Tom reached for Kate again. "No... You're not gonna give in. I won't let you."

The demon saw what was happening. He knew what needed to be done. He possessed Tom and jumped for Dark.

"No! I was saving her."

"The only thing you were doing was killing yourself. This needs to be done." They grabbed the amulet before Dark had a chance to react. They kicked off of Dark and smashed the amulet on the ground, destroying it. The demon then grabbed Kate's keyblade and turned to Niki. He didn't move. "I... I can't do it..."

Then suddenly, a sword was stabbed through Niki. The sword was on fire. "I'm so sorry Niki..." Polaris said. "I wish... It didn't have to end like this..."

"It's ok, just get them out of here." Niki said. Niki's body exploded with bright light. the light went over everywhere. It hit every inch of darkness. It killed the bad darkness and began turning the good darkness to light. All the darkness was begining to get destroyed. KAte sat up and looked. Her eyes were wide.

"Mom... MOM!" Kate yelled she was gone. Dark fell to the ground light eating him.

"NO, THIS CAN'T BE, NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" HE yelled.

Ale stopped fighting and looked where hit mom was at.

"She's... she's gone..." Ale said. He fell to his knees. "My own mother, sacraficed herself to save everyone..." Ale said.

"That's why she was chosen to become kingdom hearts..." Sera appeared. Everyone else captured and possesed by light appeared and they were safe, back to normal. Kate ran to her father and hugged him crying. Ale looked away. Sera walked up to Polaris.

"You did the right thing..." Sera told him.

"I wish there was another way though. I don't enjoy killing people." Polaris said.

"Are you alright?" Tom asked the demon.

"Yes. Being inside you protected me. Had I been touched by that burst of light, I'd be dead."

"We still have one more deed to accomplish."

"Yes. It's time to find Azazel. He's weak now. It'll be easy." The demon said as they teleported away.

"So you've finally come." Azazel said.

"Yes father." The demon answered. "We're back to take back what is rightfully his."

"Fine then. If you want it, come and claim it."

The demon (still in Tom's body) ran up to Azazel. Azazel simply floated away. "You're gonna have to try harder than that."

"No I won't. Look behind you. This darkness is slowly being dissolved. And guess what. The light is closer to you than it is to me." At that moment, light bursted through the area. The demon and Tom went up to Azazel and grabbed him. All of them glowed as Tom's power and memories were destroyed. "Alright Tom. I'll stay in you, but you have complete control."

"Fine by me." Tom said as his body started glowing again. He transformed into the creature that gave him power. "You know what? I think I'll call this form an avatar." The swords that were floating started glowing. They all flew from Tom's back straight into Azazel. The attacks pierced his body.

Azazel screamed in pain. The swords all went together in the shape of a scythe into Tom's hand. He slashed at Azazel four times, and then a spinning disc of energy charged up at the scythe. Tom swung again, and the disc cut straight through Azazel. Azazel's body disintergrated.

"Alright." Tom said. "Let's go to Kate."

The whole kingdom hearts council gathered.

"We'll need to find somone else to take over Kingdom Hearts now..." Rainbow said. She looked at the kids.

"We can't make them do it..." Harold said. Kate stood up.

"She was our mom! Can't you bring her back?" Kate said.

"She chose her destiny, we're not going to interfere." Harold told her. Kate looked at him. She looked away then ran off.

"KATE!" Ale yelled after her. He stopped.

"Ale... let her be for now..." Rainbow said.

"So who's going to take over?" Ale asked. Rainbow looked at Harold. Harold sighed.

"You kids get to choose." Harold said.

"I think all of you kids shook take over." Rainbow said. Ale looked at her.

"We'll wait for Kate to calm down before we choose. She is the youngest in the family." Ale said. Ale walked over to Koen and Erin.

"You guys think we should go find her?" Ale asked them.

"Ale, let her be..." Sera told him. Ale sighed and nodded.

KAte looked at him.

"She's gone though. My mom, she saved the world, but she's gone..." Kate said.

"I'm not to far away though." Niki's voice was heard, but sounding more like herself as a 14 year old (like the first AKHS) Kate turned around to see Niki (looking like the first AKHS) /she couldn't believe her eyes.

"Wait, but how... I reconise the way you look from pictures, but how...?" Kate was asking.

"I'm back to being a soul servant. What I was before I was born and became kingdom hearts." Niki said. She sat down by on a fallen log.

Shino watched Polaris kill Niki, his wife and he saw his children crying. Light erupted from his body and he returned to his usual form with tears in his eyes.
"How could this happen!?" he cried.
Shino suddenly heard the council, who were speaking of the next servant and they wanted the next servant to be one of his children. He felt angry at the council for firstly, not telling Shino, their plans. He was a part of the council and secondly, all this danger has affected his family. Everyone almost got killed, and Koen's best friend and Erin's boyfriend, John died. He wanted to take off his amulet because he started to hate the council but if he did that, he would die. He walked upto Harold, with a glare.
"How dare you think that I'd let them be guardians of Kingdom Hearts. They have suffered enough and this could have been stopped if you intervened BUT YOU DID NOTHING!!!"

"Shino, please, we were captured, you were captured to by darkness. Niki's body was posssesed and her soul was captured. She told Tom to do it, but Polaris did it." Rainbow told him.

