Siliconera have stated in a new post that they will be unveiling a new Square-Enix game which will “surprise you.” There are no other hints but there have been two factors that hint towards The World Ends With You 2. Firstly, Kingdom Hearts have welcomed another Square-Enix series (other than Final Fantasy), The World Ends With You, into the series; Neku and the gang will appear in Traverse Town for Dream Drop Distance. What a perfect time to advertise the upcoming game! Also Nintendo has picked up speed throughout the last year, selling a total of 17.5 million consoles globally within a year and two months. Maybe it is time for a second chance for the series? There are many fans of this game on our forum so many will be waiting at the edge of their seats for the announcement.
