    EtherealSummoner Lamentations 3:22-26

Being the second installment of the Spyro series, Spyro was able to show promise and show that dragons are built to fight fire with fire. This platform game, under Insomiac Games company to be played on the Playstation and the Playstation Network will bring in the heat.

Storyline: For me, I give it a 7/10. It starts with Spyro in the Artisan world, wishing that it would stop raining and want to go on a vacation. Him and Sparks then found a portal that leads to Dragon Shores and decided to spend time there for a while. Instead, he ended up in the world of Avalar, where Elora, the Professor and Hunter used the portal to capture him to get help. Sadly, Ripto came and was mad at the Professor for using the portal to bring a dragon and destroys it. One of his own minion, Gulp, accidently swallows his sceptor and was forced to retreat. This starts Spyro's journey.

Gameplay: I give it a 8/10. The game gets a big boost with new characters and a bear that always annoys us called Moneybags. Still, more gems and portals shows promise and Spyro can learn great moves. The game also make powerup gates more usable too. Nothing negative really about this game.

Sound: I think the music gets a 8/10. The music is fun to listen to. Even in the demo version, having music that moves you in a fantasy way just makes you want to listen to it some more. Here's one example:
    YouTube - Spyro 2 - Let's Play Hockey!

Graphics: The game is old but the graphics don't need to be a letdown. The sceneries of the game was pulled off and having castles in the homewolrd with music that can be appropriate for that world just makes it more enjoyable. A 8/10 from me.

Replayability: After you defeat Ripto, you can finally go on to Dragon Shores! WHAT?! YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH GEMS?! So sad! You can't enter! Also, if you get everything in the game, something very special will be waiting for you there. You can also replay boss battles!! A 8/10 from me!

Overall, the game gets a 39/50. The game is not bad. TRY IT!!

    I love this game. XD
It's pretty epic for a old game in my opinion. Tee hee. I love the first one though.

I just like the third game better when they smack that poor teddy bear. This game is still fun though. I like it when I had the secret on Dragonshores. Was taking down Ripto like crazy every time I replay the game. We should should now see this bear start dancing through this link as a special.

Best Spyro game. Hands down. I miss the old games. . . it was about platforming! It was about SKILL. Not "OMG I CAN BREATHE LIGHTNIGN!"

I think they want to show that dragons can do more than just breathe fire. I mean, I like how they can make spyro breathe those elements but something else was missing. It was missing Elora, the professor, Hunter's randomness that makes things so funny. Now, they just make Hunter so mature and I don't like that.

The voice of the Bear scares me,sounds like a girl with braces XD

I also like Spyro enter the dragonfly :]
But the first one is always gonna be my number one favorite.

The original Spyro was the first game I ever owned and I played it constantly. I liked the second one, but not as much as the first one. It was probably a better game and all, but just because the original spyro was the first game I owned nothing can really beat that for me. And gnasty gnorc was pretty cool.
