Operation P.T.~ OOC and SU

    Operation P.T.​




    The year is 2025; the world has plunged into the future over the past years. Robots, flying cars, and a bunch more high tech equipment is starting to pop up everywhere. However all of that is not important, in the year 2035 the world has plunged into to a new War World caused by a man of evil. This man is doctor Arnold Moriston. He began kidnapping random people from across the globe and mutating there DNA, giving them a longer life span, however some of the people went against him and the war was soon over.​


    30 years after those events the world has plunged into all evil and chaos, bad people roam the city, some of them somehow carried the gene of the powers through their blood when it was thought to be destroyed, however a group of people have been using their powers for good, but slowly have been getting killed off by the government of the world including bad and good.​


    Another 20 years has plunged and an evil women named Pandora is taking over the world. Now only about 7 people in the entire world have the powers from way back and majority of them use it for good while the others use it for evil. It a good versus evil, who will win?​


    This is basically a RP good vs. evil. There will be a total of three sides however, the World Government, The evil side trying to take over the world, and the good guys. The people with power due to being wanted do have secret identities. Powers can be basically anything, but don’t be all out powerful, unless you name a weakness to your power. ​


    Rules​

    Power- energy- Powers basicly over alot, but able to create energy orbs, magic platforms, so on (almost like Gwen(Ben 10 Alien Force) Aelita(Code Lyoko), Starfire(Teen Titans) Just some examples of what it's like) The color is purple though

    History and Personality- Nicole is not from a normal family. Her mother had carried teh power gene down and did not show signs of it passing it on to her, when however at early they saw she had power so the rest of their family could be safe, she was sent to a foster home. There the owner of the foster home saw Nicole's power, she did not have the powers of her own, but her grandmother did and she began to help Nicole become stronger and hide her powers. She also gave Nicole a secret base, an old foster home retreat in the woods thaht has been forgotten about as Nicole rebuilt it and began to find more people as they created a team.

    Nicole is a kind, caring, generous, brave, couragous, strong, and natural born leader. She'll help no matter what and will only stand down if she must.

    Strength: The user's power increased when night, eclipse, or dark room, he can create an eclipse with his power, create a dark hole that can sucks any projectile weapon and throw it back, and create a shadow duplicate (aka kagebunshin)
    Weakness: Very weak at morning and noon, if he used eclipse power, he won't be able to fight in a day.

    History and Personality: Rael doesn't have a parents. His parents were killed by a murderer. He have the powers when he become the subject test by Dr. Arnold Morriston who kidnapped him. He hate the murderer so much, he joined the good side because he want to track the murderer that the rumor said that also had superpowers.

    Rael doesn't like to have teamwork, and rather to seek the murderer. But actually he is a nice person and caring to help the people. He doesn't know what will he do next after the murderer is killed.

    Supername: He's not good at coming up with names, so he currently doesn't have one.

    Power: He mimics the powers of other people so he can use them. Once mimiced, he can use them whenever as long as he remembers how the original owner used that power.
    Weakness: Hmm... He's easily seduced by women. He can't do anything without his powers (hint hint evil people). (I can't think of any good weakness. Help please.)

    History: He grew up in a small town. He always dreamed of living in the city, so when he moved out on his own, that's where he went. He discovered his power after seeing superheroes stop a bank robbery in the bank he was at. The first powers he mimiced were flight and super strength. But he's also mimiced telekinesis. But he doesn't know how to use his telekinesis much.
    Personality: He's a guy who will go the extra mile in order to help another person. He doesn't have many friends since he's done the superhero thing and never really made time for friends.
    Other: His current powers are Flight, Super Strength, and Telekinesis. He has been able to shoot ice just once.

    History and Personality- Hikari had his super gene passed onto him from his father, His father controlled Darkness but Hikari for some reason controls light. Hikari's mother didn't have the gene and saw Hikari as a freak and tried to get rid of him, Hikari killed his mother soon after but was not powerful enough to destroy his father, Hikari fled from his home in Japan and grew up living as the crow flies. Hikari wishes to destroy all human beings as he believes they see him as a freak. As apart of his revenge, Hikari killed many people, including the parents of Rael, but as he has powers left him alive.

    Other- He can transform light into real items such as his katana in AP, His weakness is a glowing stone in a far of land he discovered his weakness when he attacked a museum and found him self powerless before the stone, Hikari means light and that's the only explanation he can think of to why his power is different to his fathers.

    Ok cool, now I won't be accepting anymore power goods, I'll take like sidekick kind of people for good, but no more powers, the two other powers are for evil.

    Power- absorber, energy(kinitic, heat, solor, radiactive, electric) and turns energy into blasts of that energy (or in kinitics case, super punch)

    History and Personality- as a child he was took from parents (parents were killed)and used by goverment to power wepons, they promiced him that if he helped them then he could go be with his parents. after he found out that his parents were dead he escaped and killed evey one by useing all his powers and created a atom bomb exploson. dosen trust any one and now working to destroy the goverment.
    Other-hes a living battery, gas and mental atack can hurt him

    History and Personality- Pandora is a young women who had a rough child hood. Her Family was very abusive. The mother though was a cop surprisingly making Pandora's views on teh good bad. Turns out though that was not her real family. She ran away when she was age 7 and met her real family and found out she was teh bloodline of the person who first created the powers. She heard of the rough death and learned it all. Now out for revenge for him and seeking world domination, over the years she created a team that is now a threat on all humans, the only weakness is the good guys.

    I know kupo was going to do this, her and I talked, and right now she's really really buisy so I'm doing it till she's not buisy then she'll take over, she might change stuff when she does though on her/mine character.

    History and Personality- Raised by a family that worked for the government he has been taught to hate those with powers.He himself rose quickly through the ranks,but was never sure of his purpose in life.He shows no hesitation in battle,and doesnt back down from a fight.He has excelent aim and also is good with short swords,usually carrying around a twilight steel with him
    Other- Not much,other then no powers,though he would probably win in a fight against most humans.He will also seem to hate the ones with powers,but he doesnt completly yet.

But some said that he is Arnold Morriston. Some accident make him to use wheelchair. He doesn't have any skills in fighting, but he has many chosen people to serve and die for him. He never like to show his face to public, unknown to why.
    His personality is mysterious. Sometimes cold, and sometimes kind. He is very genius that some said his IQ is more than 300.

    Superhero no, bad guy yes. We're not taking any more powers for teh good guys, but the bad guys I'm taking one more powered person.

    History and Personality- He was a lead researcher in the government. He was working with technological power suits for the military to use. But then there was an accident that caused the most advanced suit to be fused with him. He can make it appear like it's not on him though. Now he works with the government, doing any missions that require his suit.
