    how do i unlock the secret ending in kh2

    To put it simply, on the easiest difficulty, you can't get it. On normal difficulty, complete Jiminy's Journal 100%. On proud difficulty, just beat the game.

    the easiest way to unlock it is to beat all the worlds (including trons world and winnie the pooh's world) on proud mode.
