Well if we could use say 60 dollars on waht we want, everyone may choose the DLC of a certain game that's not entirely Sony. Example, Black Ops. Treyarch loses money and Sony gets away scott free. Then Treyarch gets some sort of blame (because the world is retarted). Sony has to ask permission to give things away first since they don't own the whole lot.

Also update, I hear the PS Store will re launch on the 24th this month.

And that's pretty dildos man (psp being stolen), at least the NGP will be coming out some time soonish (I hope).

Unfortunately they're not giving away a certain amount for anything. They're giving away 4 games and a bunch of "goodies" which revolves around Playstation Plus. They really didn't have to in my opinion because either way, there will always be complaints. I was happy enough that I was able to go back online and play =]
