    THREAD UNDERGOING REVAMP

The following threads contain the characters that I have created and/or used whilst on the site, however brief or lengthy their lifespan of use was/will be. They are to be used only by myself, unless I've seen fit to pass them along to others for lord knows what reasons. The table of contents below lists each character by way of Canon (if original, this does not apply), and by position within said canon. So, for example, Kingdom Hearts stands as a Canon, and "Keybearers" a position within said canon. Each character's sheet is subject to possible change on the basis of continuous exploits.

For ease of navigation, I will link to individual character sheets below.

    Terms of Interest ~ Places
The following thread will be dedicated to any, and ALL locations that I have constructed in any amount of detail or with any intent on significance. It may include places that I've come up with, or have my own variations on, that are linked to one or more of my character. It may also end p comprising of significant locations of my design that have seen some wide amount of use by myself or others for any purpose in the Role-playing section. Expect this post read to grow as more locations are created and/or delved into. All locations will be listed in alphabetical order.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

    • Keyblade Academy, The; In a time well before the lifetime of Sora and company, and even preceding the age of the famous Keyblade Wars, Keybearers were numerous in the worlds, and though less powerful and cosmically significant as individuals than the ones we are most familiar with, the were a highly trained and efficient force within the worlds. This was thanks to the The Keyblade Academy. it was essentially a military academy, where Keybearers, once found and retrieved from their home worlds, were brought to be instructed and primed for their roles as guardians of the balances between the Light and Darkness. Set on a mile diameter plateau top, The Academy featured barracks for students, Knights, and traveling Masters and the their students, a combat training facility ("Arena"), several research and development buildings, classrooms and lecture halls, military armories, a Gummi Ship Port, and a large administrative building that housed the executive offices, so to speak, and even a Keybearer courtroom. As one would expect, the Keyblade Wars and proceeding events wound up burying most evidence of a school for Keybearers.

    Nobody Name: Rolexna (Roll-ex-nah)
Somebody Name: Princess Lorena Sharron of Desmond
    Custom Title: The Whirlwind Princess
    Rank: IX
    Gender: Female
    Apparent Age: 18
    World of Origin: Unknown
    Element: Air

    Appearance:
Marked by a general look and air of prestige and nobility, Rolexna, or Rolex, as she prefers to be called, is right-out beautiful woman; not “hot” or “gorgeous” or anything, just beautiful. At a lean, slender 5’7’’, she carries her figure in a manner befitting of anyone of a noble heritage, displaying herself with grace even in the presence of those who would be deemed her superiors. This figure is “impeded” only by the necessary features of a woman of her age, though not so much that they would soil the look, or even give it any notable edge. Visibly, she is built of little muscle. Her skin is mildly tanned, and quite fair in texture. Her eyes blend in well with her complexion with a pale blue or gray coloring, and exert an almost haughty flare at a nearly constant basis. Her hair is mostly a light brown or dirty blond, with traces of under-laying streaks of a lighter blond underneath, which spans passed shoulder length. She primarily wears it with a ponytail tied down in back, while the hair in front is parted away from her forehead, and braided into two front tails that frame her young face.

    Personality:
There are a number of qualities, however disjoined from one another, that comprise the character of Rolexna. She displays subtle leans towards some common Tomboyish characteristics, being more inclined towards physical combat and aggression, though most commonly seen when she is provoked or stressed. Regardless, she seems to get a good kick out of being in the heat of battle. She seems to be incapable of sitting still for too long, which leads to much fidgeting while she’s seated or standing in the same spot for long periods of time, particularly during meetings. Prone to the boredom that comes with the lulls between one mission and the next, she gets frustrated with slow days, which seems to lead to her finding off-keel ways in which to entertain herself, and an expectation of others to help see to it. Typically, she tries to get involved in tasks that give plenty to do with her time, and gratuitous amounts of excitement. Even through her “zeal,” she maintains a certain level of prestige and nobility in her actions.

    Weapon:
Maiden’s Gust – Maiden’s Gust is the name given to the bow weapon that Rolexna has come to wield as a Nobody. It is a bit around three feet in height, with only a slight arc into its body design. The majority of the body follows an eloquent design, displaying a mystically beautiful female face with avian qualities just above the handle and noch, and a pair of wings unfolding towards the upper and lower limbs. This portion of the bow’s appearance is notably more decorated and heavier than that of a normal bow, though it is still within manageable weight parameters for her to wield. The limbs and drawstring of the bow are typical of any other bow, though the latter are built into the backside of the main body of the bow, as opposed to extending up out of the top. This is because the top and bottom ends are outfitted with what seem to be retractable eight-inch blades, which while cumbersome, are nonetheless useful in closer quarters. Typically, Rolexna utilizes summon-friendly arrows, all of which carry simple enchantments to make them more durable to enemy counters, and more deadly upon impact.

    History:
Rolexna’s home world prior to being admitted into the Organization remains, to this day, unknown. Not that there’s no one who knows where she comes from or anything; it’s just that its actual name was never revealed. But then, it might be likely that her home world never and an actual name. The truth of it is that her world of origin was one that remained divided by many coexisting parties, under a feudal system in which there was not a single unified land, but many domains and kingdoms, ruled by their own Kings and Lords. So it more or less likely that her original world had no true name that could be applied to the collection of realms maintained under the feudal kings. As much as it is known, Rolexna, prior to becoming a Nobody, lived in a kingdom called Desmond, named after her Great-Great Grandfather, Desmond Sharron, and that it was, in her life time, ruled over by her father, Desmond Sharron IV.

Lorena, as she was called back then, was born into royalty, the daughter of a king and queen, and hence, was born into privilege and nobility, and was named after her grandmother on her mother’s side. Unfortunately, they are beside the point, for she would never know either of them. Her grandmother passed shortly after her birth, and her mother did the same, before she ever really could get to know her truly. In her infancy, the castle maids, who were life mothers to her, raised her in her mother’s stead. As she grew older, her father, in lieu of peaceful times, began to take a more active interest in upbringing. Of course, he had anticipated having a son, and had not even thought of how he would raise a daughter on his own. Thus, while she grew up with her father, she learned as much of how to be a strong young man as she did how to be an eloquent young woman, which forged a particular awkward persona for her, particularly in the eyes of others in the castle.

As she grew still older, becoming a teen, her father began to recede from the forefront of her life. News of conflict both near and far was rising throughout the castle, and it seemed that every time she attempted to gain a foothold in the happenings, her father would evade her at any cost. But he never was really one to leave his own flesh and blood with nothing, and so, he arranged for everyone from the maids to the generals living amongst them to do what they could to keep her mind occupied. It was partially out of his care for her that he left her only the most capable of hands, though it was mostly because he needed more and more people to keep her distracted so that he could carry out his political and military business. She wasn’t complaining though. It was a wondrous life, being able to enjoy exciting activities with the likes of knights and the other war-like men that seemed to filter in and out of the castle at more numerous and rapid rates than ever before. And naturally, the maids made good company when she wanted to take easier. Eventually, she forgot about her father’s business, but in turn, got caught up completely in her life of participating in the activities that her father had ordered his underlings to arrange for her.

As the news of conflict continued to mount over the years with nothing happening, the air around the castle was more frantic, yet lighter, for everyone was beginning have their doubts about the trouble that was being spoken of. But it was only when they were letting their guard down that their fading fears were realized. Lorena was nearly alone when it happened. She was outside of inner keep of the castle, just inside of the outermost wall, being courted by a young squire, and in turn, flirting with him. She was enjoying herself, and enjoying the attention more. She suddenly got the idea to play a little game with her new friend, and playfully forced him to the ground, running off shouting for him to catch her if he could. Well, long story short, she was caught, but not by him. She woke up some indeterminable amount of time later, with a hooded figure standing over her, telling her there was much to do. Being one to go where there was something to do, she followed them.

    Current Status: Alive; Fugitive; Wandering
Current Occupation: Outlaw; Gun For Hire

    Physical Information

Appearance: Owing from his days as a solider and Apprentice of the Keyblade Academy, Adrian retains a well-off, streamlined, and ultimately conditioned physique to keep pace with the rigorous demands of a life of combat. He stands at an average five feet nine inches in height, with a reasonably healthy weight resting in the 140-145 pounds range. His bodily muscles, while falling to achieve that coveted “Olympus” chiseled look, remain in superior definition when compared to those of the common, untrained individual. Over the course of his days as a fugitive, this physique has been defined under a more weathered look. Scars, cuts, scrape and bruises both fresh and aged are found scattered about his skin.

