Playing as the three characters Terra, Ven and Aqua

    There is an obvious answer Im sure but i don't want to risk losing my game progress. At the completion of one of the stories (I finished Terra's story) it says something along the lines of "keep this save file safe as it will come in handy later on", when we start a new game as one of the other characters, do I overwrite terra's save file or should i save a new file for each character?

    I recommend that you make a new file. Some games enables you to save over them but then you get frustrated because you can have this file to unlock this so just make a new file.

    There is no recommendation. You make an individual save file for each character. Once you have beaten the Final Chapter, you can fight the secret bosses on each file.

    You going to have 4 different save files for Aqua, Terra, Ventus, and the Last Chapter - that's a going to have to happen if you want to view the secret cutscene. Don't worry about the space it'll take on your memory stick, save files take a very small amount of space.

    it's the data install that takes up a lot of space
