RIKU's Origin

    hello and greetings everyone of you KH fans.
    i had a thought today that i wanted to share with the rest of you and just thinking of it was a great possibility. so far i haven't heard anything or seen anything on the origins of riku. we know sora is just from the island and kairi is from another town (cant remember name of town right now). but i think Riku has a different origin. now imagine this. might sound far fetched but think about it first. what if Riku is actually apart of Sephiroth? as we know so far, Sephiroth has other fragments to him. ex. Kadaj and the other two. well what if Riku is also a fragment of Sephiroth that never went back to him and has become its own person like kadaj and the gang. i thought of this idea when i took a look at Rikus face and immediately thought of Sephiroth. both have the greyish-white hair, Riku has blue eyes (lack of mako energy for blueish-green) and they both have the same attitude in the beginning. it would explain why he is so attached to the darkness, but because he developed in his own way, he isn't completely with the darkness. so that was my thought tonight and just thought id share with all of you. please let me know what you think and please do me a favor. if your against this, please say so without having to outright burst out and freak. i wanty to see some nice, clean valid responses. Thank you :)

    ... XD 100% impossible. Riku is from the islands too and there is no evidence that Riku is a part of Sephiroth. So what if Riku has white hair? There are other characters who have white hair too and Riku's personality is FAR from Sephiroth's at the beginning. Riku is cool while Sephiroth is heartless and cold. There is really nothing to think about it because it is basic knowledge.

    As for both of them for the darkness, so what of both if them used the darkness? It does not mean that they are the same. Otherwise, you would then have to try and prove Riku's connection with Cloud, then ask why Sephiroth is not looking for Riku, then try to prove Riku's connection with Sephiroth and Cloud. It is IMPOSSIBLE to say that Riku is a part of Sephiroth. Not only that, Riku has biological parents. How can Riku have biological parents and yet still be a a part of Sephiroth? This theory is THAT far-fetched. Not being mean but being logical.

    Riku is from the islands and Kairi used to be from Radiant Garden but she herself and her heart made Destiny Island her permanent home.

    it's been quite awhile since i played the games so i cant remember anything and that was 4 in the morning talk. at the time, i thought it was a great idea! lol but i just thought of something, it did say he has parents. but they never said biological parents. he could be adopted, plus i dont think it ever said yet why sephiroth was in the realms in the first place. cloud is there just to kill off sephiroth once and for all, but why is sephiroth there? what is he trying to do? it would have to be more then just an everlasting battle between him and cloud.

    just realised im trying to converse with a lvl 100 S. class summoner lol

    personality works, you gotta remember, sephiroth was mad and attached to the darkness because he found out about what happened and how he was created, Riku on the other hand has had a different setting, therefore doesn't know anything but yet feels an attachment to the darkness. i personally may not be able to make connections to cloud and everything but im sure square enix would if they ever thought of this haha.

    Remember not to double/triple post. If you have something else that you wanted to say, you can just go back and edit your post to add more to what you want to say.

    But back on topic, what you need to know is that Sephiroth is a Final Fantasy character and Riku is a Kingdom Hearts original created character. Sephiroth is only going to be related to something Final Fantasy and Sephiroth is there on the side of darkness and to try to lure Cloud on that side. Sephiroth is going to mirror what he was doing in Final Fantasy VII and that is his purpose in Kingdom Hearts. Riku is not there to have any relations to Sephiroth whatsoever. Why try to connect Riku in something that is Final Fantasy related when his created role is to do something that is Kingdom Hearts? That will just push fans away and it would not make sense at all.

    It would not even matter as to why Sephiroth was using darkness in the first place but if there were a reason, it will just to mirror the Final Fantasy VII franchise. Nothing more.

    fi thats brough up, then wouldn't the question of why aerith, yuffie, and leon are there? in the first and second game, they are there for a kingdom hearts reason instead of a final fantasy reason. and why would it be such a bad thing to do? it seems like it would be an interesting spin. as long as they put it in there working up to it instead of a blunt thing. it seems like it would even tie final fantasy and kingdom hearts closer together, because instead of just two seperate things thrown in together, there is a mixture, characters tied together on others sides and really they could just do it for this series, and it wouldn't really effect final fantasy.

    Riku is from Destiny Islands, while it could be likely he is from a different part of the island. Also about his hair, it was made white to match Xehanorts/Xemnas/Xehanort's heartless. If you remember the games you would know why, as for Sephiroth, him and Riku do have the same personality but riku isn't a part of him. Sephiroths story is linked with Clouds, its just a side story. But if you look at it Sephiroth/Cloud and Riku/Sora stories are quite similar in a sense.
