OK, who else here plays this game? I orignally started on a friend's X-Box 360 and finally had to get it for myself when I built my PC. It's great because you can play as much as you like and there's always something new to do.

I'm actually on my third character now, having found some skills that I prefered in previous plays, as well as other things I did that didn't work as well. I'm playing a Wood Elf with a Combat/Stealth specialty. I use a lot of sneak attacks and finish up with brute force. Works fairly well. My major skills are Blade, Block, Armorer, Alteration, Sneak, Security, and Restoration. I should have put Marksman instead of Security since I use it more, but at the time I was looking at the Wood Elf's starting skills and not thinking about leveling. I don't use security much at all, typically using my alteration spells for locks. Those and the feather spells are the main reason I go for that spell class.

I'm also getting into the Shivering Isles. For anyone who hasn't already gotten the expansion, do so. It's worth it. Many of the quests are more intuitive and creative (the Addiction quest is a good example, damn withdrawl). The Shivering Isles also present a fun contrast to Cyrodiil. The realm of madness will have you staring at your screen in confusion and just plain incredulity, or rolling on the floor laughing, or just plain disturbed (visit the smith in Crucible). And then there's Sheogorath himself, who's just entertaining beyond words. The part when you get the "Summon Haskill" spell from him is hysterical.
