others had been almost if not completely changed by the virus. It was documented that one Alpha in particular had managed to be able to control the very atomic molecules of the planet, able to destroy something by simply thinking of it. This Alpha had been contained and later, executed for his incredible and horrific crimes against those known by science as homo sapiens.

However, as many things did, they passed without being heard of again. This was found good to some, but held onto by others. In other countries were those not infected by the virus were attacked by those who had been infected (due to the virus' nature to create violent individuals within moments of being spared from the virus). This had created a widespread amount of extreme prejudice against Alphas and extreme and sometimes overly extreme (to the point of attempted genocide in some countries) precautions were taken to contain the threat of a possible extinction of the human race by sending them away to a remote island off into the Pacific Ocean to be detained in and S-Grade Military Prison run by the world's leaders.

Through political struggle and sometimes violent resistance, the Alphas island was expanded and in the blank areas, a constructed sanctuary for those like them. They were to learn how to be civilized, to learn, and how to control there powers to be let out into the world again but at a price: to never use their virus-given talents again. Those who did were immediately subjugated to series of events that would lead to strange and often sudden disappearances. This had plagued the leading Alphas (those who gave rule over the island that held their own world) as they were never told of what had happened to them. However, nobody asked due to fear of gaining attention and the possibility of finding out where these disappearing individuals went.

Reon Hiru went over these facts in his head as he took note of the quadratic equation that was displayed on the whiteboard of Room 451 of Institute Alpha and took his lesson in Algebra II/Trigonometry seriously. He was to become a shining figure in the Alphas' future someday...and he was going to make it happen on his own way; through knowledge...

    P.S.

All Fraternity members are to be elsewhere within the world. I don't care where you are as long as you're not on the island (Island Alpha).

    Insanity....

The descent had been a slow, and, despite warnings, incredibly lacking in any notion of pain; at least, to Chris O'Neil it had. But that was mostly because those first steps towards deterioration had sapped him of the ability to actually feel much of anything. He had hence been left nothing more than a shell of a man.

And it was now, sitting in the midst of his cell that he was again brought to his classical conclusions on the situation.

Perhaps, he had thought at one point, it's this little old room they’ve stuck me in. That could have been the reason, for his quarters in captivity weren’t the most spacious. Looking around for the millionth time that month, he reminded himself of this fact; he was trapped in too small a place, like a dog in a cat’s cage. Only about five feet of space separated him from the doorway, which had been designed with but a single window that only opened from the outside. Horizontally, his space was a bit more generous, measuring in at a decent seven feet, allowing him an ample area in which to lie down upon the overly firm mattress cot. In itself, it wouldn’t have been that bad, considered that most prisons he had heard about were even less equipped. It was like The Alphas still wanted him alive; they just wanted him to lose hope, and so, they used architecture to choke their captives.

But, he thought, I’ve been in tight spots before now, and none of those times had yielded any backlash. Well, maybe this time has pushed it a bit too long. Perhaps it’s not a matter of space… but a matter of matter! Heh. Not very likely. Yes, that was it to him; the authorities of this place had kept him, and pretty much everyone else that was a prisoner, under a strict set of security measures. They varied from person to person, based entirely on what sorts of powers they had developed in the wake of the virus. Chris’ inherited power being that of a psionic range of abilities spanning telekinesis and telepathy had earned him a suite equipped with fine tuned electromagnetic field. How it worked exactly, he could never explain to himself; he had failed the only physics course he had taken, and it happened that that very class could have probably helped him out of this.

Always wishing this had been different, he had done his best to understand how it worked. And best he could piece together with this failure knowledge, the EMF blocked off the brainwaves responsible for his powers, rendering him pretty much normal. Yeah, he told himself for what felt like the hundredth time that day; the whole EMF set up is screwing around with my head is all. Doing more damage than it was meant to. I’ll probably be dead within the month, maybe even less than that, if insanity is the first phase of cognitive shut down. Heh. He kicked back into his bed, making the most of the lack of space provided. Who am I kidding though? Someone’ll be around soon enough. The Frat doesn’t just leave a brother behind like that. Yep! That’s what’s gonna happen. Soon enough, one of the guys is gonna come and bust me out of this place. Then The Alphas will get it from me. It’s all in your head mang. Just let it all go.

