Kashimashi~Girl Meets Girl~

Um, I'm not sure if a lot of people here have heard of this anime, but it's pretty awesome. Although, it's weird even for anime standards.

What it's about is, a heart-broken guy named Hazumu tries to forget he had been recently rejected by climbing a mountain. He finds a shooting star and starts to make a wish, but then quickly realizes that it's not a shooting star, it's actually an alien spaceship and it comes crashing down on him. The aliens try to fix him up, but they make a little mistake and accidentally change him into a girl. After this, she seems to adjust very quickly, because, what else is she going to do. And then, as it turns out that the girl who rejected her as a boy actually likes her, but rejected her for "saftey reasons" we'll say as to not spoil it. Also, her best friend, Tomari also likes her, but was to shy to admit it when Hazumu was a guy, but now she seems conflicted about it since Hazumu is a girl now, but she still likes her.

So, yeah this is really good because it combines serious and funny really well, and it's played out well. If you haven't seen this, I suggest you should.
