The image depicts a young girl, whose relevance to the plot is unknown, standing in front of the 104 building. Written on 104 is “New 7 Days”. The girl holds a Mr. Mew stuffed toy and is wearing grey headphones.
The screenshot is shown at the end of the secret ending of the game. Whether it is a teaser for a sequel or simply artwork in the style of TWEWY is currently unknown.