As his surname might suggest, Adrian is descended from something of a Latino or Mediterranean equivalent of ancestry. As such, his complexion is a bit on the darker side, though not entirely black-skinned. His bears a moderately light Caucasian tan, enough to say that he’s allowed himself, more or less, the right balance of sunlight and shade. Of late, he’s been allowing his facial hair to grow out more, though certainly not out of any fashion or stylistic sense, so much as the fact that he can’t get a razor too easily. It’s a scraggly covering at best, not overly long, but coarse and frantic nonetheless. He has jet-black hair, which has been cut (or rather butchered) down to a reasonable shoulder length, and tied back with a spare bit of rope twine. His eyes are grayish-black, and marked by a particularly tired or bored gaze.

Typical Attire: More so out of his position and profession, Adrian is partial to the typical "all black" look when it comes to clothing. He doesn't adorn too many articles of clothing; nor does he waste any time with too many accessories. His outfit consists, first and foremost, of a knee-length trench coat, made from some manner of leathery material. The coat boasts a hood for concealment of the face, but at this point in time, he has taken to wearing an extended neckpiece, which covers up over his mouth. Beneath the coat he wears a tight-fitting long sleeved T-Shirt, made from a similar material. From waistline to ankles, he adorns a pair of black and dark grey camouflage pants. His footwear consists of a pair of steal-toed combat boots, in which the bottoms of his pant legs are tucked.

    Personal Information

Personality: Many of the people that have come to know Adrian since his late childhood would attest that he is “dangerously quiet and unnervingly calm.” Finding himself with little to nothing worth saying most of the time, Adrian keeps his lips sealed, and most of his thoughts to himself. Only under the circumstance of necessity and actually having something he finds worthy to contribute down he speak up. Even then, he is never one to be out-spoken, and will dictate his stances calmly and clearly. Secretive and at times brooding, he withholds pretty much everything from everyone, even going so far as to keep important administrative figures in the dark about his life’s story and his real name. So intent on keeping his secrets, he’ll go so far as outright avoiding others to avoid being pried into. He seems to have his anger and excitement under a fair control at most times, giving him a distinctly dry placidness.

Much of Adrian’s silence and avoidance stems from a severe dislike and distrust of other people. He’s not fond of the company of others, save for his family and a few close friends and “broken in companions.” He treats others with a subtle disrespect and approaches them with an inherent weariness. When forced to stand amongst strangers, particularly in large masses, he grows anxious and sometimes reaches the point of panic; though with time he can easily warm himself to, at the very least, a tolerance for new faces. Confrontations with unknown people is certain to get him worked up and his character grows far less calm and astoundingly outwardly aggressive towards others when these tendencies are agitated. Oddly enough, though, he does not seem to have this sort of issue with geographic relocations; in fact, he seems to settle into new locations quite well. It’s just the people that seem to bug him.

History: Adrian doesn’t seem to put too much store in his younger days, save for the fact that he learned a few vital skills from his father and brother at that time. In truth though, he only remembers bits and pieces of it, little of which has really molded him as a person. His persona is the result of the darker events that have unfolded before him and the harder times he’s gone through. He’s been put through personal shames, lived on the run, and seen his native people betrayed, oppressed and executed.

The short of it is that he was born on a world known as Sleeping Meadow, which was a bit of a backwater, frontier sort of world. The sole industrializations were locally based blacksmiths who crafted hunting weapons ranging from blades to firearms. It was to Adrian’s misfortune that he would live to see the days of a group of industrialist world-travelers arrive in Sleeping Meadow. This group, at the time a monopolizing business making profits in industrializing backwater worlds, took complete control over the smithies, and began the development of large factory building to “increase efficiency.” Around these factories, cities began to take root as the people of the world were essentially forced into a more urban and “cultured” way of life. In the end, the Meadow dwellers grew outraged at the concrete and steel structured that tore up the natural beauty of their world. All over the Meadow, the people attempted to rebel against the industrialists, only to be brutally put down by private police forces, leading to hundreds of rebel deaths.

Adrian’s brother and father had been identified amongst the rebellion members, and therefore, Adrian and his mother would be targeted to punishment and imprisonment. Knowing this, his mother and several other “targeted” individuals plotted an escape. A small band of rebellion supporters were able to sneak one of the industrialist ships, which they used to evacuate what remained of their population in the wake of the rebellion’s defeat. With the vessel, they scattered, dropping some people off on one world, and other people off on another, and more still on another. Adrian arrived alongside his mother in a place called Twilight Town. Living as the pseudonyms “Helen and Glyde Savian,” the two made a new life in their new home. Adrian, or “Glyde” as he became known, grew increasingly withdrawn and distrustful of his peers, teachers, and law enforcement. He avoided people as much as he could, and only ever maintained a close bond with his mother, whom he did his best to take care of in return for her taking care of him.

Several years after arriving in Twilight Town, Adrian’s life would once more be changed, only at that point towards something better than he had. On an otherwise normal evening walk on the beachfront, not far form his home on Sunset Terrace, Adrian was attacked by a band of shadowy creatures with piercing yellow eyes. In the midst of his struggle against them, Adrian somehow managed to manifest a strange key-like weapon. As though urged by the instinctive will of the object he engaged the creatures, using it as his weapon. Surprisingly, it proved an effective weapon against them. Regardless, he was overwhelmed, and was saved by an armor-clad knight, wielding a similar weapon to the one he had just obtained. The knight explained the weapon to be a Keyblade, a powerful, and very privileged weapon of the worlds. He also explained to ‘Glyde’ that he was a chosen wielder of the weapon, and would have to relocated to a place called “The Academy” wherein he would be trained to use the weapon to its fullest potential, and to understand the duties that were then on his shoulders.

Without so much as a chance to say goodbye to his mother, he was whisked away to The Academy. There, his reclusive nature became apparent to teachers and staff at the institution, inspiring them to rectify the issue. They placed him within group situations frequently, such as team practice missions, and group assignments to strengthen his cohesiveness. Initially, he failed quite miserably at these missions and assignments, unable (or unwilling) to communicate with his teammates. But eventually, he was able to overcome this stubbornness and, albeit begrudgingly, managed to work surprisingly effectively in team situations. Once he had hit that point, the remainder of his training regimes went according The Academy’s plan. He was primed as a soldier, physically capable of holding his own, and excelled greatly in the use of magic. His Keyblade, Marksman, made his niche in the line of duty evident to everyone; the gun-like Keyblade had him destined as a sniper and assassin. Upon his graduation, the magic shooting weapon was granted upgrades to facilitate its greater purpose.

After a year’s worth of grueling training as a low-rung student, Glyde Savian moved on to become an Apprentice, directly under the command of a Master Keybearer. His master turned out to be a young but capable young woman, “Mistress Thalia Benet.” Glyde, along with a peer by the name of Vance Scypa, traveled about the worlds with Thalia as she made her rounds. It was generally an uneventful period of time, as the worlds were, for the most part, at peace. The trio devoted themselves almost entirely to training routines and practical use of survival and combat skills. Through these sessions and further mock-missions, Glyde and Vance developed a striking rivalry with one another, which bordered on the two practically becoming enemies to one another. Glyde proved a superior spell user, while Vance proved more capable in melee. Neither one could truly best the other. By the time the two were ready to leave their Apprenticeship and move on become fully-fledged Knights of the Keyblade, they were at a point of loathing. Glyde, however, was much less put-off by Vance than Vance was of him.

The two went their separate ways at age eighteen, having spend four whole years under her instruction. The two were ordained as full agents of the Keyblade Academy, and referred to then as “Knights.” Vance was assigned to duties policing a world. Glyde, however, was brought before the highest ranked masters with a special assignment. Because of his unique set of talents, he was deemed the most capable warrior for putting down a direct, outside threat to the Realm of Light. He was dispatched and joined a inter-dimensional tournament against several other warriors, many with no connection to the worlds he had grown familiar with. He was able to fight his way to the final round, where he met one of his favorite opponents: Malisa Jals. A Keybearer herself, she gave Glyde a run, but was ultimately defeated by his hand with a well-aimed stealthy shot to the shoulder. But she remained alive, which went against the code of his mission. And to boot, he had commenced the battle in the halls of The Academy itself, which was decreed as a taboo.