"This is hard, we've seen to kingdom hearts move on." Harold told him. Ale walked over.

"dad..." Ale said. He sighed and looked at him.

"She did it to save all of us and you, she saved all the worlds." Ale said. Erin walked over wiping tears from her eyes. She stopped and a light appeared.

"Is that... John?" She asked looking at the light forming into a boy. Ale looked up. He looked at his father.

"Mom..." Kate said hugging her. Niki smiled.

"Hey you know, it's pretty weird to have the basic mind of yours from when you were 14, be in a 14 year old body, and have your 14 year old daughter hug you." Niki joked. She did the smile she's done numerous times in the past. Kate smiled and nodded.

"Now we better go find your dad, who knows what sort of danger he's getting himself into now." Niki joked. She winked at Kate. Kate smiled and nodded. She stood up and followed her.

John was shining in a yellow halo like colour and he drifted down infront of Erin. He wiped away her tear.
"Please don't cry, Erin..."
John tried to hold back tears but he felt a drop of water roll down his cheeks. He hugged her.
"I wish there was something I could do so I can't leave you, Erin"
Many tears were running down his face now. He wanted to act tough but he was upset that after this, he might not be able to see her again.

Koen held Mirisa tightly. He couldn't take this pain anymore. He wished everything was back to the way it was but he knew nothing would happen. John is not alive anymore.

Kate walked in with Niki. Ale was semi crying. Ale looked at her.

"Whos your friend?" Ale asked Kate.

"Well aren't you the one to be asking, Mr. Know-it-all." Kate said laughing. Niki punched her in the arm. She crossed her arms.

"Not cool, Kate, not cool." She said.

"sorry mom..." Kate said. Niki glared at her acting like a 14 year old then anything.

"That's mom! Mom, how are you!?" Ale exclaimed.

Shino had the memories of Niki and him. He remembered the wedding, when they had their first child, Ale and their adventures together. Tears were streaming down his face.
"She just can't..."
He suddenly remembered another memory; when Niki came back on the day of her funeral, almost 30 years ago. There was still hope, that she'd be back to surprise everyone and he widened his eyes, as Niki approached him, at the age of 14. He saw himself shrink and he was now 14 years old, like Niki was. He ran up and hugged her.

"Ok this is now to weird!" Kate exclaimed. Ale nodded in disbelief.

"Whoa, how on Earth did you... the amulet, it fell off!" Niki exclaimed.

"What's this got to do with anything?" Ale asked picking it up.

"That's what keeps him alive, if not he becomes a soul servant." Niki said.

"Great, why don't we all turn to soul servants. Wait Kate! We need to decide the next Kingdom Hearts." Ale exclaimed. Kate hurried over.

"Whoa, so I'm defnately not going to be it?" Niki asked. Rainbow nodded.

"Wow... well pick somone good." Niki called to them.

"How about we all do it?" Ale asked them. KAte looked at him. She thought about her mother.

"I'll pass, I think you should do it." Kate said.

"Me!?" Ale exclaimed.

Koen frowned at John, who seemed to be in an angellic sort of form.
"John's really..."

"He'll be up here, Koen, here at kingdom hearts, I may not be kingdom hearts anymore, but which ever of you do become it, then they can and you guys can come up here and see John all the time." Niki said. Ale looked at his father. He smirked.

"That's coming from the short guy, hahaha..." Ale joked. Kate looked at him and blinked.

"Ale... will you accept your gift?" Harold stepped forward saying. Kate looked at him and smiled waiting for his answer. Ale looked at all of his siblings, friends, and parents.

Erin had stopped crying by now and nodded at Ale. "You would be the one most fit to take it." She told er brother. Will had stood a bit away, shuddering as he watched his family and friends start to die off one by one. He wanted to do something. He still had all that darkness built up too. Will let darkness start to charge and he teleported, going after Polaris.

Kate crossed her arms. She turned and looked at her mother.

"You realise, Tom, that kingdom of yours, that one is still around, in fact I'm sure they'll be great when you return, do you know of Radiant Garden." Niki said. "It's your choice though Kate, you're still young, but whatever you want." Niki said. Kate looked at her.

"it's up to you Tom." Kate told him. She looked at Tom. She thought about the different ways, going back leaving off where they were she saw herself a mother, she saw herself about 20 and with Tom ruling over his kingdom with him. She saw Radiant Garden now the samething being able to see her friends and family, except it was no family of her own or anything.

"It's up to you, either way we'd be togeather." Kate said. Harold coughed and Ale looked back at him.

"We'll be going then." Harold said. Ale nodded and followed him.

"I don't know neither..." She said. Niki looked at both of them.

"Well follow your heart, that'll give you the answers." Niki told them. Kate looked at her.

"So what are you sugesting?" Kate asked.

"What do you want?" Niki asked her.

"Well, I like Tom. I love him with all my heart,, and I want to help him with his kingdom, will the Raidant Garden now accept him as the past one?" Kate asked. Niki shrugged.

"I don't have those answers, you'll have to talk to your brother." Niki told her. Kate looked at Tom.

"It doesn't matter, you follow your heart, what do you want?" Kate asked him.

"I just want to be with you." Tom answered. "Nothing else really matters. But, since you want to help me run a kingdom. I suppose we could go there. Learn what it's like."
