Here is an update of the news from the following week.
Dream Eaters are companions, who aid you in battle. When fighting, you and your Dream Eaters can perform devastating cooperative attacks. An individual Dream Eater has its own individual cooperative attack. For example:
Koumori Bat
It is a furry bat with razor-sharp claws. Koumori Bat enables Sora and Riku to perform “Dark Fierce”. Dark Fierce causes Sora or Riku to momentarily develop dark, aura like claws which permits new combos.
Ghost Clown
Another alley is Ghost Clown. Like the name suggest, it is a charming clown in ghost form. Its ability can reel enemies in and spew them out.
Scissor Beetle
This beetle like Dream Eater can perform “Trap Shot”. Sora or Riku can use Scissor Beetle like a turret. You can then aim with a cursor and fire shots which may paralyze foes.
Idaten Giraffe
This lightning-fast giraffe Dream Eater isn’t just eloquent and quick. It can cast lightning and perform “ThunderStorm”.
Dream Eaters can also be bred but you must have the ingredients and recipe necessary to create one. By breeding, you can give Dream Eaters custom names and provide them; their very own personalities which influence their battling.
Mini Games
In other news, there are multiple ways of leveling your Dream Eaters. One way is through “Training Toys”. By accumulating link points, these points go towards new abilities and experiences. The two training toys shown below are Goggle and Water Barrel. Flick Crash is the main mini game. It combines both speed and action aspects.
Minor news
There has been ridiculous rumors and images about Final Fantasy XIII’s Lightning in Kingdom Hearts 3D. Lightning has recently been exploited in the following titles: Final Fantasy XIII, Dissidia 012: Duodecim, Theatrhythm, and Final Fantasy XIII-2. It is highly unlikely that she will make an appearance in Dream Drop Distance with her presence in multiple titles in a short amount of time.
Kingdom Hearts AR Cards
In Famitsu, Dream Drop Distance scored 38/40. A score which was higher than Birth by Sleep.