In lieu of these events, Glyde was placed under arrest and put on a trial for “insurrection” towards The Academy. Though he tried to appeal to Malisa’s status as a Keybearer, he was ruled guilty as charged, and sentenced to banishment in the form of house arrest in his former residence of Twilight Town. Disallowed from using his Keyblade, he was reduced to a normal citizen status. He lived this life out for only month before fate intervened. In a local tavern, he ran into his old rival, Vance Scypa, who had apparently been placed on watch over him. As fate would have it, this encounter had Glyde standing between Vance, and Malisa Jals, who had happened upon Glyde’s Twilight Town in her travels. Together the two fled Twilight Town (after a visit to Glyde’s mother’s), and arrived near The Academy. Where they found consul from Glyde’s old Master, Thalia Benet. Following this brief meeting, the pair departed, and went on the run, both being wanted as criminals by The Academy.

Their last misadventure was in Olympus, where they had both been captured and forced to battle each other in Gladiatorial combat. Faking a serious fight, the two were able to give their captors (and the spectators) the slip. With some prize munny in hand in the wake of the event, Malisa departed, leaving Glyde in a pre-mature Radiant Garden that was little more than a mining town. He lingered there for a short while, being assigned a duty as a security and safety officer for the mining company. He excelled at this, being able to use his magic abilities to keep workers safe from falling chunks of rock (and from falling of large chunks of rock). When a strange group of people came upon this Radiant Garden, Glyde confronted a necromancer and a strange being from Halloween Town, Kilet Jan. Felling the former of the two with relative ease he battled an enraged Kilet. After a rather unimpressive bout between the two, Glyde was able to quell the child’s tantrum with a few words.

With Kilet Jan sent on his way, Glyde left the mining field. Explaining that there were probably hundreds of people looking to start a fight with him (or otherwise see him dead), he resigned from his work as a safety officer. But by then, news of his battle against Kilet had spread through the town, and a man approached him, and suggested taking up the line of private contracting. Amused by the idea of being a mercenary agent, Glyde took up the offer. He enlisted as a mercenary, and was given his first task shortly thereafter. He started with small, trivial tasks, since he was the new guy on board, such as dealing with minor thugs and criminals. Eventually, he worked up to assignments involving more dangerous individuals, and even taking down a hostile gang. Even so, all of his assignments were easily completed once he found his targets. So after a few months of easy pickings, he demanded a more challenging mission. He was given what he asked for, and was sent to increasingly difficult, and dangerous missions...

    Combat Information

    Weaponry

Marksman; when the Keyblade chose Adrian Savanna as one its chosen wielders, the Keyblade weapon that chose him was strange as Keyblades went. It wasn’t very much of a sword or staff as many other Keyblades were. Instead, Adrian found himself in possession of something more reminiscent of a gun. Marksman, the gun-like Keyblade that chose him in his youth, serves as the base model for every Keyblade upgrade and alteration he has received since. Through the use of Keychains, which he has been gifted or otherwise discovered or manifested throughout his journey, he is able to modify the weapon in accordance with his needs in any given combat situation. Each of them, however, bears the similar trait of being able to concentrate some manner of magical energy into bullet-like shots. The shots are generally derived from the power of the Keyblade, but Adrian has been able to filter his own magical reserves through them to increase the power of his shots.

Mk. 1 – The Hunter; The Hunter is the basic form of Marksman. The Keyblade that took its place in Adrian’s hand the day he was attacked by Heartless. It is black with a mix of a dark gray metallic color. In total length, the blade measures approximately three and a half feet. Roughly nine inches of this length is comprised the handle (which measures roughly six inches, and something resembling a firing mechanism or chamber. Formed on the underside of this is a guarded trigger. This portion of the weapon largely resembles a gunblade. Another three inches further forward on the weapon is dedicated to a grip point, enabling Adrian to prop the weapon against his shoulder. The main body of the weapon comprises roughly two and a half feet of length. It has a barrel that measures roughly three inches at its widest diameter. Towards the end of the weapon, a pair of short but noticeable key teeth, forming the gun’s sights, mounts the top of the barrel. The end of the barrel consummates in a pointed end. At the pull of the trigger, a chain reaction of energies is started, and the shot, a dull, dark orange colored energy is ejected from the tip of the blade. When aimed properly, its accuracy is reliable within 100 yards, though the shots can move further than that. The Keychain for this weapon resembles the crosshairs of a gun scope.

Mk. 2 – The Soldier; merely a minor upgrade to the original Hunter Keyblade, this has only a few notable differences. It is slightly longer though, closer to four feet in length. Nearer the end of the barrel, the weapon his mounted by a bayonet, measuring roughly a foot in length, adding several inches to the weapons close-quarters reach, and features both a bladed-edge on the underside and a spear tip at the end, allowing use for both thrusting and stabbing. Otherwise the weapon is formed in the entirely same manner as The Hunter. It fires the same manner of rounds, those being orange-hued shots of pure magic. It’s range, however, its accuracy is reliable within 200 yards. The Keychain for this weapon has a similar appearance to that of a Distinguished Service Medal.

Mk. 3 – The Sniper; it is rarely used in battle, due to the ungainly nature of the weapon and the sheer size. The Sniper is easily the larges of Adrian’s weapons, measuring at about five feet in length. As with previous “model” of Adrian’s Keyblade, The Sniper is formed off the basic model of “The Hunter.” The first, and most evident difference is the five-foot length, outstripping the latter’s length by nearly two feet. A pair of teeth remains atop the barrel of the weapon, actively serving their role as sights. Yet these are different from those of the previous forms of Marksman in that they’re function is more likened to a long-distance scope. These scopes are accompanied by another scope closer to the butt of the weapon. Furthermore, a set of teeth is found on the bottom near the end of the barrel, which spread in a “V” formation and act as props to lessen the fatigue of holding the weapon up for long periods of time on stakeouts. Unlike the previous weapons in the Marksman Series, this weapon does not eject lighted magical energy. Instead, the ammunition of this weapon is derived from something more like a force spell, compressing a powerful kinetic force and launching it at the target. It’s range is significantly greater than the other forms, being able to have reliable accuracy within a range of 1000 yards and reasonable reliability at almost a mile. The Keychain on this resembles a Distinguished Service Cross.

Mk. 4 – Standoff; the shortest of Adrian’s available Keyblades, Standoff measures an even three feet in length, with a minimal amount of that length being dedicated to a handle and firing mechanism fixture; the two seem to measure near six inches in total length. The barrel of the weapon comprises the other two and a half feet of the weapon. It’s a bit wider in diameter than those of the other variants of Marksman, which is due to its exclusively wide use as a melee and assault weapon. The key teeth remain affixed to the topside of the blade, but are seen in the form of two spiked humps connected to each other in a crescent-shaped dip. These teeth no longer serve the purpose as sights for firing, as the weapon is not for precise aiming. The bottom side of the blade is adorned by a blade fixture, which is apparently built in as part of the weapon, spans the entire underside of the barrel. While reassuming the colored and lighted property of the earlier versions of Marksman, Standoff packs a bit less of a punch, and is not fatal in any sense. Instead, the shots are used to effectively subdue enemies, or otherwise keep them distracted while Adrian closes in for close quarters. Its Keychain bears a resemblance to the US Medal of Honor.
    Powers, Skills & Abilities
    Non-Magical Abilities
Some of Adrians skills and abilities have nothing to do with magical power or spell casting. He’s been trained to achieve certain capabilities, or otherwise, possesses them naturally.

    • Superior Condition; being a product of a rigorous military training routine, Adrian is gifted with a physical condition superior to most humans. His strength, speed, endurance, and resilience are all at a level comparable to any peak human. Effectively, he can bench press roughly three hundred pounds without much tiring. His mile run clocks in between six and seven minutes, and he is capable of running at a steady pace for up to three miles. He has a fast sprinting speed, able to cover one hundred meters in around eleven to twelve seconds. He’s picked up a bit of maneuvering skill in the form of a parkour-type style of movement, enabling him to easily navigate obstacles.
    • Marksmanship; while not perfect in this sense, Adrian is accomplished as a marksman.
    • Stealth; through no magical abilities, Adrian has an aptitude for stealth. He can move relatively silently and keep well out of site.

    Keyblade Abilities
Adrian possesses a roster of abilities that require the use of his Keyblade before they can be performed. They deal with enhancing or altering the manner of the shots fired by his weapons.

