Personality:Kaito tends to be a quiet emotional type. his actions reflect on his words, Though he tends to be cold and kept aside he has a cheerful side that he only shows to those he can be comfortable around. but beyond that he is very untrusting and not to quick to attach himself to others.

Skills: Ki Pressure. Kaito has been trained by his father to control Ki at a impressive rate. With concentration Kaito is able to channel the Ki into his very body increasining the speed of physical movment and strentght of attacks depending on the attack itself. This specific type of control is so immense it can cause the surrounding members to feel a looming pressure about them slowing there movement.

Shunkan Ido- (Instant Translocation)

Will learn in the RP:Instantaneous Movement- allows its user to instantly teleport to another planet, place or person. Unlike Shunkan Ido, the user does not actually need to focus on a specific energy signature to use as a target.

Electric Disposition: Allows Kaito to implent electric Current through a majority of his ki based actions and attacks.

Lighting Flash combo: Kaito uses his body flicker to "vanish and re-appear per attack" He starts with two consecutive punches to the body leading into a kick sending the user flying in the opposite direction. Kaito then appears where they are flung to kicking them into the air. once again appearing above them startign to hit with a barrage of fist spinning with each attack coming down with such speed that his fist start to catch blazes of visible ki. He leads one more punch sending them flying down at a scourching rate. He appears one final time next to them a second before they hit the ground Aiming his hand sending a blaze of ki blast to fall upon them.

Lightning Release Armor: By wrapping his body in a layer of his own ki, Kaito can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power.

Genshiryoku( Energy Rage):This is a technique that Was taught to Kaito as well as his sister. It can be done with out the use of Super Saiyan though it causes slight fatige afterward, energy is gathered seperately into both hands until large pulsating orb are created. the hands are drawn forward to a user's chest where they gather chakra into the space between the hands. Once enough energy is gathered this wave of raw energy is fired and explodes forth from the opened hands. It consists of a large ball of chakra, though it doesn't seem like this, propelled by a powerful beam of bluish white energy. This jutsu can cause heavy damage to an enemy


Ki Cannon Volley: Kaito opens both palms firing Spheres of energy with a bluish white aura. When charged he throws a mass amount of them that lock onto the enemy clashing into them for once trigger explosion.

Kaito was born 2 years after his prodical brother Chaz,and 2 years before his younger sister.His father was the famed Saiyan war scientest Len Miyata and mother Tian Miyata. It was suggested that Dr. Miyata make a new weapon for the Saiyan race. a way to exceed there current abilities to furthrer there domination of other races. During his research a bieng named Frieza came to find the saiyan race a threat or so he was told. " Not now! not after i have worked so long to achieve this for the great saiyans now NOW!!!" Knowing what he did Dr. Miyata took his family in his ship of his own creation and abandoned Planet vegeta. Kaito was 10 at the time glaring at the flashing lights left in the rear. While Dr. Miyata could do nothing but panic as to where to go. Honey we cant run forever they will find us. Kaito's mother expelled as she was using a radar jammer to prevent anyone from tracking them currently.

Dr Miyata landed on planet fargas a planet far from where vegeta was and hopefully far from the tyrant freiza. Dr. Miyata continued his research all the while training his sons and daughters. When Chase was 17 he felt a odd pulsing running through his body. He clinched his fist and electrical surges flared out uncontrollably. "Father what is this" He said to his father unknowng of what had actually happened. Dr. Miyata had a accomplished look on his face. "Thats the Gene i put in each of you as you were born. He looked at kaito as he trained strenuiously daily. But your brother has yet to reach his yet. i wonder why his body hasnt taken to it. Chaz still had very little understanding of this on his own. but as time rolled his father explained to him what it was. another year passed but by this time Freiza had found the whereabouots of Dr.Miyata and his family they were labeled the "Rouge Saiyans"

A fight ensued upon the arrival of freiza" No were so close!" His father exclaimed as one of freizas men held him by hs neck applying pressure each second" GET YOUR DAM HANDS OFF MY FATHER" The man fell burstiing blood from his mouth. Kaito laid one blow upon him and the man fell." Dad we cant stay here we have to go. Dr miyata got everyone into othe ship" I have to use this! does it work." as his sons fought outside he rammed away at buttons until a bright blue light shot out from the ships hull" YES!!" EVERYONE IN now!" Everyone ran as fast as they could to the ship. Chaz his sister there mother and finally Kaito. Kaito fell as the ship was startng to pull away. MY SON!' Tian yelled as she grabbed kaito. The words " Death Beam..." were shouted and in that instant Kaito looked up and his mother pushed him"MOM!!!" You son of a bitch!!" Chaz pulled Kaito onto the ship." You fool dont let our mothers sacrifice be wasted!" The ship flew into the Blue light and vanished.

