Why do members of the Organization XIII have dominion over the elements?

    This is a doubt i have,you see,Larxene has dominion over lightning,Axel,over fire,Laexeus,over earth,Marluxia,over flowers(nature),u can see their dominions in 358/2's opening,but why?they don't even exist,how its possible?somebody know it?if u know explain if u dont,try to explain
