Why does Traverse Town is on KH3D?

    Ok,ok,i know it is a strange question,but think about it,after Ansem's defeat,Leon and his team went to Hollow Bastion,that now is Radiant Garden,right?And KH3D's history is about Sora and Riku's Mark of Mastery,isn't it?So they have to go to new worlds,like Hunchback's,so why do they go to Traverse Town?A place that doesn't have anyone that they know?
    P.S.:How come i know that Traverse Town is on KH3D?I've watched the trailler and saw Sora and Riku jumping and fighting there