Oblivious to pretty much everything around him, and to do with himself, he began to shroud into the darkness of closed eyes. Didn’t realize I was so tired. Must be late… or early; the hell if I know. He was going, going, going. And then, he was gone, departed don the road of a dreamscape in which he was physically a freer man. Good nigh, bro.

  3. Sitting about five seats to the right of Reon Hiru was a girl that had particularly peaked his interest. She was around the same age as he, with the usual mentality of an Alpha teenager that was feared and hated by the human society that pretty much governed them. He stopped his sketch of a basic parabola and watched her he rested her head on wrist and smiled quietly to himself as the brown, beautiful eyes of such a woman move from edge to edge of her ruled notebook paper in what was easily discoverable as something that had nothing to do with parabolas at all.

He had met the girl their Freshman year after attending Institute Alpha after graduating from the Alphas junior high school complex. They had spoken on a few occasions but never in an depth so he found it rather peculiar to be so coveted by her outer appearance. But it wasn't just how she swayed in the mellow air of spring, it was how she would laugh and speak with her friends (of whom he had no interest of meeting), how she spoke with such tact during English II, when they were told to rise from their desks and read out loud the black font of a novel.

He smiled to himself then concentrated his mind on the second problem of the Algebra II/Trigonometry worksheet that was set before him as something to do before the remaining thirty minutes of class passed away.

As he did this, almost simultaneously, the girl he had his eye on looked in his direction and her heart palpitated as she read his thoughts.

"No, no. I got it. You want me and the new guy to go get Chris back. I understand, I'm just a little worried about what the new guy will do." A man was talking on a cell phone while he relaxed on a bed. "No, I get that he's powerful, but don't you think it's a little soon to send him on something so important?" He had silver hair and bright gold eyes, they seemed like they were glowing. "Fine, I'll bring him along. But if he messes this up somehow then you are gonna be getting your ass chewed out for it." Luna sighed as he hung up the phone and put it back in his pocket. With a small grunt he pulled himself off his bed. It was 7:30 in the morning where he was, at least an hour before Luna would normally wake up. He stretched and yawned as he gazed around his room.

It was a fairly large room, at least ten feet accross both ways with a bed on one side with a large big screen tv on the opposite wall. They were no pictures or anything to suggest who might live in the room, save for a crecent moon carved into the ceiling. Luna grabbed his omega necklace off the bedside stand next to him and put it on as he headed out. Outside his room he took a left and began walking down the hall. The new guy he was picking up live on the opposite end of the mansion they were using as a base.

A loud guitar rift was the only thing he could hear. It was a rather loud hard rock song that was coming from the large stereos, and strangely a teen laying on a bed accross from them grabbed a remote and turned the noise up louder. He had black shaggy hair and his eyes were closed. He was tapping his foot to the beat of the drums while the guitar rift made the most noise of all. Suddenly his door bursted open and he got up with a start. "TURN THAT SHIT DOWN!"
"Uh, yes sir!" Solin grabbed the remote and turned the volume far down, so much that it was barely able to be heard. Standing in Solin's doorway was Luna. "What do you need sir?"
"Quit with the sir thing. I'm your senior but Luna will work just fine. Anyways, get up. We're leaving."
Solin turned the stereo off and grabbed his headphones which he placed around his neck. "Where we goin'?"
"To go pick up another of our numbers." Luna said as he turned around and started walking down the hall.
Solin started following him and casually asked, "So somebody new?"
"No. He's been here, longer than you knew we existed. He's been captured and we're going to 'pick him up'. Got it?"
"Yeah." The two came out the building in the back and suddenly Luna sprouted angelic wings. "Track 5." Solin suddenly began floating next to him. With a small sigh Luna opened his new wings and flew off, with Solin putting on his headphones and following him into the skies.

"Today it gets worse. My body still gets really cold and there is frost in my hair. Thank god my hair white or else everybody can see it. I'm able to control it for about 5 hours but I'm afraid it might get worst. I'm still trying to get information on the virus but at last, I still couldn't get my hands on them. The documents were sealed away. Oh well. I must deal with this by myself. That is the mission I have given myself."

