I'm sure there must be a thread like this somewhere, however, I creeped the first few pages of the Music Section and couldn't find anything. I figured it's a great thread for this section so it deserves a remake if it was previously created. (If this thread was already made, message me the URL and I'll edit this post and put it in.) :)

Anyways, what are your 5 favourite albums ? Now, if you have more than five that you would like to mention, then go ahead and put them down. It doesn't matter if they're older or newer albums, anything goes.

Now, I know that sometimes people only like a few songs here and there from certain artists, but usually there's always one entire album you like. (However, there's always one song I don't seem to like on an album, but you can't win every battle.)

You could mention your favourite tracks on the album, what genre it is, etc. Have fun with this, maybe I'll read what you liked about certain albums and decide to check them out for myself.

    ----------

    Here's my list :

    Absolute Greatest - Queen

Now, A Night at the Opera is probably my favourite Queen album, but this "Greatest Hits" compilation is amazing. Literally all of my favourite Queen songs (except for Princes of the Universe) are found on this album, which is why I enjoy it so much. I'm a huge Freddie Mercury fan, R.I.P, and I love how Queen had this diva rock style going on. It suited them well, and I'm pretty sure that Freddie is considered to be a legend; His voice sold it for me. My favourite tracks from this album are : Under Pressure, Bohemian Rhapsody, Somebody to Love and Crazy Little Thing Called Love.

In Your Dreams - Stevie Nicks

Oh Stevie, what can I say about you ? You're a legendary female artist who changed my perspective on rock and roll music. You were one of the first classic rock artist that I listened to and I've loved you for years now. When I heard this album was coming out, you couldn't even imagine the excitement that I had on my face, it was life changing. When I listen to this album for the first time I instantly loved it. Stevie Nicks is equivalent to a Goddess. My favourite track from this album is : Annabel Lee (I'm sure Edgar Poe would love it as well.)

    Physical Graffiti - Led Zeppelin

Physical Graffiti is my favourite Zeppelin album because I enjoy a lot more of the songs present in it. Robert Plant's voice makes me speechless and the entire band in general is too good to describe. This is more of a blues rock kind of band, the blues mainly coming from Plant's voice, but I love how there's this down to Earth quality about the music they wrote. My favourite tracks from this album are : Kashmir, Houses of the Holy and Custard Pie.

    Fallen - Evanescence

Fallen is actually my favourite album from this band; Amy Lee is definitely a power vocalist and I admire all of the emotion she puts into the songs from this album. I'm a bit more picky when it comes to female vocalist, but Amy Lee is phenomenal in my point of view. This is more of an "Alternative" genre which I don't adventure in often, but this album caught my attention many years ago. My favourite tracks from this album are : My Immortal, Hello and Imaginary.

    Siberia - LIGHTS

Lights is a Canadian artist that some of you may or may not have heard about. She's a genuine person and I thoroughly enjoyed this album. It has some dubstep present in it and it has more of a "techno" feel to it, but I always figured that was a natural thing for an artist who uses a synthesizer. I love the exotic part of this album and how it feels "outer-worldly". Honestly, the possibilities of the sounds that you can make using a synthe is endless and I find that the album is well executed. My favourite tracks from the album are : Everybody Breaks a Glass, Peace Sign and Flux and Flow.

I may add more to this list later, but these would be my top five.
