I am a big fan of Rare, a gaming company based in England that created such fine titles like Donkey Kong Country, Banjo-Kazooie, and Conker.

DKC is probably my favorite franchise (next to Crash Bandicoot and KH), just because everything about the series was fun and creative, while innovative with the game's many clever gimmicks.

Discuss your experiences with Rare games.

I wish that I have some more Nintendo 64 remotes so that I can replay my old Nintendo 64 games. I wish that the new company over Banjo 3 didn't butchered it. I saw the video clips of it and the voice actress of Gruntilda's laugh was horrible. It don't even sound like a witch's laugh. I still have Diddy Kong's Racing and I still have Gex: Enter the Gecko 64.

Nuts and Bolts was terrible. I wished Rare avoided Microsoft like the plague.

Ah, Rare. My first 64 game? Banjo Kazooie. The first game I downloaded when I got a 64 emulator on my computer? Conker's Bad Fur Day. One of the first games I got for my GBA? You guessed it, Banjo Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge. Noticing a pattern here?

I still think the first Banjo-Kazooie kicks the others.

    Also, goddamn Goldeneye 64.

Ah, good catch Father-McKenzie. Many people forget that GoldenEye, despite being a Bond game, was indeed produced by Rare.