    • Spitfire; for a fleeting second, Adrian’s finger rapidly presses the trigger of his weapon. The action results in a rapid sequence of shot-producing chain reactions enabling him to fire shots in a machine-gun effect. He can fire up to fifty rounds per-seconds. After this use, the weapon must recharge before it can be fired again. The ability is less powerful when used with The Hunter and Standoff.
    • Shotgun; through channeling his own magical power through the Keyblade, Adrian can cause his shots to break apart into numerous smaller-sized shots, creating a spray effect.
    • Stream Shot; by holding down the trigger of a weapon, Adrian can unleash a constant, laser-like stream, as opposed to bullet shots. However, the stream can only last for a short period, after which the weapon itself must go through a period of recharge before being used again. Not compatible with The Hunter or Standoff.
    • Shot Charge; when Adrian lightly, and partially presses down the trigger of a weapon, it holds the chain reaction of energies midway through, allowing a massive-build up, thus creating a larger, more powerful blast of magic. The Keyblade must recharge after this. The ability is not compatible with The Hunter or Standoff.
    • Power Control; Adrian is able to voluntarily control the amount of power that goes into, and comes out of each of his elemental spells. For example, he can create a gravity spell that merely weighs down on an opponent, without crushing them.
    • Spell Shot; by channeling his magical power through his Keyblade, Adrian can apply elemental effects to his shots. Examples would include discharging lightning from the end of the weapon, or hurling freezing ice from the barrel.

    Magical Abilities
Magic is ultimately drawn from the power and life force of the person using it. However, those that are versed in the use of magic are, often, either naturally gifted with vast reserves, or have otherwise developed those reserves of energy to call forth and cast the spells and abilities they need in battle. This is particularly true for Adrian, as he possesses an incredible amount of magical power, which enables him to rely on his spell casting very often.

    Offensive Elemental Spells
Adrian has mastered the Elemental Spells up to their second-grade (the spells ending with “ra”).

    • Fira; forms a sphere of condensed, molten fire, and hurls it at his opponent.
    • Thundera; launches a bolt (or several bolts) of lightning, emanating from the tips of his fingers. The spell can manifest in static streams for subduing, or in powerful bolts for lethal effects. Alternatively, he can reign lightning from the skies.
    • Blizzara; disperses a volley of crystallized ice “javelins.” Contact cannot only skewer an enemy, but also lead to a freezing effect.
    • Gravira; creates an effect of an “event horizon” or more commonly, a strong gravitational force that presses down on opponents with a crushing weight.
    • Zero-Gravira; creates the reverse effect of the Gravira spell, causing gravity to forcefully change its pull direction in a localized space. Thus, the spell hurls targets into the air, as opposed to crushing them into the ground.

    Defensive Elemental Spells
Adrian has also mastered the basic defensive spells to their second-grade level. Many of them can also double for offensive purposes, but they are primarily for defense functions.

    • Aerora; creates a swirling cyclone of air around the caster, or wherever the caster sees fit to cast it. The wind has a cutting effect, and is generally enough to keep foes at bay.
    • Reflectra; summons a dome of solid light magic in the caster’s desired target area. The dome causes most attacks launched to deflect off of it, and disperses outward in shatters after a few seconds; Adrian has learned to manipulate, to an extent, the shards of his reflect spells. In addition, he’s developed a means of maintaining the shielding for extended periods.

    Auxiliary Abilities
Adrian possesses a few abilities beyond the elemental spells.

    • Spell Melding; Adrian is able to use multiple spells in conjunction with one another, such as casting fire spell to work in tandem with an air spell, or applying a blizzard effect to reflect spells.
    • Glide; channeling kinetic force from his body, through his magic power, Adrian is able to glide and hover through mid-air.
    • Scan; Adrian has been developing his ability to sense other beings in his immediate vicinity. He’s grown to be able to pick out sources of power that stand out, so long as he’s within a certain distance of them, that typically being if he’s on the same world (in the KH Verse) as them.
    • Power Control; Adrian is able to consiously control the amount of power he puts into any one spell, enabling him to diminish and augment its effects in terms of how strong and how expansive it is. For example, he can create a Thunder spell just strong enough to shock someone without actually injuring them.

    Spell Circles
Originally, Adrian had picked up these useful abilities from his traveling companion (and in his world, fellow fugitive and Keybearer), Malisa Jals. They tend to operate in a manner not unlike typical magical runes. A magical ‘charge’ is laid down in a certain space, unseen (with few exceptions for magical ability allowances), and remains dormant until activated. Each circle is imparted with a magical command, and carries it out once activated. Adrian is able to set his circles to trigger once someone has stepped within them, or on his command.

    • Dimensional Shift; it is a circle that acts in a manner similar to a space/space-time portal. Through its use, Adrian is able to move from one universe to another (though he usually just ends up in another variation of his own universe.
    • Trip Spell; Adrian implants a spell circle with an offensive magic, which can either be a non-elemental explosion, or an activation of one of the elemental spells, which takes effect after the circle has been triggered.
    • Blast Stream; essentially, this is a spell circle that emits a powerful stream of non-elemental magic in a cylindrical shape.
    • Stream Scatter; a variation on the Blast Stream, in which Adrian either: A) creates and launches a series of smaller Blast Streams, or B) sets a single stream to split and scatter after being launched.
    • Light’s Sarcophagus; drawing from similar principles to the reflect spells, this spell circle, when activated, unleashes a sort of binding cocoon that forms around the opponent, and tightens around them. The cocoon can be tightened at the will of the caster.
    • MP Salvage; though not actually a spell circle, this ability enables Adrian to retrieve any circles he’s laid down but not used during a battle (so long as he has the chance to do so).

    Physical Information

    Appearance

Standing somewhere on the shorter side, Ian is between 5'6'' and 5'7'' tall, and boasts a slightly heavyset body type, which is more out of muscle bulk than actual fat. He has a Caucasian complexion, but not without a good tan leftover from summer excursions, and of course band camp. He has light brown eyes as well as light brown hair. In an off-season situation, he is known to let his hair grow out to the point of being almost wild and unmanageable; being that the marching band's performance season is about to get into full swing, he has shaven his head for the sake of cleanliness. The majority of his facial hair has been kept clean-shaven, leaving nothing but a neatly trimmed goatee. He isn't very caring in terms of attire, at least not with the specifics.

    Clothing

He isn't very caring in terms of attire, at least not with the specifics, and prefers to wear lower end casual attire. Typically, he wears shorts even in the midst of the winter months. He only ever wears long pants when he goes to late season marching band rehearsals, or to formal events, such as banquets and awards ceremonies. Conversely, he prefers to wear long-sleeved t-shirts, or hoodies. For the most part, he wears such attire bearing the logo or name of something music related, such as accessory distributors, or one of his favorite musicians and bands. The only times he ever wears short-sleeved shirts is when he's in gym class, or in early season band rehearsals, when it's warmer out.

    Personal Information

    Personality

Going into his senior year, Ian is known to be a rowdy, spirited, slightly reckless, but overall well-meaning individual, who has shown himself to be a strong leadership figure when it comes to pepping the school. He is a member of the school's marching band as a snare drummer, splitting the center in the snare line consisting of five others, as well as being the co-section leader for the line. While he may qualify as the class clown when he’s not at a band rehearsal, once he’s got an instrument in front of him, he becomes, in essence, an entirely different person. Like a warrior with a sword in hand and armor adorned, once he’s in with the line and performing, he’s all business, and takes very little “BS,” and doesn’t hesitate to pull his rank on younger members when they aren’t up to par with their commitments to the ensemble.

    Family

    Kristin Vale-Mother-Divorced From Father
Mike Vale-Older Brother-Lives Away From Home
    Jason Vale-Older Brother-In College
    Kayla McKinnon-Half Sister-Lives At Home

    History

Ian grew up in somewhat of an awkward household, though that's, not to say it was a bad upbringing or anything. His father was left single as a result of some scandalous activity several years ago, while he (Ian's father that is) was pursuing a foot into the music industry. Not only did this leave Ian and his two brothers Jason and Mike without their mother, but it also lead to them having a half sister (Kayla McKinnon) from their father's affair, who was left with them out of her mother's spite for their father having had a wife at the time. So needless to say, it was a rather rambunctious life amongst them. Fighting, playing, and just about everything else young kids do was more than parent in the Vale household. Somehow, they managed, though they don't really know how.

Ian doesn't personally have much connection to his eldest brother Mike, as he was eight years older, and seemed to be out of the house well before a serious connection could be made. He held his second eldest brother, Jason, in that standard older brother light, being a rival of sorts, always on him about everything (which Jason was always quick to return), yet oddly enough, held as a roll model for how he would want to be as he grew up. As for Kayla, he loved her like any brother would love a sister, one year age gap (compared to the four and eight between him and his brothers) allowed for a closer bond, and in fact, a friendship between Ian and Kayla. He was usually the quickest to concern himself with her troubles, and the quickest one to act when action was called for, sometimes even acting brashly.

