"Alright then." Tom said. "And you're as smart as you are beautiful." They started walking off towards the area. "So do you have any clue who could want us there?"

 

Will rolled over, hugging Sara. He was still asleep but he was hugging her lightly. He was in an odd regenarative sleep, allowing his energy to replenish fast.

 

"Yeah." Tom nodded as they got to the vines covering up the entrance. Tom moved them out of the way and walked through. Inside was somebody sitting there. This person looked just like Tom, except older.

"Hello son." The person said.

 

Will sat up quickly, knives out. "What's wrong?" He asked Sara, looking around the cave. Either he didn't remember or didn't want to remember the fight with Jesse.

 

Will's jaw dropped. "Well there's a slap in the face..." He muttered. Ariana gasped. "Will, you know that because you almost killed him over it!" She shouted. Cidd's voice echoed around them. "Actually, it was Ares that was going to kill Jesse, not Will." He said, chuckling a bit.

 

Will stood, following Jesse outside into the fierce winter storm. He put his hand on Jesse's shoulder. "Jesse, it's fine. I understand your feelings but you have Amy." He said.

 

Will swallowed hard, not wanting the truth to be real. "Until then your with us all the way, got it?" He said, holding back tears.

 

Will shook his head. "No, it means your human. Everyone makes mistakes. Now c'mon, let's get everyone and got to one of the other mansions Cidd left us." He said, grinning.

 

Will shrugged again as they walked. "We'll get over it, now c'mon and cheer up!" He said, striding into the cave. Will sat next to Sara, drawing the phone.

 

Tom's memory came back to him once his dad spoke. "What are you doing here?"

"Is that how you greet your father?" He asked Tom.

"Do fathers leave their children so they can work for people who want to make their children suffer?" Tom replied.

"Okay, I deserved that." His dad said. "Do you want an explanation? I owe you at least that much. Well, before the dead President was elected, we were best friends. And so I was his running mate. But then he changed once he got elected. And so I stuck with him to protect you."

"Yeah, alot good that did. Every day mom tried to put me down. Make me feel worthless. How do you explain that?" Tom asked, trying to hold back his anger.

"Well... Neither of us wanted any of this to happen to you. Your mom... She truly cared for you."

"That's a lie. She didn't."

"It killed her on the inside, what she did. But it was to protect you. Listen Tom... I know that you can probably never forgive me... But I wanted to talk to you."

"Well now you have." Tom said angrily. "So you can now leave."

"But there's still much to talk about. Like who Angel is." His dad said.
