    I know members on the site have talked about this before (Although I don't remember if it was a general Avatar discussion or a thread about Korra), but since the first two episodes have been leaked online I figured I'd make this thread to see if anybody has seen the episodes yet.

    Because the episodes do not officially air until the 14th of April, anybody who has seen the episodes already know what happens. Therefore there is the chance this thread will have spoilers. If you do not want to have anything spoiled, stop reading.

    I didn't see the commercials but my younger sister saw them and she told me what It was called

    Just found out that the first two episodes can be watched legally here until the weekend is over. So if it is March 26, they won't have the episodes up on that site anymore.

    I think there have been two threads just about Korra, but meh, what's one more?

    I haven't seen the episodes, yet, and I think I'd rather wait until they air. Watch 'em on my nice TV instead of my crappy laptop. I've seen the commercial, though. I hope the series turns out as good as Airbender.

    I have seen both episodes and I think they are AWESOME!!! It took me a while to get over the fact that most of my favorite characters from The Last Airbender are dead (not gonna say which ones for those of you that don't want spoilers) but aside from that this show looks promising.

    Now that the series has been airing on TV (I think. Still only seen episodes online), feel free to talk about the recent episodes and guesses about characters/future events. Oh, and of course another spoiler warning just in case. Speaking of spoilers, I guess I can start the discussion (Having seen episode 3 yesterday).

    I'm wondering how Amon was able to take away a person's bending. I would think it was similar to Aang doing spiritbending on Ozai on the last episode, but there wasn't any glowly lights like when Aang did it. Furthermore it leads to the question of how Amon learned it.

    I do believe it is possible for anybody to learn spiritbending to take away somebody's bending, even though Tenzin said that the avatar is the only one who can do spiritbending. I think anybody can do it because that lion turtle said that spiritbending was done before the avatar.

    I'm really liking The Legend of Korra so far. It's not as great as the original Avatar though.
    The thing with Amon knowing spiritbending still gets me though... like Tenzin said, only the Avatar could learn spiritbending. Maybe the ability to spiritbend was taught to some people later for protection and now it's being used for evil?

    Also what really ticked me off was in the first episode, one of Tenzin's daughters was asking Old lady Katara about Zuko's mother and right as she was (possibly) gonna tell the story the other daughter interrupts her. It never explained that and I'm thinking it never will... :(

    I feel as though I'm going to like this more than the original.

    Really? That was my favorite part of the episode. Admittedly, that's because I don't really care that much about what happened with Zuko's mother (The fans make too big a deal of it), but it was still funny that they did that.

    Okay. I've seen the first two episodes. Bravo! Bravo!

    I like tubby baby Korra. Bending the mess out of everything. She's really talented with bending but I'm thinking Aang has her beat so far. Oh and the Zuko-Mother thing was the best. I bet that screwed with the minds of fans. I will definitely be watching more. It is good! I really hope to see more than just Republic City.
