Things That Make You Happy

    What sort of things just make you smile or feel relaxed and happy. They could be little or big. I'll start with a few things.

    Dogs. Big ones that you don't have to bend over to pet.

    A good piece of music. Something that actually has intricate melodies and counter-melodies, rather than just a basic rhythm line, like a lot of new stuff today.

    Food smells. Walking into a house where someone is baking cookies and smelling them. Walking by a really good restaurant and having the smell waft over you. Slow coking a roast or a turkey so they smell gets through the house and makes your mouth water.

    Cooking. Making dinner and having it come out just right. Baking some deserts and having them be perfect.

    New video games. Especially when they're good. There's no playthrough like the first one.

    When I'm working on music and it all just falls into place. The chords sound good. The melodies sound good. Everything meshes. It's beautiful.

    Christmas music at Christmas time. Some people get tired of it, but it's one of my favorite parts of the holiday.

    I'll probably think of more later, but that's good for a start.

    My baby nephew. He's that damn cute.

    Someone says thank you or somthing.

    Those are pretty much it, that I can think of. Maybe some more later.

    Video games. The fresh smell from a new one is just wonderful.
    Music. It usually goes without saying.
    Roleplaying. Its just a nice thing to get away from the other things going on and bugging you in your life. Its 'getting away from it all' without being irresponsible.

    omg...no homework would be PARADISE! It used to be called summer vacation but then my evil english teachers decided to make us read during summer time. >:E EVIL TEACHERS!!!

    But also, I'm happy when a person a care for is happy or always when I see a little child smiling makes me happy, oh and sex.

    I'll be happy when finals are over! I don't even care what I'm making on them anymore, I just want to be free from the stress they cause.
