Well I know some of people who played Kingdom Hearts and the way they say it, it's like if it's one of the best games ever, so I will be getting Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 for the PlayStation 2 soon.
And I really like multiplayer stuff, so I saw Birth By Sleep, it seems really interresting, but the thing is...I don't have a PSP, but since Nintendo announced the Nintendo 3DS in E3, I thought Sony may Announce the PSP2 soon(hopefully), so I was thinking, I might aswell just wait for the PSP2 to come out, so I was wondering...do you think people would still play online in birth by sleep by the time the PSP2 comes out(hopefully next year)?

I cant see the point of this thread, but i'll give answering the question a try.

Yes and no. I've seen some very popular games be played online for over 11 years. Starcraft is a case in point, which hosts over several hundered thousands users a day with over a thousand games running a day. I am sure other such games exist.

kingdom hearts I am not so sure about though. It has the fan base, but it's going to be up to the multiplayer play and weather or not the controls are user friendly enough for people to want to pit themselves against other players. I'm afraid that until the game comes out, the most we can do is just speculate.

By the way, no would be in the case that the fan base for it collapses, the game play stinks, or their is no real purpose to the multiplayer play. You're gonna have to wait to find out.

    GrandShadow I accept your challange.

and Sony currently has no plans for a PSP2 and is unlikely to announce any until an earliest of next year which would then be another year or two wait for said handheld. trust me, it would save you a few years and a few bucks to just by a PSP now rather than wait for a brand new one in 3-? years

Part of this is sort of in the wrong section.

From my understanding, there will be no PSP2(unless there's a high demand like the current PSP is out of date) Now there was a redesign of the current PSP with a minor update and announcements for this I believe was announced umm maybe last year or the year before.

Now if you do like KH multigame things, there's always Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days that you may want to try out, but from the understanding(but no official U.S. announcement has been made yet) there's suppose to be a bundle pack of the PSP and BBS that you may want to look at getting.
