Deja Vu: The New Organization

Jaxx heard Voltiar and rolled her eyes, giving up on the chain around her wrist with a furious sigh. "Damn." she muttered. "I guess I just get to wear half a chain around my wrist until later." she said, annoyed. She smiled "Yup the bitch is dead." she said. "Let's go home." she looked at Hunter and then at Voltiar.

 

Jaxx smiled "You think I have the forethought skills for that?" she laughed "I didn't even think to tell anyone what was going on." she pointed out.

 

Jaxx smiled "That's cause you do." she said jockingly. She looked around "Anyway can we get out of here now. This place gives me the creepes." she said with a laugh. She looked around and then opened a path back to the castle. She was the last to walk through, hesitating at the enterence and looking back at where Eve had been before following Hunter and Voltiar through.

 

Jaxx just smiled "Woa! Everyone really we're fine see..." she gestured to Hunter, Voltiar, and herself who only had a slight burn mark on her wrist. "See no permanent damage. We had a plan to take out Xancu and we took it. The less people who would know the better so we couldn't tell you about it."

Kat was leaning against the back wall "Yeah you guys know these three screwups. They all act before they think." she laughed "We're just glad all three of you got back ok."

 

Jaxx smiled "Well maybe we could all use the break." she said though she didn't seem so sure about something. She wanted to get away from everyone to think. She squeezed hunters hand slightly before letting go "Anyway I'm tired so I'll talk to you guys later." she said. She looked at Elyon "Oh... and now that xancu is gone I think you're safe to wander again just not too far." she knew she always hated it when she was in Elyon's position and had to stick in big groups for safety purposes. She didn't want to put Elyon through that frustration. She walked over to the door and then went up to her room.

Jaxx came out of one part of her room back into the main part with her bed and desk and stuf. Her hair was wet and she was wearing different clothes than she was before. Her weapons were discuarded carelessly by the wall opposite the window that covered nearly the entire wall. She had locked her door for the past half hour but it was unlocked now. She pushed her hair *Wet so slightly darker colored than usual and natural curl waves showing through* out of her face only to have it fall right back. She made a face of dissaproval with it but didn't do much else as she sat down on the edge of her bed, trying to clear her thoughts. What Eve had said of course it made sence to her. If Eve had said it than it had been on of Jaxx's own thoughts but she knew one thing. She trusted Hunter that wasn't what she was worried about. She found herself actually resenting Kingdom Hearts.
"What exactly is Good and Evil anyway?" she thought to herself "Isn't that more a state of oppinion? Everyone sees the world differently and those that do what they do must do it because they think they are doing the right thing... right?" she sighed and said out loud "But I never asked to be a keyblade berrer or a princess of heart. I was dragged into that and so is Elyon." she leaned against the wall behind her, crossing her legs and messing with a throwing knife she saw on the bedside table. She thought to herself as she watched her reflection come and go on the blade of the knife as she spun it in her hands. 'So if it drags you into it without your concent it is using you... should I be helping to protect that that was using me or trying to protect those that it wishes to use next?' her head started to hurt from her deep thinking that she'd been doing for the past hour. She growled to herself and set the knife down a little too hard on the table again, it impailed the steel top of it but she didn't seem to notice. She wouldn't have had these thoughts that Kingdom Hearts light was bad before now. Why was everything so confusing now? "If someone wants something why follow the rules set by ancient men who made Kingdom Hearts? If she wanted her life back or if she wanted her family back or to see her friends and loved ones happy than why not just take it? Why play the game of old fools?"
She stood up and walked to the window. her reasonig was so different than before but she liked it better it made more sence to her now. Just like Hunter did. He wanted to get his life back so instead of bowing to the rules of the dead he did something about it and he came back. He of all people would understand that... but what about the others?
She sighed and looked down.

 

Kat saw Voltiar wandering around and she was pretty sure he was looking for Elyon. "She's been out in the ally practicing for hours now. I stayed with her for the first hour to make sure she didn't hurt herself but she's actually pretty good at this princess of heart stuf." she smiled.

Jaxx glared. She knew she should be teaching Elyon or something but she didn't have any desire to do so. She dissapeared and appeared again in a random ally. She appeared at exactly the same time Eve did. Neither of them seemed suprised to see the other.

"So logic caught up with you after all." eve said with an evil smile.

Jaxx shook her head "How come I'm only changing oppinions so rapidly after losing light? Why cant Hunter and the others see things we do?"

Eve shrugged "Have you asked any of your litt friends your new change of heart or are you just assuming they won't approve." she said.

Jaxx leaned against the wall "..." she started to regret not bringing her weapons with her.

Eve smiled "Well you could bring it up to them. You could tell them on the same day you tell Page to make us one again."

Jaxx shook her head "I haven't agreed to that yet."

Eve tapped Jaxx's head "Hello! We have the same mind I know you're going to agree." she said witha laugh.

Jaxx knocked Eve's hand away. "Not funny." she said.

Eve just laughed "I see my work here is done. You want my advice though? If anyone in your curcle of friends would see things our way it's Hunter so If I were you I would talk to him first." with that, she dissapeared.

 

On edge as it was Jaxx jumped when Blake suddenly spoke. She grimaced but then smiled and turned to look at Blake "I could ask you the same question." she pointed out with a sly smile.

 

Jaxx shook her head "Nothings wrong." she said, partly a lie but shes better at lying now. "I guess I'm just tired." she said with kind of a laugh. "Besides we shouldn't be all the way out here by ourselves right now anyway. I think Hunter has the wrong idea about us for some reason."

 

Jaxx couldn't help but smile at that as well "Hey give the kid a break. He had pretty messed up parents he was bound to be a messed up kid as well." she shrugged "Anyway it's cold out here and I have work to do so let's get back home." she said as she opened a portal. They both walked through it.