Suzaku was just now finishing the latest entry of his journal. He has been doing this for the past few months. Ever since he was infected that day, he gained great power, power that gives him great fear. Because of that fear, hes been searching for information on the virus, but couldn't find any clues. "If I only had a way to get them." "Then I would know why this happened." He then sighed and said "Well, I should get going." He then packed his stuff up and left his room.

Tom sat in his room, looking out at the sky. He sighed as the white clouds slowly moved across the blue sky, only to leave moments later. "This isn't right, being trapped on this island." Tom pointed a finger at a piece of paper that was on his desk. He moved his finger down, causing a cut to form across the paper. "I'm gonna have to leave. I cannot stay here forever. I want to live."

The sun was blaring down on the timeless sand inbetween Lux's feet. With his shades on he looked up at the sky, watching a sea gull pass by.
He always thought things would get better after he escaped. He changed his name and paid peolpe a big bit of change to create a fake past for him. He was undetectable, especially since he dyed his hair brown. Every now and again a streak of white would start to become clear, but he'd simply dye over it.
"Just another day," he thought to himself. He brought his gaze back down to the beach in front of him. He took off his shades and clipped them onto his plad shirt. He got up, wiggling the sand off of his toes, and sliding his sandals on. He reached into his pocket and grabbed his car keys, and started his car from where he was standing. A few steps later, he hopped right in and started driving.
By the time he got downtown it was sunset. He looked at his glove compartment. He felt like something wasn't right. As he opened it he heard the tiniest tick, and immediately leaped out of the car.
the blast knocked him even further into on coming traffic. His car blew into a few million pieces, and Lux was sent flying into an oncoming trucks wind shield. As he slowly got up from the wreck, he cracked his neck, and quickly walked into the nearest alley way. his forearm was the only thing that was bleeding, thank god. He didn't want to make a scene.
    "Hmmm....that snake."-Lux
Lux walked down the alley way, and thought about the Fraternity and what just happened.
"They want me back...but they won't send him after me. They'll just send grunts. Or they'll try to seduce me with women assassins. Either way, I have to get out of this city soon....where to go next...hhhhmmmmm," he thought.
A sense of odd retaliation to the thought came to him. One motionless image came to him. It was his mind. That river, pulling him to go somewhere again.
    "...The Institute, but....why?"-Lux
Lux continued down the alley, and turned a corner towards a car dealership.
    "Hmmm...."-Lux

"Dusk....Dusk.... DUSK!!! Wake up and answer the question!" Dusk looked up with a face that could scare death. In fact he had not slept in the class, it was just the constant pain of sitting in such a boring room waiting to be taught something. Anything. Most importantly what he had come to this academic prison, had to wait until next period when he could unleash his fury on an equally powerful but less wrathful alpha.

Instead of paying attention Dusk had actually been sapping the power out of the school megawatt by megawatt since class had begun."Well are you going to answer this question some time today?"Dusk looked at the board contemplating whether or not answering was worth lunchroom duty. "Its the integral of f of x from zero to two pi." 'What a tool this Mr. Whats-his-face' Dusk thought. "Well that just so happens to be correct Dusk, nice to see that you are paying attention." Calculus, just another subject that was known without knowing how, but in any case just another pain of a class.

The bell rung and Dusk sprang up as with the past few years, the only excitement anyone ever sees on his often sullen face. The teacher sits on his desk and looks straight at Dusk as he passes giving him a darting stare. A look that cost him more than an angry student but also every electrical item in the room. Dusk proceeded down the hall when he was grasped by a wet embrace, an embrace he had grown familiar with, and jerked back. Instinctively Dusk let out a hundred megawatts of power out and the grasp was released. He looked up over his shoulder to see the calculus teacher shaking with a seizure.' Man I am in some deep trouble now, and for a teacher he was not much of a challenge.' Dusk looked down on the shaking teacher with a smirk, 'Might as well get to class and get through a few matches.'

"So who is this guy were going to get?" Solin asked. Hima and Luna were flying through the skies. Below them was the ocean, around them just clear skies and sunlight. Luna sighed.
"His name is Chris. He's an Alpha like us. He was taken captive by the Institue because they felt he has to strong of a power to let him free."
    "So what's his power?"
"Something to do with his mind, I don't know for sure cause I've never been partnered with him for anything. All I know is they have him locked up on the island in some kind of 'power canceller' room. Our job is to go in, get him, and get out."
"So... any idea how we're going to do that?"
    "Just shut up and fly."

