SOTW #1 [Voting}

    Hey guys, the first SOTW (after three weeks. T.T) is now over. We had a less than satifactory outcome with only 3 participants, including myself. Next week I want to see more! Anyways we gather here today... nevermind. Its time to vote, here is how to do so.

    1st choice: Why
    2nd choice: Why
    3rd choice: Why

    Here are the three entries. In posting order.

    My vote goes for 1. Though I feel Sora fades just a little too much with the foreground, it has a little more going for it, if you get what I mean.

    3 would be my next choice however it seems simple and... bland. Like there's nothing going for it all. I can tell a night star sky(so it appears) was used and then Riku is there but the "light" effects like like they were almost sloppily painted on in "Paint".

    2. Just... I don't know. It seems so common, that effect that it's over done and to me boring.

    So yeah my vote is for number 1.

    2: HQ render some cool effects, but seems a little awkward.

    1: Sora is very washed out. The background is very monotone and bland. I like the bar code or whatever that is, but that bout it.

    And that concludes my vote.

    1: I personally liked this one when it was first posted.
    The smudge effect matches the sig pretty well. I assume RF took multiple Sora renders and smudged it. I love the text very nice. Pretty well together.

    3: The only reason this didn't catch my eye is because the render doesn't go with the background all too well with me. Other than that, it would have been a really good sig.

    My first choice is 2. I like the render and I think it's the highest quality sig here. Though a little bit awkward. I think if it was cropped a little it would be better. But thats just my humble opinion.

    My next choice is 3. No it's not the highest quality sig here but I really like the colors and the idea. It's just a little rough around the edges.

    2: The only thing that is weird is the strange effect over Riku that covers half of the signature. Otherwise, the high quality of the picture is what outbeats number 3 to me.

    3: It is more of a dreamy color; a mid quality picture. Just need more quality.

    1: It is ok... but there is too much red and that is what upset the signature balance.

    3 would be my first choice, I think the colors and effects are very good.
    2 is my second, I like it but the dark part at the bottom just looks weird to me but other than that it's nice.
    1 is my third, I like the smudge effects and the text it pretty neat.

    1 is my favourite. Overall it's not that bad; the colour scheme is decent and the text looks all right. The white speckles here and there also look interesting and it's a pretty good picture of Sora (he seems to fade in the background though.) In general, it's nice; the effects of the colours remind me a bit of the Nothern Lights.

    3 would be next. It has a different style than the other two signatures (gives it more of a daydream effect) and I find the purple goes well with Riku. I'm not a big fan of the yellow smudges though because they're not visually appealing for me.

    2 is my third. It was a nice quality picture, but it's the bottom half of the signature that I don't quite like. I'm not even sure I know what it's supposed to be. For me, it's a bit of an eye sore, but the top half of the signature with the blue colours looks great.

    First choice is 3: It's a little bland, but I like the color choice and it's a decent effort.

    I don't have a preference on the other two; they're about on the same level to me.

    First choice: 2 because of the HQ render and the effect of Riku breaking apart, I love that.

    2nd choice: 3, it's okay, though I do like the purple background with Riku and the old fashioned look

    1:2 - Looks special and all, but it's perfect.
    2:1 - Pretty good, but try removing the effects covering Sora. The effects are okay on the background.
    3:3 - Not bad, but it should been better if it had a high quality.