While somewhat disjointed from each other socially in the later years, the four siblings all share, to this day, a bond in music, in which all of them have come to desire careers in. Mike, something of an outlier, fell in love with brass and woodwinds, and currently works as a private instructor in a different state. Jason became a drummer, and did a bit of goofing with guitar and base, and went to college to pursue a degree in performance. Ian, being closest to Jason in age, was caught by this same bug, and came to pursue percussion as his main musical focus. The brothers' interest in music eventually filtered to Kayla, who also came into the world of percussion, which Ian has long fancied himself as the inspiration for.

    Other

Favorite music artists include Dream Theater (prior to the departure of Mike Portnoy), Symphony X, The Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Buckethead, and Pat Metheny, just to name a few.
Ever since spectating an indoor drumline competition in his Freshman year, he's been trying fruitlessly to convince the school board to support an indoor line at All-Star High.
While not particularly interested in sports, he enjoys hitting the weight room when his time allows for it.
He drives a silver-white Hyundai Sonata.

    Physical Information

    Appearance
    http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110624011855/kingdomhearts/images/4/4a/King_Mickey_KHREC.png
Mickey isn’t a very large being; he stands at a mere two feet and five inches in height, and is particularly light, though no more or less than his height appropriates. As a mammal that is not human, he lacks any visible skin. Instead, the majority of the exterior of his body his covered in a fine, thin coat of black fur. His face is the only part of him that seems to be spared of any fur, and has a lightly tan looking color. His head is a bit on the large side, is a near-perfect round shape, and is mounted by a pair of large, rounded ears. The front side of his face perks up, peaking into a black nose. His eyes are rather large as well, with an ovular shape and a kindly black in color. Similarly, his hand and feet are also on the larger side for his size. Out of his backside, a thin tail can be seen trailing behind him.
    Attire
The Mickey has been handed down a preserved and mended version of one of his most celebrated ancestor’s garments, kept as family heirlooms. Currently, a short-sleeved, zip up, jacket-like garment adorns his torso area. It is lined as a silver-gray color, with red and dark gray comprising the majority of its color scheme. A set of yellow straps hangs from under his collar. He wears shorts to match, colored red, with yellow around the knees, and blue straps running down the sides of the legs. His shoes are large and clown-like, with rounded toes. They are colored mostly in yellow, with black soles and a black striped running over the topside near the ankle. At his ankles, the shoes sport black straps, and pairs of yellow straps criss-cross at the toes.
    Personal Information

    Personality
Much like his ancestor’s, Mickey stands as a peculiarly righteous, courageous, and noble individual. Despite his small size, he has no trouble filling an entire hall with his charisma and spirit. He strides with full confidence in his abilities as a Keybearer, a warrior, and as a person in general. Some might call him an optimist, having no sense of frustration or disappointment to leave him in a put down. However, it’s certain that he lacks the one quality that many of his ancestor’s were quick to develop: the sense of seriousness and understanding. He has yet to experience the true hardships of the worlds, and has yet to see the worlds beyond Destiny Islands where he’s trained for most of his life. He remains, in short, ignorant, and at times embarrassingly reckless in his actions and in his words.

Family At Disney Castle Remains Known Only To The Masters

    Biography
The young prince is in that popular situation in which he doesn’t even realize his own royalty; this is a fact that only the Keyblade Masters, and a few fortunate others, are aware of. At birth, it was revealed and understood that the young Mickey would grow up to wield a Keyblade like so many of his ancestors before him. As part of a law made in the days of the first King Mickey, who journeyed with the likes of Sora and Riku, the prince was not allowed to remain in custody at Disney Castle. He was sent away from the castle, to the humble world known as Destiny Islands, where the Keyblade Masters could train him in seclusion. It was the idea of keeping him away from the high functioning of the royal affairs, and keeping him a humble being, uncorrupted by the combined power of being a Keybearer AND a prince at the same time. Becoming royalty would of course wait until he had learned some manner of piety.

So, at a very young age, at such an age that he could barely even remember anything about his home world, he was taken by a Keyblade Master, to be raised in the seclusion of Destiny Islands. He grew up amongst the Masters, and amongst the descendents of the other legendary heroes from centuries ago. Around the age of six, he made his first true summoning of his Keyblade, the first one owned by his legendary ancestor, Star Seeker. It was at that point that Prince Mickey was officially started in the training to become a Keyblade Master. The journey proved tough, but his prior teachings had taught him, if anything, to maintain his confidence, and never give, and go that extra mile when things seemed toughest. It was through this upbeat attitude, and sometimes reckless actions, that he came through so far in his training, and stood tall against the tasks to come.

    Combat Information

    Weapon
    http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110202213807/kingdomhearts/images/1/17/Star_Seeker_KHII.png
Star Seeker Keyblade; owing to the passing down of the Keyblades by the heroes from so long ago, Mickey X has come to wield the Keyblade known as “Star Seeker.” The weapon is longer than he is tall, but he wields it with a great deal of professionalism and finesse (so much as his age and training allow). It is a beautiful sight to behold, with a faded color scheme running dark purple to light lavender up to the top of the blade. At the hilt, two compass roses decorate it. One at the bottom is gold-yellow, with silver-white pieces poking out indicating the intermediate directions (northwest etc), and one at the top of the hilt colored blue with only the primary directions. A pair of cloud-wisps that resemble a pair of angelic wings forms the hand guards. At the top end of the guards sits a set of medallions with stars emblazoned upon them. A cluster of star decals decorates along the blade, which culminates an arcing design mounted by a series of decently sized smashing teeth, and hugging around a crescent moon with a star in the middle. A crescent moon Keychain dangles form the bottom end of the hilt.
    Notable Magic & Abilities
Mickale has been undergoing is Keybearer training for many years now. As such, he's learned a few good tricks from the Keyblade Masters on Destiny Islands, and has even been able to invent a few moves of his own to use.

    Spells

    • Thundera
    • Aeroa
    • Fire (Akin to the KH2 one; creates fire wall around him).
    • Reflect (can only use frontal shields, but for extended times).
    • Gravira
    • Zero-Gravira
    Other Magical Abilities

    • Gravity Pull; Based off of the basic gravity spells, Mickey can bend these spells around his person in order to achieve various results. He typically uses it as a means of increasing his own apparent weight, allowing slight enhancements in resilience against forceful strikes. He can also utilize it as a means of altering gravitational pull in such ways as allowing himself to run along walls and ceilings without adverse effects.
    • Spell Coating; Mickey is able to 'coat' his Keyblade with certain magical spells, thus achieving their innate effects upon striking. Say for example, he coated his Keyblade in a Thunder Spell, this would then enable him to delivery a blow that, by effect, delivers an electrical shock to his opponent.
    • Wind Ride; utilizing an alteration of the Aero spell, Mickey utilizes air currents as a means of mobility. Commonly used for the purpose of closing large gaps between himself and his opponents, as well as evading falls from his distances. More or less, this is an alternative function to the ability to glide. Good for long stretches, and for quick bursts.
    • Comet Strike; Utilizing a combined effort of a Wind Ride and a shielding Fire spell, Mickey charges his foe in an airborn tackling motion.
    • Spell Fury; After coating his Keyblade with any given spell, Mickey otherwise choose to release said spell in a slashing motion.
    • Explosion; summons a trio of light orbs that circle around Mickey. Typically used as a follow up to a string of attacks. Otherwise, it makes for a good counter-offesnive move.
    • Burst Strike; a more powerful ability in the combative sense, this is typically used as a finishing blow. Using the Wind Ride ability, Mickey pushes himself across the distance between himself and his opponent. In flight, he assumes laying position, with his Keyblade held out in front of him. This combines with a Reflect spell as a defensive measure. The strike is typically focused on a single, vital point on the oppponent's person (such as the head, or chest).
    Combat Style
Mickey would be classified as a melee fighter, particularly falling into the speed category of it. He utilizes his small size to its advantage with highly maneuverable, fast paced moves. Often, these moves are coupled with acrobatic feats, such as wall kicking, and various flips and rolls. He relies on high speed strikes made in succession to deal the majority of the damage, with just a few powerful moves to effectively finish his battles.

    Appearance

    http://29.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lhfhw1vkeN1qzwzdeo1_400.jpg
Imagine, if you will, an old monk sort of person; that kind of character you might see in an old martial arts movie, the master whom, despite being of many years, and being obviously diminished form what he used to be physically, retains his spark of vigor and youth. If you can imagine that to some extent, then you’ve pretty much got what Master DeUan looks like. He’s an old man, and his age is shown through many of his physical features. He stands about six feet tall, maybe a bit more than that. His figure is one of former physical glory. The muscles that might have once rippled valiantly across his body have grown thin and wiry, leaving what remains a nearly skeletal, and boney structure. His limbs are of an accentuated length in his leanness, which can be most readily seen in his sharp looking fingers. His skin has a light brown complexion, with wrinkles in the common places for people his age. His hair is grown out long, in kept in a roughly combed style, and colored a gray-white. Short-trimmed sideburns run down the sides of his face, forming a bristled beard upon his chin. A most distinguishable feature of the old master is a pair of pointed, elf-like ears hidden beneath the bush of his hair.