  10. As the bell rang signifying that the final class of the day had ended, the students of Room 451 quickly gout up from their seats. One boy had tried to use his power of superhuman speed to get ahead but was caught by the professor's extremely elastic arm and was pulled back into the classroom. Reon Hiru carefully placed his belongings in his backpack and walked out the door following a self-made line of students that quietly left the room as they could hear the scolding of the professor to the fast, but not to fast boy and a few of them snickered, Reon Hiru being one of them. As he passed the front desk closest to the door he noticed that the girl he had been looking at, Ila, had darted her eyes up from her smudged sketch paper and their eyes met for little more than at least three seconds before, almost simultaneously, their gaze was torn away from each other and Reon Hiru left the room, pushing his hands in to his pockets and walking briskly into the white locker lined hallway with was patched with doors to other classrooms.

Ila stayed in her seat for a moment longer and drowned out the raised voice of the Alpha professor that was sternly scolding the young Alpha boy that had tried to make a rather swift run for it and bit her lip slightly. He shaded in the final line of her drawing at sat back slightly and looked at the paper in front of her. Set before her was a monarch butterfly, wings spread wide and under it, a beautiful daffodil. She smiled slightly and brushed the lingering strand of hair out of her eyes and got up swiftly and pressed her portfolio against her chest and walked out of the room with a black and white satchel (customary of the most female students) bobbed off her hips as she moved out into the somewhat crowded but bustling hallway. Keeping her head low, she kept walking until she reached her locker which was number 202 and turned her combination till the locker clicked open and she was able to rummage through it to gain access to the materials she had wanted to take to her room within the girls dorm with her.

The most interesting of all aspects of Institute Alpha is that it was unlike the other educational facilities on Island Alpha that ran itself like a traditional boarding school. Rather than having the luxury of walking or being driven by the Alpha Transportation System to remote housing complexes (which were either filled by waiting parents who were not deceased or lonely orphans who had been given a place to stay with relatively cheap but very well-made essentials such as food, storage and whatnot) that lay within the large city in which every Alpha had a somewhat cramped, yet very comfortable living space. This had given a great sense of maturity to the teenage Alphas who were able to take care of themselves if they so happened to have lost their parents due to the deadly virus strain.

As she turned around she was met by the strange and unusual gaze of an unfamiliar boy and looked away after he began to approach her. "Not in a million years, pal..." she thought to herself hoping that the thought she had just thought hadn't gotten picked up by the boy who she faithfully rejected due to a possibility that he may have the ability to sense others thoughts.

Ignoring this she kept walking into the flow of traffic (this was done in a rather organized fashion to yield away confusion and possible accidents in the hallway by having students follow a largely enforced traffic pattern during the switching of classes and after school until 3:30 PM) and kept her gaze away from the eys of others. She felt uncomfortable brushing up against others that she didn't even know so she wasn't prepared for the falling sensation she got when he bumped into Reon Hiru who turned around briefly to address another student who had called his name loud enough for him to hear (which wasn't too hard considering his superhuman sensory abilities so heavenly bestowed upon him by the virus) and began her quick descent to the hard, marble ground.

Her fall was stopped by the warn arm off Reon Hiru as he tactfully wrapped it around her waist while taking a gentle, yet firm hold of her right shoulder by crossing his forearm over her chest and bringing it up (being careful not to touch her breasts least he wanted a hard smack against the cheek of her choice).

As considerable amount of students left the hallway by the time he had helped her up. He gave her a warm smile and spoke, his voice was soft but audible and it had a sweet but deep tone to it, "I'm sorry about that, a friend of mine had called me and I turned around..." he looked down to see her drawing (lightly crumpled at the corner) and crouched down to pick it up. Turning the paper over to her he handed it to her and she looked at him further, trying to peer into his thoughts to see if he planned that on purpose. She found no signs and briskly snatched it from his tanned brown hands and walked forward, slightly shouldering him, causing him to move out of the way and sharply turning the corner.

