Malice High OOC and SU (rated M)

Malice high is a school for those a little more unique than most teenagers. Each student has their own story that defines them either for better or for worse. The students at Malice high all have something know as Arc. A Arc is a bloodline trait that grants them certain abilities that a normal person wouldn't normally have. All students are welcome into this school so that they may be trained to use their unique gifts for good. Alas some students end up falling from the light and using their gifts for more devious purposes.