" Dad..what was that...." Chaz said in a monotone voice." I created this warp engine for King vegeta. it was ment to be used to infiltrade other planets but i think i took my research to far!. He stared at the on board screen of the ship.Time was passing faster. " I think we have crossed into another dimension. For the next few years they were left undisturbed by friza. Dr. Miyata continued his resarch and everythng was gong seemingly alright. Until Kaito turned 17. He was out on a errand with his younger sister when he sensed a major power level. He rushed toward it and found his brother fighting a slew of men in armor. His brother had a odd blue aura. "Did he unlock his Dispostion? What the hell am i going on about i have to help him. They fought side by side for what felt like hours. Each one of them starting to feel more and more tired as time went on. Chaz grabbed one of them buy the very neck " Who are you and why are you here!" I dont answer to filth like you" the man spit in Chaz's face" Chaz was quite the tempermental saiyan. The beating the man recieved was ungodly..

"Saiyan boy!" A loud voice exclaimed Chaz dropped the beaten man and turned. " WHAT DO YOU WANT WITH US" a large man walked off a geo ship" I came..for the secret Weapon." Dr.Miyata heard this and a twinge went through his entire body down to his soul. " Screw you!" Chaz said and started to fight the man to no avail. He picked up Chaz laying punches iinto his chest like a body bag. Kaito pressed forward gettnig a similar treatment. " Leave my sons alone!!" Dr. Miyata said running out of the ship. his very legs trembling. " So you decide to show yourself finally yes?" Dr miyata stood in front of his sons. I'll give you what you ask for just leave us be. " he handed him a box with a orb." Whats this trash youo think you can fool me old man!!! we know what the true weapon is. He started to beat Dr. Miyata" DAD NO!!

Kaito let out a massive blast knocknig him away from his father. He looked at his father and brother both bloody laying waiting for the Angel of death. " You...yoo.....Ho.....HOWW could.....y..you" I...wont....e.evv...everr!!! FORGIVE YOU!!!" There was large masses of lightning gathering around the area. "GET HIM!' as masses of men jumped ontop of him' AAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" There was a explosion and he stood his hair golden sparking his body mass larger and a blue cracking energy surrounding him. His eyes show very little sadness only hatred. " This...will surely be your grave...You creten!" Kaito overpowerd the man easily but that wasnt enough. He brutally destroyed every one of them to the last one he stood over...." Telll me now who are you and where do you hail from." The soldier laughed" Your trash te ROUGE pirates fear NO ONE YOU HEAR M...." Kaito stepped on his neck before he could finish. " Fuck off"

Son calm down.... you have to calm down" His father said coughing blood" when he heard this his power level dropped and his aura faded. " Dad!" He sat over hisfather holdng his hand." heh..he...heh My son a super saiyan..wha..what a proud ..father i am. "dad what was the weaopon they were talknig about" Son..you are that weapon. I injected A gene into you when you were born. What this does is Allocate electricity which resonates with your own Ki, givng you close to unlimited power.....i gave this to all of you but you were the only one to fully take for it. Im very proud of you..and i want you to have a full life...Take down those bastards..i love you all very much im sorry for usnig you.." With that last breath he died in kaito's arms.

Kaito gatherd everyone into the ship activating the warp engine.." we cant run anymore" headed back to othe current deminsion. before the year was over they were attacked again. This resulted in his brothers death which triggerd His Super Saiyan 2. Now he lives on earth With only one goal. To Eradicate the rouge pirates.

Hazama has long white hair with two black stripes that stroll down his face. He usually is seen wearing black or dark colors with his brothers black laced gloves.

(Curved Katana) Kanai: This blade is his older brothers blade ever since he left his Village hazama has held onto this weapon. His father had laced this blade with the abliity to re-amit thunder wave and patterns. as well as contain chakra. Hazam usually has it kept with a steady amount of chakra at all times.

