Lightning Siggy, rate please

    it's a 200x196 pixel image i made on foto flexer. I am basically wanting your opinion on this and how i could improve, if there still was time left i would have entered it in sig of the week 2 but i really don't want to either so here it is just the basic fading and good effects with some white space, i may do it in black and white to if you want it, im still a noob at creating things as good like the rest of you

    all you did was take a picture and use brushes all around it, the size is awkward, thats just my opinion and you didn't really even do much... 1/10
    \maybe borders, backgrounds, and really nice brushes would help.
    Plus some easier to read, meaningful text.

    the colors are out of place and they don't match. nothing was really noticable to look at. 1/10 =/