    Attire
For the most part, DeUan adorns himself in very simple clothing. Looking at him on just about any day, regardless of what’s happening, one might well think of his attire as that of a beggar man, or a stray wanderer, rather than a Keyblade Master. His most typical adornment is that of an aged, plain white robe or cloak. It is woven from a particularly light fabric. It is a garment considerate of its wearer’s potential to engage in combat, and thus, features sleeves to allow easy use of the arms when needed. The arms are outfitted with wrappings that allow the wearer to tighten the garment as needed to allow less obstruction of movement. A belt of a similar, though slightly heavier white fabric is at the waist of the robe serves similar purpose. The belt is akin to one worn by a martial artist. Beneath the cloak, DeUan adorns clothing akin to a martial artist’s gi.

    Personal Information

    Personality
If you’re looking for a thousand smiles, congratulatory statements after the completion of every workout, and pats on the back, then you’ve come to the wrong person. Master DeUan is not the friendliest of people, especially when it comes to being a Keyblade Master, and a teacher of the trade of being one. He’s one of the strictest Masters of the Keyblade. A no-nonsense man, aged from years and experience, he has little to no tolerance for anything that is unproductive to progress. He’s quick to bear down on anyone who slacks off during a training session. He gives breaks only when necessity demands it, and never as reward, even for the best of work. A day off is rare treat, if it ever even comes. His methods are real, applying practical situation to trials to prep his students for the necessity of battle against all sorts of foes. He fears seeing his students in a situation that they were never trained for.

    Known Relations
Other Keyblade Masters – Colleagues & Perceived Friends
Students – Perceived As His Own Children, In A Sense

    History

The elderly Master Lan DeUan is a man that has been around the worlds more than once in his lifetime. He’s seen the sights there are to see enough to learn quite a lot. He’s fought in some battles on distant world under distant suns that most people alive can barely even imagine in their dreams and nightmares. He’s seen a great share of victories in his lifetime. Yet as his scar-riddled body will indicate, he’s also known a great, possibly more numerous, experience in defeats. His colleagues call him an angry old man, and embittered by the disappointments he’s known. He can admit to himself that he carries a heavy heart. In the light of his life experiences, he’s dedicated himself to teaching younger Keyblade wielders to the skills necessary to carry out their duties, so that they might never live to suffer the pains of defeats.

    Combat Information

    Weapon

Elder Dragon Keyblade; the longtime Keyblade of Lan DeUan, this weapon has been with the Master for the greater part of the passed five decades. Its name is derived from its wielder’s age, and it’s draconic design. The weapon takes the form of a wielder-height staff, as opposed of the typical sword-like form of typical Keyblades. Its design appears to be comprised of a series of oriental dragon-lengths, though colored hues of red, as opposed to a traditional green. The teeth of the Key are signified by a series of four curved spikes along a crook at the top of the staff. The top end of the weapon features the head of, as expected, a dragon with its mouth open as though spitting fire.

    Notable Powers
Master DeUan was once a very well rounded warrior both in using magic and in the finer arts of weapon and hand-to-hand combat. However, as physical injury compiled into the diminishment of his melee abilities, he focused his life on honing his magical skills. As result, he has grown into a general expert in spell casting, even going as far to transcend, to extent, the use of elemental spells, and other magical feats involving the projection of his energy reserves in a raw form.

    Basis Information

Human Name: Samuel Eadan Keene III*
    Nobody Name: Xeanad (Zay-uh-nahd)
    Race: Tenebrum Nobody
    Title: TBD
    Age: 20
    Gender: Male
    Age As Nobody: 1 Week
Allegiances: Xolla, The Mind Ninja; Xolla's "Father"

    Physical Information

    Appearance:
A once handsome and kindly body was re-sculpted into something sullen and empty by darkness. The changes to his appearance from Sam Keene are minor at the most. He strides with a well-toned military-trained physique, though more slim and lean than bulky and strong. Orange-red hair is kept short in a manageable military crew cut; facial hair is completely out, leaving him clean-shaven and neat-looking. His eyes are dark green, with a sadly hollowed gaze as a result of his present mental state. He moves with an almost mechanical sense of purpose.

    Clothing & Accessories:
Xeanad is adorned by the attire typical of the Nobody race. A black ankle-length trench coat flows down his body with a hold that's snug, but not tight. In travel and sleuthing, he'd be found with the hood drawn up so that his face is masked in its shadow. Viable on his feet is a pair of black combat boots that span about half way up his calve muscles. With the coat removed, he'd *be seen wearing a black tank-top shirt and black cargo pants. He bears few trinkets or accessories, any of them having been confiscated by Xolla or destroyed by the Dark Lord. A medallion bearing the Nobody insignia hangs around his neck on a chain. At times, he also wears tinted goggles over his eyes, or on his forehead; they seem to be related to his powers as a Nobody.

    Combat Information

    Weapon:*
Vengeance of the Sun; though Xolla confiscated Sam's father's prized gunblade, the weapon's likeness has found it's way back to the hands of Xeanad. His weapon bears much similarity to the gunblade, particularly in that it IS a gunblade. However, it isn't exactly the same as the one given to Sam in his earlier youth. It's considerably longer than than the old one, measuring up to five feet in total length. The bottom foot of the weapon is comprised of the hilt and firing mechanism of the gun. The remaining four feet are dedicated to a long barrel form, and a flourishing *blade with a scimitar-like curvature along the front end (albeit with a wider broadside). The coloration of the weapon is, mostly, a mid to dark purple, with, with silver accent decorating parts of the firing mechanism and the back end of the barrel.

Far from conventional as a firearm, VotS does not fire off bullet rounds as Sam's former weapon did. Rather, the weapon acts as a conduit through which pure Light magic is compressed, channeled, and ejected. Streams of this magic release from the end of a closed barrel upon each pull of the trigger. Like enhanced laser beams, the streams can pierce most conventional materials, cutting through steel and stone-like walls and armors, and can fell a typical being in a single shot if aimed right. If used in provided *lighting (a lit building or sun or moon lighting) the weapon can draw completely from the given sources. Otherwise, Xeanad must channel portions of his own magical power to use the weapon, or otherwise, use it in close-range combat.

    Elemental Power/Affiliation: Light

    Power Overview:
Xeanad is widely proficient in the use of Light-based magics. His abilities range from basic light-based spells and abilities to forging light into physically solid constructs to even bending physical light (photons) to various effects.

    Abilities:
Reflect Spells; Xeanad has a deep proficiency in using reflect spells, outstripping most talented mages and sorcerers. His reflect spells, notably, can last longer than the typical spells, potentially long enough to hold off barraging assaults. He's capable of casting the spell in different shapes and sizes, moving the shields they forge for covered advances, and even manipulating the shields into offensive constructs after the need for defense is well and gone.*

Reflect Mirrors; actual mirrors summoned in a similar vein to the reflect spells. They can serve multiple functions, such as peering around corners, reflecting enemy attacks or his own attacks (perfect for shooting enemies around corners, and even trickery to some degree.*

Flash; Xeanad concentrates a mass of light energy together into a small, sun-like orb that constantly emits light (until it dies out). Used to light up darker areas.*

Flare; A variation on Flash, in which Xeanad creates a quick, extreme bright flash of light, emerging out from a single epicenter, and directs the outgoing light at a target (o several targets) in more of a spotlight effect. The brightness is generally enough to hinder vision while the flare is emanating and can even cause temporary blindness. Hence the wearing of tinted goggles.

Light Constructs; much like the reflect spells, Xeanad can compress light into physically solid forms. Makeshift stairs, throwing spears/needles and blades seem to be the most common.*

Photo Energizing; Xeanad's abilities can grow exponentially more powerful in heavily lighted areas as he pulls power from light. Best effect is in the light of the sun.*

Photon Bending; Xeanad can bend the photons that comprise physical light emitted by sources. Most readily he can make things appear brighter or less brighter. He can keep light from reflecting off objects and (more commonly) people, creating a cloaking effect. He can even utilize this to create optical illusions.*

Light Bursts; Xeanad is able to forge light magic into offensive forms, most commonly blasting out orbs, streams and blade-like waves of light at enemies. As with his gunblade, it's similar to a laser beam, dealing more of a burning, cutting or melting effect than blunt force.

