Devil May Cry 5: Crimson Tears (Actual Roleplay)

Vanitas looked like he was going to cry. He stood up and politely bowed his head and said, "Thank you, Angeal. I'm honored to that you would let me live here." Vanitas obviously was a very serious guy, he never was one to lighten up, he usualy took every situation seriously. That was probably the reason he rarely attended parties or invitations, he would exactly be the life of the party.

 

Vanitas walked upstairs and looked at the rooms, he found a nice small one. Vanitas didn't have alot of stuff, basicaly he only had the clothes on his back and a small picture of his mom and dad holding him as a baby. Even though Vanitas hated his father he never removed him from the picture, he didn't know why himself. Vanitas nodded and said, "This one is small, that way I wont take up too much space. I just hope I don't become a burden for Angeal." He then walked downstairs and said, "Okay I picked a room out."

 

"So you and Nina are you two....well ya know, together?" Vanitas asked him. Then he took a bite of his ice cream sandwhich and enjoyed it's sweet taste. Vanitas was reminded of home made ice cream, it was a favorite of his town. He waited for Angeal to reply to his question about Nina.

 

Vanitas smiled, "I don't know I think you're kinda lucky. I never was able to get girls." Kinda odd though consider Vanitas was nice and pretty good looking. "When I was a kid my demon powers would appear at random, kids thought I was a freak." Vantias showed Angeal his hand, "See the nail mark in my hand? The kids they nailed me to a cross once, they mocked me and beat me up. They were trying to send me to hell, but since i'm human it didn't work." Vanitas was emotionaly scared.

 

"Yeah it was in New York, at a bar. I had left my father only a month before. You walked in there hunting for a demon turns out you mistook me for a demon due to my powers and we had a big fight. Then once we realized that was all a misunderstanding we began working together. You never told me about your childhood though. What was it like, Angeal?"

 

"I see, atleast you had a loving father." Vanitas shed a tear, "Ya know I never had a real christmas or thanksgiving? My birthday is tomorrow and I haven't had a birthday cake or presents in years. You were lucky just to have a good dad." Vanitas was so serious because aside from Angeal he had no friends, no one to care. So he never really knew how to be friendly, only how to be polite.

 

Vanitas sighed and nodded, "Thanks Angeal." Vanitas felt the energy from the devil arm. As he reached over to touch it, the energy knocked Vanitas against the wall, "Ow! Angeal what is happening with the devil arm? Why did it's energy attack me?" He asked his friend, confused because he thought Angeal was in control of the arm.

 

Vanitas didn't understand, "Well i'm here to help you fight whatever is on it's way." Vanitas was hoping that Angeal didn't make the arm attack him. Vanitas pulled out his blade, "What do you think is coming?" He asked his friend. Vanitas didn't like the bad feeling he was getting deep inside.

 

Vanitas felt someone close. He walked outside and saw a man in red, "Who the hell are you."
Vanitas looked back into the house, "Angeal get out here, I think we have company."
He just kept looking at the man in red, his sword drawn out and ready for battle.

 

Vanitas looked at the two, "Oh great, we can't just introduce ourselves like normal people can we?" Vanitas charged at the stranger but stopped when he felt something, "Angeal can you handle him. I just felt something." Vanitas ran off toward the woods. He found what looked like his mother, "M....Mom?" Vanitas said.
