Personally old kungfu movies are the best movies ever.
I dont know why but there epic.
There the reason why I'm doing Tai Chi , Shorie Goju , and Shaolin kung fu 4 hours a day.

What are some OLD movies you like?
And what did it make you think or do afterwards?
    :D

    Hmm...
I can't really think,i still love the Disney classics, if they count?
After watching Beauty and the beast, i used to run into my garden singing and i at winter time when i was outside with my brother i used to stand behind trees, pretend to think then throw a snowball at my brother XD

I used to watch Grease everyday aswell, that didn't really make me want to do anything though...

    yeah Grease is a classic.

Nothing beats classics, remakes are stupid.
They should just leave the good old movie how it is without the remake.
    :p

i wouldn't say nothing beats classics be cause i believe the remake of Longest Yard was much better than the original. classics are good, no doubt about it. but it's not like they can't be made better.

XD I found it funny that there was an original "The Karate Kid" at a store near me. I didn't even think that the The Karate Kid with Jackie Chan in it was just a remake.

^There are actually four movies. The fourth is so bad that they stuck it on the back of the dvd to the third.

I do as well. I still have tons of them stored away on VHS.

What do we consider old here? I like a lot of 80s "Brat Pack" movies- The Breakfast Club, For Keeps, Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, and those types.

Old horror flicks. Especially Zombie ones =P
Astro Zombies, Dawn of the Dead, I Walked with a Zombie, White Zombie, Children of the Corn etc etc.

Don't know why, I just like them. It's kind of fun I guess =]

You watch my "To Watch" list given to me by a few friends. Don't forget Ferris Bueller's Day Off ^^

For some reason, I've never seen that one. o_O I need to rent it one of these days.

It does remind me of another 80s movie I love- Dirty Dancing (Ferris' sister is one of the leads in this). Dunno why I love this movie so much, but I do.