    Personal Information

    Personality:
Bound to the Nobody Xolla by way of her telepathic influence, Xeanad is nearly devoid of any notion of free will in most situations. Loyal to her on the highest of levels, he obeys her every command with a ruthless focus on efficiency and haste. He tends to pass off orders from others unless she's told him to obey them. Though some might call him a dog to Xolla, or even a puppet to her will, his strings are loose and his chain is kept long for the most part. So long as his duties are being fulfilled to standard, he's allowed the flexibility to decide how to complete a task. When his performance slips, or when he lapses out of his controller's grasp even briefly, the chain is shortened and he practically becomes Xolla's shadow.

    History:
Prior to being turned into a Nobody at the hands of Xolla and her Tenebrum Heartless, Samuel was a child of military background. His grandfather and father before him both served as military soldiers and officers on what used to be their home world, and formed a roaming militia dedicated to the eradication of Heartless and other dangerous creatures across the worlds upon their home's destruction. By Sam's time, the militia had grown into a small army in its own right, and he spent his days traveling the world with his father's company, ridding troubled worlds of the threats of Darkness. The group, unofficially know as "The Hunters" due to their methods, became a rather prominent defense force, even if just for their willingness to engage in such a difficult task.*

By age 12, Sam was engaged in training under the militia's guide. By age 14 he was in a behind-the-lines support role. By age 16, he was seeing combat alongside his father and company. While kept in the back lines for most of this tenure, he saw his share of action, and did away with a reasonable number of Heartless. When he was 17, his father bestowed upon him a unique weapon in an unlikely cross between a gun and a sword, known as a "Gun Blade." It was also at this point in time that his father informed him that he would be moved to the front lines of their company's operations battling alongside more veteran hunters.*

During this period, there seemed to be a lull in Heartless activity (perhaps the very reason for his promotion). He saw less frequent action, but when he did see any, it was typically in high-risk operations, which often lead to him being sheltered from carnage by his older comrades. Still, he saw some, and was told not to fear or mourn the losses. He held strong in the face of the deaths of numerous mentors and father-figures. He kept his fear on the backside of his mind to keep composure.*

But a day came when his Heart was tested beyond anything he had experienced before in his life time. His company had received word that a viscous Nobody had massacred a defense force in Twilight Town, leveling an entire row of buildings on them as they tried to pursue her. Naturally the militia sprung into action. Dispatching to Twilight Town, Sam, his father, and roughly 100 members of the militia tracked the Nobody to The World That Never Was. There upon the darkened city streets, Sam watched as his father's finest teams of Hunters were swept down by their own ammunition, and observed in horror as his father was crushed to death by the powerful Nobody.*

Seeking vengeance and and what redemption he could find, he battled the Nobody, Xolla, The Mind Ninja. But even without her using her telekinetic and telepathic powers, she was a formidable and ultimately overwhelming opponent. Defeated, and surrounded by a powerful breed of Heartless at Xolla's command, Sam accepted his fate, and thus, the Nobody "Xeanad" was born.

However, Xeanad was left with no conscious memories of his past life, or the events that lead to him being a Nobody. As his empty, emotionless shell of a body lay unconscious in recuperation, Xolla took the liberty to keep any of it from interfering. With an advanced telepathic 'spell' she was able to coax and force his past memories to the deepest parts of his unconscious mind. Upon awakening, Xeanad was under Xolla's full and undivided influence, convinced to his subordinate status, and seeing her as his master.

    Physical Information

Appearance: Vance has an average full-grown height of roughly six feet even, and weighs around 160 pounds. His figure is a slim one, well toned and superbly athletic from the physical training he received from the Keyblade Academy, and then some. A constantly maintained cut of muscle serves as proof that he takes very good care of his physique on a regular basis. He’s particularly narrow around the shoulders, when compared to the broad shouldered beings with similar physical training to him; his muscular structure is noticeably leaner than the typical image of a soldier that many have in mind. While visibly within realms of physical harmony, some odd proportions are evident, particularly in his arms and legs, which are longer than is typical of most evenly proportioned humans. He has green-blue colored eyes, and a short blonde head of hair organized in spiked rows. His skin is a lightly tanned Caucasian with a bit of a reddish blush around the face.

Attire: Vance’s most common attire is his “casual” outfit, which is in fact an outfit worn by Radiant Garden’s nobility during fencing practices. The torso of the outfit consists of two items, the first being an off-white button up, collarless shirt made from a silken material, and the second being a light brown leather vest worn over the shirt. A pair of padded leather gloves protects his hands. The bottom half of this outfit is comprised of a pair of black pants and knee-high leather boots. Traditionally, he wears a green silk cummerbund with a red-brown sash hanging down in the back.

His combat attire is the armor of the common Keyblade Knight. As an under layer of this armor is a black, mythril-silk under armor. Vance is particularly adorned by a lighter, more mobile armor. It is comprised of individual armored “hides” that focus only on protecting the vital and necessary areas. A single hide protects the area of his stomach and up to his sternum, while a similar hide affixes to his back covering the same range. Another set of plating covers the tops of his shoulders to above the elbows, offering a rounded design for shoulder movement. Furthering plating adorns his forearms and elbows, and padded gloves provide protection for his hands and wrists. Further armored hides protect the front and back of his lower and upper legs, while a pair of black boots covers his feet.

Recently, he’s made an upgrade for protection’s sake, inter-connecting the armored hides with scale-mail armor in the openings between plates and along his lower neck. His armor also features a helmet, made from a similar hide material, which covers the forehead and along the backside of the head, and over the sides of the face and over the mouth and nose. A black visor, apparently made from a steel-tough crystalline composite, covers the eyes of the helmet. This visor extends to a point just before the ears, allowing a maximization of periphery vision.

    Personal Information

Personality: The put downs that Vance has endured, and the success that he’s attained through breaking through them has given Vance a great deal of outward confidence. He learned early on that in order to take control of his situations he had to be loud, outgoing, and aggressive within boundaries. Thus, he’s a rather outspoken and physical individual. He has a very up-close and personal style of confrontation, preferring settle matters as directly as possible. This is a trait that he carries onto the battlefields, as his first move is always to close in against his enemies. However, one would be mistaken to believe that his experiences with older siblings would have humbled his manners. To the contrary, Vance has developed a slight arrogance and extreme pride of himself in the wake of having defeated his elder brothers. A bit full of himself due to that, and his noble heritage, he has come to a point of ultimately talking down to his peers as though they’re below him.

Vance often claims to have “climbed the mountain, and seen the skies.” It is a saying he uses as a reflection of a need to constantly better those that are better than he is. He believes that he has to end up on top in every situation, whether combat or otherwise, or else all of his efforts will have been in vain. He seems willing to do almost anything to assure that he is victorious against others, even if it means having to put others down the way he was out down as a child. Having “rivals” contending for his “place” in the world is something that seems to infuriate him to a great extent. There are, however, exceptions when it comes to his attitudes towards his equals and superiors. Those exceptions are the teachers that he’s had in life. Whether it’s the servants that befriended him in his youth, or his Keyblade teachers, or the Grandmaster of Keybearers, he seems to hold a powerful respect for them, even if only to gain their approval and recommendation. He sees such figures as the Grandmaster as being like father figures, and neurotically strives to please them.

History: Vance was born into a prosperous lifestyle. His family, the Scypas, was one of the most notable members of the Radiant Garden community during their time. In the pecking order of the time, it was understood that the only people in the town that had more wealth and power than the “House of Scypa” was the Royal Family that lived in the castle; but even then, the Scypa had an astounding influence in the court of the Radiant Garden King, though they were never known for corruption towards the community. It was into this prestigious family that Vance Scypa was born. He was as the youngest of a family already composed of eight blood-bound members, as well many servants that cared for the family’s estate. As a child he was cared for by his family, though before long, only his mother and a few servants had the drive to see to his continued care and development.

Almost immediately upon reaching his late childhood, the young Vance was entered into the frivolous battles of sibling rivalry. This rivalry was existent on many levels, from physical conflicts to stressing attempts to match feats in academics and training. But as the youngest of the children, Vance’s efforts didn’t seem to count for much. He was constantly put down by his older brothers Adonis and Andres, who bested him in combat, outwitted him in discussion, and managed to prank him at just about every turn. His eldest brother Atticus, when home from his duties as a Royal Knight, was certain to put his piece into the mix as well, often citing that the “little brother” was always going to have a climb to the top, and would never get there. Likewise, his sisters were taunts, and placed themselves on a “purer” pedestal than him, and spoke to him as Urchin. His father remained distant and neglectful through these moments, and often laughed alongside the other siblings as they ridiculed the young Vance.

