SPOILERS for people who haven't played it yet.
it's actually Xion, but Xigbar sees Ven because Xion is like a mirror of, uh, something. Like at the end how Roxas sees Sora's face. And what Axel saw after Xion/Ven took out Xigbar could be Lea. Or in the secret journals, Axel saw Namine's face over Xion's. So I guess she's a mirror of someone's memory or something like that.

 

yup Youre SO dam'n right...I guesse Xiggy has met Ven... (We'll know IF the game BBS comes out...I can't wait T_T)

 

From what I understand, what Xion looked like to people depended on their relationship to both Xion and Sora. Xigbar had some kind of connection to Ven, who has some connection to Sora/Roxas, so he saw her as Ven. If I'm completely wrong, feel free to correct me, but that's just how I've always thought.

 

Xion's appearance depends on thier relationship to Sora. about that your right.
Xigbar sees Ven because Ven is somehow connected to Sora and Xigbar knew Ven.
Saix has no connection to Sora until KH2, that's why when he sees Xion all he sees is a doll in the Organization clothing.
i think Roxas was the only one to see Xion's true appearance because he was Sora's nobody. only Sora himself could get any closer

 

Its been proven that in BBS ven meets a lad named Braig, Braig is Xigbars somebody.

There will probably be something tht happenes between Ven And Braig that cuases that.

Nomura says to keep a eye on Braig in a interveiw, he is not so innocent as he seems in BBS.
