Devil May Cry 5: Crimson Tears (Actual Roleplay)

Vanitas was about to stab the man but said, "Get out of here NOW!" The man stood up and ran away. Vanitas dropped his sword and fell to the ground, "It hurts to stand......" Vanitas had tears coming out of his eyes, he was in alot of pain. He wanted to stand but he knew it would hurt too much.

 

"Let's see how the boy fights." Yoh replied to Angeal. "Cmon!! Revenge your mom! Don't give up now" He shouted to Vanitas. He then turned to Angeal and said "Anyways Angeal, I scent a demon aura near your shop. What happened?" He asked and was curious.

 

Vanitas laid there trying to figure out how to get up but then the man in black jumped from the sky, "Fool! You're too nice for your own good." The man kicked Vanitas in the stomach but it hit his spine too causing it to fracture. Vanitas screamed, "AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!" The man smirked, "You're pathetic and your mother is a whore. Mommy's little boy is beaten up, ya want mommy to kiss your boo boo's? Ya pathetic dog!" Vanitas hated this, he was hurt and humilated.

 

"Hmmm, I guess it was a copycat, it copies your soul so it does looks like you. I have met one and sent him back to hell, wonder if it was him hmmm..." Yoh replied to Angeal. "Anyways, Vanitas finish that man quickly so I can met that Nina girl, Angeal was talking about." He then chuckled.

 

The man staggered back in pain. He looked at Angeal and said, "Well now, the fools protect eachother, eh? You and your friends are just poor people. Your street rats, you have no morals, no thought process. And yet for all your compassion for eachohter, you would still stab eachother in the back. Let me remind you there is not a single person in the world that Vanitas cares more for than his mother. Do you think he would not kill you if it meant saving his lover....I mean mother?"

 

"Then prove it, disarm yourself and I will offer Vanitas a choice. He can either kill you and save his mom or he can not kill you and I will not help him find his mom. If you really trust Vanitas then lets test him this way." The man healed Vanitas and said, "Now Vanitas make your choice." Vanitas picked up his sword and walked over to Angeal. He wanted his mom back so bad but Angeal was his best friend.

 

Vanitas thought about his mother. He thought back to when he got stung by a bee once and how his mother whiped away his tears and gently nursed the sting. She would sing to him and hold him close. On one Christmas night the car broke down and while his father fixed it, his mother kept him warm in the car and sung christmas carols. Then he thought of all the fun times with Angeal. Vanitas began to cry and threw his sword to the side, "I can't do it....I can't kill him....i'm sorry mom....." Vanitas felt like he just abandoned his mom, like he didn't love her anymore.

The man sighed, "Such a fool." He dashed behind Vanitas and grabbed him by the head, he slowly twisted Vanitas' trying to break his neck, "I sacrifice you to my lord SATAN!!!!!!!!!" Vanitas looked at Angeal and begged, "Don't let me die." but then Vanitas' neck broke and he dropped dead.

 

The man removed his hood to reveal a man in his mid 40's who had Vanitas' eyes, "To think a father had to kill his son. It felt so good to take my own son's life. I loved feeling his despair as his life was ended. I get such a high from it. I killed my own son, my own child was killed by my hand. It tickles me to think that I just killed my son." He laughed like a maniac.

 

"Don't you get it yet? There is nothing like a parent killing their own child. Think about it for a second. I'm his father and I should protect him but instead I kill my own son and then sacrifice his soul to Satan. That is the most twisted, evil thing a person could do. And I get such a rush from it, it excites me. I should have killed him when he was a baby, maybe I should have drowned him or crush his head between my hands. Oh God, I love it!!!!!!!!!"

 

Vanitas' father felt his jaw break from the punch, "W.....wait....." He said as he blocked Angeal's next punch. "That's enough......I wanted to see how strong your friendship was and now the pain you feel has confirmed it is very strong." He healed his jaw with demon powers, "Listen Angeal, I killed him and sacrificed Vanitas for a reason. His soul is in hell right now where his mother is. If Vanitas can save his mother and escape hell through the ninth level then he can return. I killed him because it was the only way he could save his mother."

 

"You need to protect his body." Vanitas' father healed his son's broken neck. "His body has to remain intact, if something happens to it he will be unable to return to life. By the way I should have told him that 'she' was waiting for him back home. You think you can tell him that 'she' is waiting for him, Angeal?"

Vanitas awoke in hell, he felt the immense heat and the air was unbreatheble. He felt like he was going to die but he couldn't die. Vanitas looked in front of him to see a woman trying to hide her nakedness, "Mother..." Vanitas removed his hoodie and wrapped it around his mom, "Hey mom." She looked up at Vanitas and then she began to cry, "Oh no.....Vanitas, I didn't want you to go to hell. Son, leave now. I know you want to save me but please, this place is unbearable." Vanitas shook his head, "No, I finally found you and now I am going to get you out of here." She looked at herself and said, "Vanitas...i've missed you so much." She kissed his cheek.