Reon Hiru's friend caught up to him and nudged him on the shoulder, "Yo, dude!" Reon shot his friend a sharp glare indicating that he was in no mood to pal around and his friend scratched his head and shrugged, "I'm sorry dude, ha ha..."

Reon shook his head and walked alongside his friend and spoke, "Nah, you're fine...I don't think that girl is though..."
    "Oh her? What happened?"
"She looked at me...as if I had tried to do something...I only trying to help," he breathed out a slowly began to undo his tie, releasing its rather tight hold on his neck and allowing himself to stretch his head back a bit without feeling the slightest discomfort.
    "Oh well...stuff happens."
    "Yeah...I guess you're right."

(3 days after the bomb in his car incident)

Lux sold everything he owned in California. His condo on the beach, his house and most of his stuff, and brought only some clothes, loads of cash (he doesn't believe in credit cards), and some things of sentimental value.
Lux owned a castle up in the Russian mountains where he kept most anything that was sacred to him. This included a lot of his more illegal items, more along the lines of secret weaponry he'd purchased of the black market, but even somethings he'd "innovated" himself. He'd inherited this masion of a castle from his father, along with all of his money (just in case you were wondering).

As he arrived on the island, he began having flashbacks of the last time he was there. He underwent a type of physical, but a little more complex than most ordinary physicals, and they tested him in training excersises to see the full capability of his powers. His father told him to hardly try in the excersises, so they wouldn't take him in for "extra" training.....and experimenting. He tried, but sometimes he had to flow with the river... Luckily the doctors bought it.

Once Lux was in, his mind took over. He began receiving another vision from his untapped power. He could see a dark haired boy with puppy brown eyes, wearing a pladded black and grey scarf, and an almost school suite looking dark outfit.....looking up at him. Coughing. Cold. With a sickly white blade penetrating his abdomin. It was Atrum. Atrum Filius.
    "No!....," he thought.
Blood dripped from the boy's mouth, and his once dark almond eyes turned pure black as the body began to chrystalize in a way Lux had never seen before. Atrum pulled his skeltonial arm blade from the boy's stomach, and smiled at Lux.
He was saying something, but Lux couldn't hear it. It was like he was under water, but Atrum was right in front of him talking. Lux was confused, but the confusion faded as he returned to the hallway he was walking through in the Institute...and there, he saw the boy. Walking with a friend of his, right past Lux.
"So...Atrum wants to kill him. Why?"-Lux thought to himself.
He went to the office and asked to speak with the Head Counciller. He wanted to meet the boy after school. He wanted to know who this boy was...

The Counciler had a teacher assisstant send a message to the boy's class. He found out that the boy's name was Reon Hiru, and he was one of the best students the Institute has seen.
"It really is too bad that you all must give up your powers to join the conforms of society. If I were this boy, Reon, I wouldn't give up such talents for a pair of blue jeans and a light beer. No no...his powers could be used to better society in ways I don't think our government understands. So many of our students are excepsionally powerful...it is troubling...."-Counciler
"I never thought I'd hear such words from you Counciler. Have you had some grose change of heart? I heard you were one of the Senate members who passed the Bill for this institute in the first place."-Lux
"Well...the guilty are often the ones to make the first move. I regret my choices at the time. I was clouded by the fear of the Virus...like most others. If only we could change the populations mind."-Couciler
"Hmm...I don't think so doc. How long will I have to wait for the kid to get out of school?"-Lux
"He only has a few more classes left. No more than 2 hours Lux."-Counciler
    "Thank you."-Lux
Lux decided to grab a bite to eat before heading down to the office again.

    (an hour later)

Lux hit an Old Country Buffet down at the mall.
"Awww....such great food. God I love America's obsession for FOOD!," he thought.
He only had another half an hour to wait for the kid. He decided to take a quick nap......zzzz.zzzz.z..z.z.zzzzz.

Suzaku was in his English class doing his work. As he worked on his assignment, his body started feeling cold. "Oh crap. Not again." He felt so cold that even his bones were shivering. "I need to control this. I can't lose to the ice." That is when he took a quiet deep breath and calmed himself down. His body then went back to normal temperature and he went back to finishing his work.

