Meanwhile, Yuuri just continues sleeping. Then he begins snoring.

Balmar casts a dark barrier around him, and dashes forward. he disappears when he gets in front of Sephiroth, and apears behind him and strikes him in the back with his sword sending him flying into the ground.

 

ruble and dirt flew everywhere, and where Sephiroth should be was just a body imprint in the ground. Balmar felt a sharp pain in his back and was sent pull vaulting into the ground, and to his amazement his dark barrier shattered. he got up and noticed his side was bleeding.
"he's fast. Im going have to step it up a notch"

 

from out of nowhere sephiroth suddenly turned his head to theft. a blade was at his throat and husky was right behind him.

"so you too want to embrace the darkness.." sephiroth claimed.

husky jumped back and whipped out his hookblade.

"not a chance! your goin down!"

husky rushed at sephiroth only to be knocked into jake and then knocked into a tree carrying jake with him. sephiroth readied a blow that would kill both husky and jake in one shot when husky disarmed sephiroth and slashed him across the chest wounding him greatly.

 

Alex took his chance and sped at Sephiroth and slashed him in the chest with Holy and his claws. The army of werewolves ran straight at Sephiroth and started attacking as one after another was thrown off but the gap was quickly filled.

husky couldn't stand it. he had to get in a shot at sephiroth. he jumped ont the back of one wolf and then started jumping onto the backs of every other wolf until he reached the front. husky used his hookblade and sunk it into sephiroths shoulder. he launched him into mid-air and went to attack him when he was blasted by some extremely powerful magic.

 

Yuuri was still sleeping but a powerful aura went around him. Then, many letter Z were forming around him.

 

"Darn,when will he fall!"Screamed Zero from the sidelines!He was starting to glow bright red.

 

Alex ran in and jumped onto Sephiroth and grabbed onto his left shoulder with his teeth. "Ie arn ou" (Die darn you) sephiroth tried knocking Alex off but he held and started sinking his claws into Sephiroth's back. Sephiroth hit Alex on the head but his animal instincts were kicking in.

 

Ultima, I am your guardian angel. You were in danger you didn't realize back there. You and I both know what Melissa is capable of. She is your sister, your older sister, just as powerful. You are on a journey to increase your power to protect her, but by finding her her, you will do so. But you already know that, don't you?

husky's odd connection with ultima suddenly kicked in again. he felt an immense burst of strength.

"holy shit..thats powerful.."

husky rushed at sephiroth and got a good clean slash on him. sephiroth was sent flying back but then disappeared into a dark vortex. he exscaped from battle.
wandering around husky could only presume that the burst of strength was ultima's doing.

 

Ultima lunged at Orea. Orea made no attempt to dodge, but to block. He held the Ruin Blade over his head and the blow's energy disappeared on contact. Orea took the two handed blade in one hand and swung at Ultima. Ultima tried to copy Orea's block, but he couldn't absorb the energy and was sent flying back. Orea swung once more, but Ultima dodged. He didn't realize the strength of Orea, and turned around to see the same sight as when he fled. Ultima took major damage. Ultima tried again to hit Orea, but this time he dodged. The Ruin Blade was too heavy for Ultima to stop, and when it hit the ground, Ultima was forced to let go as he was sent back by the equal and opposite reaction.

Okay, okay, I see your point... Taka could beat me up too if he was your age.

But remember, I am your age. I just appear older.

Yeah... but let's go. I trust you now. I think Melissa is in danger. That hallucination of mine... wasn't a hallucination...

Yuuri got up and started walking towards Sephiroth. Unfortunately, he was still sleeping. Fortunately, he was using his sleeping fight style. Yuuri lunged at Sephiroth, who still has Alex on him, and started sleeping on him. Sephiroth started trying to stab Yuuri but he was still in pain from Alex to hit Yuuri. He, Yuuri, started pounding Sephiroth with his feet and finally, Yuuri stopped sleeping. He used his Snake Bite attack and grabbed Sephiroth's other shoulder. Which would've crushed the bone if he was human.

 

husky closed his eyes for a few seconds to just stop and think.

husky was thinking about were to go. he had no real goal anymore. he looked around and noticed a familar sign.

"hey! i passed that sign when we set up camp way back then..yeah when the chimara attacked. were close to the one place i met ultima!."

husky rushed off stopped and looked back at jake.

"yo jake! i'll see you later! i've got a road to follow on my own!"

Balmar looks around. "well i have nothing better to do" and follows Jake. he looks around again and Says "anyone else coming along?"
then asks Jake "where are we going?"

 

husky ran back into the giant meadow were he first met them all he collapsed and looked into the night sky."ahh...being back here..i feel like i'm..at home."
a swift breeze flew by and husky noticed a girl sitting by a tree. he walked over to see who she was.
"hey there!"
the young girl looked up and seemed to be speaking words but her voice wasn't there. husky tried to sound it out with his lips.
"u..t..i..m..a h..e..l..p m..e"
husky looked at the girl who was pointing far away and then looked back.
she disappeared into thin air as if she was a hologram. husky noticed the direction she pointed at was were the alien caves resided. he had never set foot in the alien caves but he thought he'd at least check it out.