Lighting Bolter: The user punches the opponent twice with their fist. The second launches them high into the air. The user then jumps above them and punches them back down. Then, the user disables the opponent with large shuriken from above, then lands several powerful blows while spinning like a drill, drilling the opponent into the ground. *C-Rank, Taijutsu*

Wind Blade Jutsu- By clapping his hands together Hazama lets out a blade of wind that slams into an opponent. This jutsu is powerful enough to cut through a tree. *C-rank, Wind*

Aori Buresu no jutsu- hazama shoots a burst of wind from his mouth that blows away and slices objects, or ninja in the immediate area. *C-rank, Wind*

Wind Scythe Jutsu- Using his hands, hazama can create concentrated gusts of wind mixed with chakra, creating a windstorm that slices through objects in a targeted area. He can control the windstorm with chakra, allowing him to catch his opponents in slicing tornadoes. *C-Rank, Wind*

~Ultra Wind Scythe Jutsu- This is a powerd up version of the Wind Scythe Jutsu that allows Hazama to make enormous tornados that suck up everything around them, causing massive damage. However due to the size of the tornadoes they are harder to control with chakra and fall apart easier. *B-rank, Wind*

Supersonic Slicing Wave- The user creates a massive gust of cutting wind capable of totaling the surrounding area, wiping out anything in its path. *B-rank. Wind*

Lightning Clone Jutsu- This jutsu is slightly different from regular lightning clones. hazama laces Lightning Chakra so that when the clone disperses it flashes and instantly paralyses an opponent leaving them wide open for attack. *B-rank, Lightning*

Wind Style: Wind Dragon Jutsu- Using this jutsu, the user creates a huge current of wind in the form of a serpentine dragon and directs it towards a target. *C-rank, Wind*

Forbidden Jutsu: Forbidden Jutsu: Raikaize Sekiha Tenkyoken- An upgraded and much more devastating version of the Sekiha Tenkyoken, Hazama raises his hands to the sky and crouches down, causing lightning to draw into his hands. In a backwards notion from the regular jutsu and orb of chakra starts to build above him while his hands, continue to charge electricity and build upon a huge swirling mass of lightning chakra that spark with each passing second. By the time that a fairly large attack is built, at times only seconds having passed, one or more bands of chakra snatches the orb of chakra from the air and hurls it at the foe, or foes in the area, as piercing bolts of lightning and random ambient particles spark and explode. From the gaping mouth, a massive stream of energy is released as per the Sekiha Tenkyoken and at the same time a stream of plasma is released into that as well, combining with the orb for a thick concussive force that thunders down upon enemies and mauls those in the way. Upon a direct choice from Hazama, the beam partially dissipates and when that happens, a large golden dragon emission ignites and fires a thick invisible bolt of lighting as it rushes past enemies and signals the end of the jutsu which is capped by a massive electrical explosion that from the start could have targeted and locked onto to any foe.

Ikusen InagoTouhi (Flight of 1000 Locust)-A spatial field of lightning force is expanded far above into the open atmosphere, or inside, generated to build a new one based upon lightning formation. Thunderbolts rain from the sky and all can be controlled by hazama, their shapes and size, direction, density and even their color as the demon ebbs hazamaís chakra to abound the lightning nature. Such is the format of each stream and flux of lightning that they also suffice for a raw energy and increase the level and consistency of each jutsu that hazama uses, powering up all the lightning oneís and giving him prowess to instantly make lightning chakra malleable enough to fuse into his non lightning techniques.

Kekkei Genkai (bloodline trait): aranmenkan Shousho (Stormy Discharge Bond)- The superb kekkei genkai of the Yuuki Clan; this is a passage to the skies and what just may dwell inside them. The basics of this blood trait are in the control and manipulation of the wind element and the powerful streams of plasma from the sky that are surmised as the force of lightning, more specifically through chakra. Using the effects of this manipulation, one is able to molecularly control specific parts of chakra and affect them with wind as to generate a cyclone of wind chakra, or ignite particles of matter and chakra to cause the buildup of plasma, lightning strikes, or even storms of chakra consecutively. The extent of this chakra mustering is bound only to the limitations of an actual human body and how it works in contact with chakra and the stimulation of wind and lightning together.

Because the body also acts as a port to a member of the Yuuki clanís control, their bodiesí are also indicative of its prowess and they can control the rate of their breathing and control near perfectly the impulses of the neurons and the like with lightning or plasma manipulation. By exerting a pressurized field of both wind and lightning, not only can the Yuuki fly, but they can also charge and store pockets of air and lightning chakra around their bodies or even manifest pure plasma or wind essence with greater focus and manipulation. To be noted last is that the Yuuki do control both of these forces and manipulate them with ease, the control of wind has always been greater for them, and the effects and mastery of control through chakra varies with each member.

