I'll jump in on this. hmmmm I'll give you a 8/10. the colors of the image draw the eye, and the picture itself is intersesting to look at. The calm "cool colors" aren't too distracting, but still let you see everything that's going on. and the words are (for me) somewhat thought provoking, and meaningful.

i quite like yours however the misty effect the bokkeh provide take away from your focal and also the ring of orange red etc is very distracting imo

it's pretty high quality, and the text blends in.
but the text also takes away some focal point,
but nonetheless, it's a pretty nice GIF that's raining~

i think it's really pretty, however the background is bland and too light, the butterflies add a really cool effect. i also think your render is maybe a bit over contrasted. all in all its a pretty sig and i really like the colours. well done.
