Playstation + Battle Royale = <3

Well I'm now officially excited. The Playstation has always remained as my favourite gaming system, aside from the Nintendo 64, and I love playing Super Smash Bros games, so I definitely see myself buying it when it's released. It's more than likely going to be a PS3 game though, right ? (Atleast I have mine that has a bare minimal amount of games.) I would love to see Sora in the game, but I'm more excited to see Jak and Daxter. Jak was a childhood fantasy back when I was younger.

 

Seeing Sora fighting Ratchet, Nathan Drake and Cole would be amazing. I hope Square-Enix makes it on there because they were a part of the PlayStation 1's success.

Let's face it: This was overdue for a showing. I mean, I'm surprised it wasn't done sooner. I guess Playstation needed to build up their catalogue of hit characters a bit more before they touched it off. When I saw the video o Sony's conference, my face was frozen in a look of awe-shock.

 

By the way, I hate how Nintendo fanboys are hating on this game. Nintendo ripped off Ratchet and Clank and the PSP's Remote Play! They have no right to hate!

They were one of the reasons why PS2 did so well.

Anyway, this game looks kind of sketch. I have to play it, but it looks like a bad rip off of SSB. I'm a ranked player in SSB and the gameplay in this game looks way tighter. I hope not because this concept is amazing.

 

Really? I thought Rachet and Clank used a lot more. . . you know. . . guns and stuff.

 

The game plays much differently than Smash Bros. You don't knock people out. You have to charge up a meter upto 3. 1 is a small special attack. 2 is a medium sized attack and 3 is a final smash kinda attack. With these specials, you get points if you hit them with it. These meters are charged by blue orbs which knock out of characters. Please watch Sony's E3 Conference to get an idea of what happens in the game.

Answering Requiem, Super Mario Galaxy copied the gravity mechanics of Ratchet and Clank.

 

I watched it that's why I wasn't impressed. The reason why snags bros is popular because it's kind of a loose controlled game. This game looks to tight and restricted in a eay

 

What do you guys think of them putting Big Daddy in this one?

 

I don't really mind it but they can have much better characters to place in his spot like Sora or Spyro.

 

Seeing this game, they may do like what Nintendo did and make a successor with more characters. This is also a good way to have those who did not play the games that the characters came from to start having an interest in them. XD I can't wait myself.