Physically, the Yuuki can have any eye color at all, but the link to the lightning aspect of the Haranmenkan Shousho gives the eyes a slight black spiral that starts beyond where the eye is visible and curves slightly into the eye giving it a black outline. When activating the heightened control of lightning rather than the usual control of wind, the eyes glaze over with hard malleable lightning chakra that is colored gold. The bond that serves as the ties to control itself are runic markings that are nearly etched into the skin in areas different for everybody in the clan, but they seem to act as a partial network to chakra release and glow at a low saturated level of gold.

Haranmenkan Yuukai (Stormy Discharge Fusion)- An explosive second and complete level of the previous kekkei genkai of the Yuuki Clan, that extends the manipulation and usage of chakra and the flux of both elements as a whole to a level that deems and ultimately generates a meta-physical aspect and a raw fusion of the elements into the being of the Yuuki Clan member itself. The eyes appear to missing as the body enacts near breakdown of tissues unto a form of chakra flux held together by wind essence of the up most chakratic quality, both eye sockets and awash with sparking and pulsing lightning chakra that gives the new ability to control and view the perfect reactions in ones own body and also read near instantly and look at the electric pulses in enemies bodiesí to predict and counter movements.

Spirals of dense wind chakra line both the arms and face of a Yuuki member, and these can be manipulated on a flux to generate hurricane force winds controlled obviously by the member they are on. The nature of the body is now malleable enough that one is able to become one with the forces of natural wind and lightning to become quite literally a walking manifestation that generates electrical, or wind energy at will. At Hazama's level of control, he should be able to fuse into lightning that he calls down and even ride on a lightning bolt, or flux wind chakra and disband himself through it and reconstitute his being nearby. The strain on the body in this form is immense and holding the body together is a task right there, but chakra is expended at a rate which is kept in check by the absorption of lightning that continually can be called down and absorbed.

Nearly set on a timer ,Hazama can last about 6minutes in this form and it is shown partly through his hair and the body itself. The hair will convert to a construct of white lightning with wind particles flowing through it and the more time passes and damage is taken, the more normal the hair appears as time runs out. The same can be said with the body. At the peak of the transformation, Hazama has about a 35% increase in muscle mass, but it slowly reverts back as well.

Kekkai Genkai Jutsu: Lightning Release Armor- By wrapping his body in a layer of Lightning chakra, Hazama can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power.

While using this technique, his reflexes are comparable to that of the legendary Fourth Hokage, making it difficult, if not impossible, even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. By combining this armor with the Body Flicker Technique. His strength is also heightened enough to make his strikes cause enormous amounts of damage to whatever they strike. The armor also increases his defense, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks *No-Rank, Lightning*

Lightning Burial: Banquet of Lightning- This is one of Hazama's own made techniques. It can only be used when his KG is active, The user stimulates the thunder around them causing a large bolt to shock the opponent. This shock however does not dissipate it stays encasing the victim. while the opponent is trapped Kaito calls forth a rain of bolts combining with the already continuously shocking bolt casuing one large explosion leaving nothing but ash in the wake. *No-Rank, Lightning*

Bio: Hazama Yuuki was born into the Yuuki clan and had a harsh early childhood. He was forced to train each and everyday under horrible circumstances. His older Brother Tokishe was an excellent mentor and helped him in his training. With his help Hazama had no problem becoming a ninja to be proud of. He attained Genin status and continued to train.

Sadly on a mission Tokishe was murdered by a group of shinobi that had come to kill those that bear the KG of the eyes and claim it for themselves. He was devistated and was ledt all alone because his Father Ishiro didn't pay attention to him and had fallen into a state of extreme depression after losing his eldest son. Over the next couple of months Ishiro became more and more distant.

Then the tragic day occurred. All of the jounin in the village Were ambushed by a group of Shinobi that had come back to claim The Yuuki Trait. These men and women included his father Ishiro At first Hazama had understood that power could be difficult to control, but now these same people murdered his father and brother This was a unforgivable Sin. Hazama felt he was the cause for all of the pain and suffering because they only came because of him.Since he was rumoured to be the one born of legend in the Clan. So he left the village and his mother behind to find the people responsible and return as a respected Shinobi one day. His mother warned him to never activate his KG in public due to harboring fueds between nations.