There were only three people amongst his family that Vance was able to find comfort with. His mother, Petra, was a constant source of protection against the stabs from his siblings and father. Where they would seek to treat him as an unwanted child, she would always see to his growth, and defend him when it needed to be done. There were also two servants amongst the family’s employees that took a particular shine to Vance in his youth. Reynold, a butler, and Felicia, a maid and gardener both tended to the youngest master of the Scypa House. Being younger in years, the two of them found a particularly strong connection with Vance when he was still a child; they became something like the brother and sister that Vance didn’t have in his blood relatives. While they could do little more to help Vance directly than be in the right place at the right time, they were quick to comfort him. This was especially so when Vance began his path into adolescence, when his older brothers began beating him physically in “Noble” matches of sparring and fencing.

But Vance endured these trials. With his mother’s aid and the guidance of the two servants, he carried on his life, knowing that one day his siblings would eat their words, and his father would, one day, be forced to accept his worth as a member of the House. These dreams seemed to come into fruition when, apparently out of the blue, Vance was seem summoning, of all things, a legendary Keyblade. Chosen by the weapon as a wielder, Vance was informed of his status, and told that he was to attend school at The “Keyblade Academy” where he would learn to use the weapon, and the powers he was bestowed with, correctly and to the maximum of his potential. For reasons he never understood, he contemplated denying this venture, and staying home with his mother and servant friends. However, his mother passed around this time, due to the stress of having kept the elder siblings of her “precious baby’s” back for so long. Left with her assuring that it wasn’t his fault, Vance decided that he had little reason to stay in Radiant Garden, and joined The Academy as a student.

At The Academy, he found the satisfactions he had never had at home. He was a successful student, quickly learning new skills, and adapting them into his own styles. The rough treatment he had received back home helped mold him to tolerate the boot-camp procedures of his student days. He also seemed to garner much praise for his efforts and achievements, which was completely unlike his home life. He made friends at The Academy and seemed to especially connect well with the younger instructors, with whom he built his repertoire of abilities. He also found rivalry, much like the one he shared with his older brothers. His fiercest was with one Glyde Savian, a fellow Keyblade student, who seemed to be an opposite, though equally praised student, to him. While Vance developed as a strong close-ranged fighter with strong swordplay, Glyde developed a long-range knack, as well as a strong suit in spell casting. As well, Glyde, to Vance, seemed to reach his goals entirely on his own steam, which further fueled Vance’s sense of rivalry.

Following his graduation from student to Apprentice, he was paired with his great rival under the tutelage of Mistress Thalia Benet, a mastered Keybearer. She pushed both of them, and even played up their rivalry at times to get the two to get jobs done. And after a span of some three years, Vance was officially admitted as a Keyblade Knight, a footsoldier of the Keyblade Order under The Academy. He parted ways with his rival, and his teacher, and was granted a rare period of leave from The Academy before he officially began his duties. He used this time to clear the air back home. As he made a trip to his mother’s grave, he was met by further snide remarks by his siblings, all of who had managed to “reconnect” with him. As though unimpressed by his accomplishments, they mocked his tears at his mother’s burial site, prompting him to challenge each of them to a “friendly spar.” The three siblings agreed, and met their brother on the Radiant Garden training ground. After a lengthy battle, Vance managed to defeat each of them. Outraged, they attempted to rush him together, only to be defeated once more.

Feeling that he had left the mark he needed to on his family, Vance departed from Radiant Garden, and returned to The Academy. There, he discovered that Glyde Savian had been brought into a court hearing on criminal charges. Immediately, he made his way to the courtroom, and observed as his long-time rival was escorted away in chains as a traitor to The Academy and The Realm of Light. To his shock, he was also ordered to stand watch over Glyde’s house arrest in Twilight Town. Keeping regular tabs on Glyde, he grew to a point of arrogance, at times flaunting his authority over Glyde in noticeable ways. However, this attitude came around on him after only a month’s time. Glyde, with the help of an unknown renegade Keybearer, managed to slip out of his arrest and flee The Academy’s reach. In the process of trying to subdue him, Vance fell victim to a shot from Glyde’s Keyblade, which left him severely injured. To make matters worse, the incident had been blamed on his poor judgment, and he was to be banished as well.

But sometime came up that even Vance wasn’t expecting: a second chance. He could redeem himself by simply bring Glyde Savian back into The Academy’s jurisdiction. Driven by this opportunity, Vance departed from The Academy, and began his search for Glyde…

    Combat Information

    Weaponry

Keyblade; Eternal Sentiment At one time Vance wielded a Keyblade referred to as “Dark Phoenix.” However, recently intensified feelings of rivalry towards one Glyde Savian have enticed the emergence of a new Keyblade weapon in its stead. The product of these feelings, as such, is “Eternal Sentiment.” Colored in black, red, and gold hues and featuring jagged edges all around gives this weapon a truly foreboding appearance. It measures a total of three and a half feet length (though it seems Vance has no trouble wielding it with but one hand when he pleases). The main span f the blade is formed of interlocked scale-like formations, which lead into an axe type of attachment poised at the top end. The top of the axe fixture has a diamond-like form affixed within a golden lining. Similar diamond-like fittings are also found at the base of the axe and near the hilt of the weapon. Adornments bearing semblance to red Gargoyle wings are present at the bottom of the hilt and the base of the blade. The weapon is outfitted with an ability that Vance refers to as “Serpent’s Reach,” which allows the weapon to extend in length, as well as bend and contort in a manner similar to a snake.

    Physical Abilities
These abilities have either come naturally to Vance, or otherwise developed through physical training.

    • Above Peak Capacity; Vance is stronger, faster, and more resilient and enduring than other human beings. He’s not at a superhuman level, but rather, just beyond the threshold of peak human condition, enabling him to outstrip, physically, even the fittest beings the worlds have to offer.
    • Martial Ability; Vance is capable of holding his own in free-hand combat. But he’s no expert at it.
    • Swordsmanship; Vance has been trained rather extensively, and intensely in the use of a sword. As a child he was taught the very basics of noble sport swordplay. At the Keyblade Academy, he was taught the more refined art of combative swordplay. He’s a very proficient swordsman.
    • Honed Reflexes; as part of his training, Vance was taught a manner of heightening his awareness in battle, and is thus able to react to situations slightly faster than the normal person.

    Magical Abilities
Vance was never very good at typical spell casting. However, he’s gained a great deal of credit for coming up with was of developing those spells into useful, conservative techniques. The majority of his move set is derived from a melee sense of combat, which allows him to conserve the bulk of his magical power. He is particularly talented with his airborne abilities, such as Glide, and his capable of more advanced maneuvers when using these abilities.

    • Glide; Vance exerts energy as a kinetic force to push his body through the air, and suspend it in midair.
    • High Jump; Vance utilizes his magical force to jump several times higher than a normal human. He can usually jump around twelve feet vertically with this technique.
    • Aerial Jump; essentially, Vance uses a quick burst of his Glide ability to enable him to achieve a jump from midair.
    • Dash; an off shoot of the Glide ability in which Vance focuses the same kinetic energy into a quick, low-height burst of aerial speed. It only works over short distances, but renders his figure as a blur due to its high levels of speed.
    • Element Strike; Vance engages standard swordplay while charging his Keyblade with Elemental Spells. Most common spells include Fire, Thunder, Blizzard, and Aero.
    • Strike Raid; Vance hurls his Keyblade at his opponents. The weapon cuts a straight path and reverses after a set distance, or after making contact with an enemy. He can couple this ability with such spells as Fire and Thunder, Blizzard & Aero to achieve Blaze Raid and Shock Raid, Ice Raid and Gust Raid.
    • Gravity Push; Vance utilizes the principles of the basic gravity spells and launches a compressed force or “push” at his opponent.
    • Force Pulse; Vance further builds upon the gravity spell basis by creating shockwave of kinetic force that pushes out from around his body. It’s most effective for pushing back enemies when they swarm around him.
    • Tremor; Vance channels his gravity-based abilities through the ground beneath him, and creates a tremor through the earth.
    • Reflection Shield; Vance is able to summon a compressed Reflect-based Spell. However, his is different in the sense that he is actually able to summon a self-sustaining shield from the spell, and carry it for extended periods, usually until it breaks or he has no further need for it.
    • Aero; entices a sudden, whirling cyclone around his body that forces away enemies.