After his class over Suzaku decided to get something to eat. "I haven't eaten yet. Man am I starving." As he headed towards the cafeteria, he thought to himself about what happened back at class. "Why was my body freezing like that? Is there something happening to me? He then sighed and said "Why is this happening to me?"

"Is that it? I think I see it. Kinda hard from so far up."
"Yeah. The Institute's private island. He's on there somewhere. Come on, let's go." Luna replied. They two of them quickly descended and solin began looking around as Luna put away his wings. "That was close, a little longer and I would've hit the hour mark. Come on, let's find a computer." Solin nodded and followed Luna as they walked up towards the buildings. It took a few minutes but after walking they managed to find a small cafe building, just off campus. Inside were computers that could bbe ussed for an hour if they paid a few bucks. "You pay while I get to work." Luna said as he just grabbed a computer at random and sat down. The girl behind the register gave a glare to Solin as he sheepishly pulled out his wallet.

"You owe me ten bucks." Solin said as he grabbed a chair and pulled up next to Luna. Luna just ignored him and kept up the furious typing he was doing. "So... why did you need a computer?"
Luna just rolled his eyes and continued. After a few minutes he stopped. "Found him. Chris is on the east side of the island and is in the basement of building E-7, cell 264." Luna quickly cleared all the evidence of his hack and then logged off. The two then left the building. "That was why I needed a computer. Idiot."

Dusk was panting hard. He had never actually had to fight with so much insulation it weighed him down reducing his speed greatly. 'This is the cost for shocking that teacher,' he thought, 'but at least if I am able to win I will increase my ability to not rely on these powers.'

Dusk stared intently at his opponent, a class 2 alpha using his full capabilities. The class 2 jumped and tried to kick Dusk in the face, a move that ended up with a knee in the back of the opponents head. The 2 passed out,'What a joke, if this is a class 2 alpha then i must be at least a 20.' Dusk turned around to a hook to the temple and the recurring nightmare began.

Lux had a few minutes before classes were over. He went walking around, his mind carelessly bringing him towards the Martial Arts room. He was amazed at all the work they'd done on the place since he left. "I was only here a few years ago, but this is nuts! I wonder where they got the money to do all of this....wow."-Lux thought.
He peared through a window at the students battling it out. One was getting punded by another who seemed to like to use thunder attributed moves.
"He must be able to conduct electricity, haha. Just like someone else I know."-Lux
Lux watched the 2 boys battle it out.
"...this is why we r so dangerous. An army wouldn't stand a chance against one of us," Lux thought to himself.
Lux walked into the heavily padded room and circled his way to the mats where the 2 main fighters were fighting. He saw the class 2 boy go flying in the air, then get slammed to the ground in one hit. The reff called the match. Lux watched as the Watt boy complained that he wasn't finished, and that the fight was still going on. The other boy got up and said the same, that he wasn't done yet. ut it was obvious who won, and that the weaker of the 2 was seriously hurt.
The stronger boy stormed off, but looked back at Lux. Lux's eyes followed the boy, studying him.
"Hmmmm....hey boy! When you are done with school...come to the office. Ok? The High Counciler wants to see you."-Lux
The boy looked at him in disgust.
"He probably thinks he's in trouble...ha. I just want a chance to talk to him," Lux thought.
Lux turned and went back to waiting in the office.

Rion was sitting on the park bench sitting at watching the birds fly in V-formation. "How graceful" Rion said to himself."There so free and i am here trapped.....one day I will be like a bird and fly away"Rion thought. Rion looked around and seen the children playing in the park Rion began to concentrate and teleported to the docks. Rion walked up to a boat and quickly teleported on it. "Wow this boat was actually retrieved after it was sunken.....and it's all mine" Rion said. Rion smiled as he looked at a picture of his parents. Then he looked around to see that the ship was completely wrecked from being under water for many years. Rion began cleaning his ship within two hours it was clean and looking new. Rion smiled. "I guess this is home now" Rion said as he teleport back onto the docks."I guess i have to get back to the institute before the begin to worry about me". Rion concentrated and teleported back to the institute.

