Most touching moment in Kingdom Hearts?

I would have to say that my favourite kingdom hearts moment is when Sora turns into a heartless and then Kairi recognizes him and tries to protect him,oh i love it!

 

... I actually got touched at a lot of moments. XD

1. The KH 1 ending, where Sora and Kairi separate, and then she went into the secret entrance and looked at her and Sora's drawings.

2. When Riku helped Sora close that big door (Sorry, I forgot what it's called. Door To Darkness? =_=)

If I were to put the touching moments in KH2 too, then:

3. When Sora finally saw Riku. D:

4. When Roxas merged with Sora.

5. ...Probably when Sora saw Kairi.

 

KH1 touching moment: right after you beat Riku(Ansem) and Sora releases Kairi's heart. Just watching her wake up only to see her lover fade into nothing was touching and sad.

KH2: i'd say when Sora finally learns Riku is ok but trapped in the form of Ansem. "I looked everywhere for you!" just a touching moment, mixed in with a major HA from Riku at Donald and Goofy's expense.

 

KH1: As stated by others before: "I'll come back to you, I promise!" "I know you will!" (music starts)

KH2: Actually, it was early on in the game. At the end of Roxas's last day. "It looks like my summer vacation...is over."

 

I like the scene where Sora turns into a heartless in KHI

I liked the scene where Sora and Riku come back to Destiny Island at the end of KHII. I loved it when Sora gives back the good luck charm to Kairi and then the game ends.

 

When Sora is holding kairi's hand and says "Kairi! Remember what you said before? I'm always with you too. I'll come back to you! I promise!" and she says "I know you will!" It's just..... so beautiful! *cries hysterically*

 

This is why TV Tropes has a Crowning Moment of Heartwarming page specifically for KH. Not sure about what I think is the most touching moment though.

 

I also liked the part where:

Riku: "Well, there is one advantage to being me. Something you can't imitate. Having you for a friend."

It was said at the end of KH2. After Xemnas is defeated, when they are on the beach. Before Sora finds Kairi's bottle letter.

 

When Sora is holding kairi's hand and says "Kairi! Remember what you said before? I'm always with you too. I'll come back to you! I promise!" and she says "I know you will!" It's just.. So Beautiful.

 

I would say When you beat the second game and finally get to see Beast change back into a human.
That was just and absolutely touching moment, and I was mad at first because it didn't show the conclusion at the end of the level.

Another was when you beat Xion.
Now yes, it is technically a "sad" moment, but when she talks she just seemed to know what to say to make roxas think for himself and go finish the job.

 

I'm surprised no one mentioned the scene from 358/2 Days when Xion "died" in Roxas's arms. They had such a close friendship and when Roxas found out she was a puppet...man, heartbreaking.

 

I would have to say somewhere towards the end of KH II where Sora reunites with Riku... The emotion.. It's so "wow". I almost cried, but I didn't.

 

The ending of 1 when they were reaching for eachother, i was like "Noooooooooooooooooo!" T.T lol

 

My all time favorite touching scene is where Sora sacrifices himself to save Kairi and the other Princesses of Light.

In KH2 My favorite scene is after the battle and Sora and Riku are on the beach in the Dark realm.

 

Without a doubt when the "Simple and Clean" song is playing after the final boss and Kairi sheds a tear when she goes into the cave and sees the addition Sora has done to their wall painting, thereby officially recognizing that she has the same feelings for him :'D damn I almost cry myself...
