Another Kingdom Hearts Story II~ Servants of Light

Will strode up to Niki. "Is an expelled senior allowed?" He joked. His hair had gotten longer and he had sprouted, now skinny and gangly.

 

Shino walked around, talking to random people. He suddenly saw Niki, looking saddened, by the fruit bowl, refilling her cup.
He came upto her and asked her what was wrong. She shouldn't have been sad, she should be happy about graduating. Was she frightened of the future? Was something going to happen? Why is she upset? All these things ran through Shino's head.

 

Will followed, shrugging. "I can't Niki, there's no other school and I got expelled. Oh yeah my mom's having a party later. Shino your coming!" He said, laughing. He and Shino were now best friends.

 

"Ofcourse, Will"
Shino was upset that Niki was unhappy. He saw her with a sad look earlier, by the fruit bowl and she just yelled, thinking Jacob was an ordinairy freshmen.
"What's wrong, Niki, you seem upset about something?" he asked.

 

Shino laughed.
"That's funny, Niki"

2 months later

Shino woke up in his room, for the last time. He was moving out, thanks to the generosity of the Mayor, for saving Niki, a few years ago. Everything was packed up and his room seemed bare. A tear seemed to emerge from his eyes, as he took a glance at his old room. He went down the stairs and saw his mum crying.
"I can't believe you're leaving, Shino. It's gone so fast"
"Yeah...I know"
More tears shed down his cheeks, as he opened the front door.
"Well done, son" his dad said, hugging him tightly.
Shino nodded and taken a step back, seeing his mother cry more.
"It's not like I'll never see you again"
"I...I know" his mother responded.
"OK, bye"
Shino walked down the beach and went up a hill, to see a massive house, standng before him. It was double, the size of his parents'. He unlocked the door and saw a beautiful long staircase, infront of him and a large hall.
"Wow" he said, not believeing what he's seeing.
"Niki should come at any moment" he said to himself, looking at the front doors.

 

>Wait, can we do the party first Sora? I was planning on doing something...<

 

>Okay<

A flashback of his grad party sparked into his mind, as he waited for Niki to come and visit him.

(In his flashback)

Shino was drinking fruit punch and he looked towards Will, his best friend. He was worried about his future.

 

Later that night was Will's party. As this memory flashed through Will's mind he smiled. He remembered the principal knocking on the door. He remembered the degree he now had in his bag on his shoulder. The principal's speech at the party. "Will, you've done so well in school that I had to give this to you. I always thought of you as my favorite student except for the fighting."

 

Shino walked upto Will and the principal.
"Well done Will!"
He tapped his glass with his spare pencil, that he got from his pant pocket and everyone faced him.
"I say cheers to the future and good luck" he exclaimed, with his cup of fruit punch.

 

Will shrugged, pocketing the diploma. "My future is planned out. I want to be a chef and open a music store!" He announced, holding up his glass. "I say cheers to Shino and Niki!" He turned to Niki. "He mentions military school to me I'll kick his ass!" He said, grinning.

Chloe looked at Jacob. "Jake stop or your grounded for a year!" She said, bringing out a cake. It was Will's birthday as well as graduation.

 

Chloe turned to Jacob. "Next person that you do that to you need to apologize! No stop! Will go change." She said, setting the cake down.

 

Their grandfather Jacob strode downstairs. "Jake, quit crying that Will got a party. Remember, he'll be gone in about two months." He said, winking at Will. He was always joking with they boys. Their grandmother Jasmine came down. "Jacob honey, leave Jake alone. He was always a good boy, Will just has your temper." Their grandpa turned. "Mine? More like his father's."

 

Shino smiled, as he remembered what happened, 2 months ago. Shino was happy to be free from school but he'll miss his friends. He walked outside the large house, he owned and saw Niki walk towards him. He invited her around.