"Ok, this is the building. Keepe guard while I hack the security on the door." Luna said as he knelt down by a black kepad on the door handle. Him and Solin were at the back of a white building. they went to the back because the front had armed guards by its door. Solin kept looking back and forth but still saw nobody. "We're in." Luina said as he popped the door open. The two snuck in and closed the door behind them. "What cell did I say again?" Luna asked.
"264." Solin answered. They headed down the hall searching until finally they found it. Luna peaked through the small window on the door to check.
"Yep, that's him alright. Ok, keep guard again and if someone comes let me know." Luna first place his hand on the door and his eyes glowed. Now I can phase through it. He then knelt down and began working on the door's opening system.
"Track 6." Solin muttered. His body instantly faded from sight. Luna kept working as fast as he could when suddenly Solin spoke. "Someone's coming!" Solin moved away from the door and kept still so that he wouldn't get touched and revealed. Luna meanwhile pressed himself against the door and walked through it, to hide in Chris' cell.
"Hiya Chris. I'm from the Fraternity, we're here to bust you out."

  18. Reon couldn't believe what had just happened to him. He had been doing a sparring exercise with another student who had the ability to fly yet had no real fighting skills whatsoever. He remember the match perfectly: Reon had started out the match by rushing at his opponent with his blistering speed and rammed his right fist into the side of his opponents face and sent him flying back. His opponent stopped himself then proceeded to fly into the air. Reon, understanding his own powers ran to the nearest wall and leaped on it only to leap powerfully off into the air after his opponent to slam him down to the ground with a powerful axe kick. The referee had stopped the match because Reon had drew blood from his opponent but the boy himself wanted to continue the match. In Institute Alpha, the sparring room was supervised by the dean of student affairs to make sure no one got to serious. Reon had still been struggling with his terrible ability to be prone to moments of berserk violence but he wasn't even close to getting into that state so why the hell was he being called into the dean of student affairs office? This is bullshit, he thought. If they think I'm so damn violent they can shove it up their asses. He had keep a cold stare at the shag carpet floor of the student affairs office and twiddled his thumbs in a hasty and annoyed manner. Next to him was a girl, probably around his age who been reading a book silently. She had kept glancing over at Reon and began to try and get his attention by foolish means. I'm not interested, he thought to himself as he got up to throw something away but conveniently managed to drop it so she had to bend over to pick it up. Now, Reon did notice but felt no hormonal attraction to her but still found himself looking. When he heard the door of the dean' office open he looked up and changed his facial expression. "Reon, come on in."

Reon got up and walked into the room. When he stepped in he looked to his left and saw another individual, complete stranger to him. He had thought that he was a new student and he would be told to show him around. But when he was told to sit down, he quickly dismissed the thought. Whatever, he thought again, propping his cheek on a clenched fist. If they give me a series of detentions I don't give a damn...

As he walked to the cafteria, somebody shouted Suzaku's last name. "Mr. Taiko." "Mr Taiko please stop for a second." Suzaku turned around and saw his English teacher, Ms. Numeran, running towards him. He stopped and said "Hello Ms. Numeran." "Is something wrong?" She stopped in front of him and shook her. "Not really Suzaku." "You seemed kinda sick earlier in class so I thought I should check up on you." He looked at her and with a smile on his face he said "Thank you but I'm ok." "Just a little cold, thats all." She sighed and then said "Good. I was really worried. .....Suzaku, does your hair have ice on it?" When she asked that, Suzaku was really afraid. He put his right hand on his head and immediately felt ice on it. He then said "Oh no. Ms. Numera, I have to go now." He then immediately ran away from her, covering his head so nobody can see the ice. "This is bad!"

"OH MY GOD THIS IS SOOOOO BORING!!!" A teenaged, Italian Alpha shouted while walking the halls with his friend, "Why do we have to read this?!?"
The Alpha's Haitian friend quickly smacked him upside the head before telling him, "Would you please shut up? You're going to get us sent to the Principal!"
"Big fucking deal! Why're you so nervous Si?"
" 'Why ARE you so nervous,' " Si corrected him, "Besides, War and Peace isn't that bad a book, Z."
"Look, let's just get to prac-Hello Signora!" Z's voice trailed off to a passing female student who appeared to be holding a drawing of a butterfly.
Again, Si smacked Z upside the head and, turning to the student said, "Forgive him, miss, he's a little foward." Looking back at the female student again, he asked "Hold on, don't I know you?"
