Dominion of Everything Redux

Alright, finally got my post up! Time to get this raid started!

So, cast of Dominion, I feel I should apologize to you all for not being more prompt with my posts. I understand that a large portion of the story relies on me posting and the RP cannot move forward if I put off posting. That being said, from now on, I will be trying my best to post within two to three days of a relevant post in the RP. In other words, from this point on, I will never hold up the RP more than three days at a time. I don't want this RP to die, and I think me being quick with my replies is an important step toward that goal.

Finally, I want to thank you all for your great participation so far! You're the ones that make me want to keep the RP alive. I hope you all are as enthusiastic about finishing this RP as I am.

Aha, you guys crack me up! Puns everywhere. Also, thanks for posting so quickly this round, everyone! I'm glad you guys are so motivated.

 

Well, you, Summoner, and Reprise haven't posted this round as Glyde, Seraphin/Snaedis and Caitlin respectively. As for the tank situation, they are being deployed toward Kurao and Snaedis. Requiem has already posted this round. Summoner still has a chance to smash some tanks as Snaedis, though she is fatigued from using her powers.

I'd say that there is a fair chance Seraphin and Caitlin will notice the tanks, maybe they'd be so kind as to help with the smashing?

 

Yes, you did. We're probably tracking "rounds" a bit differently, I was tracking it by my post, and likely you by yours. But yes, Summoner and Reprise are both up to post.

Yep, his post is right after yours on the last page of the RP.

 

The rocket explodes when the tip hits something solid. In theory, a pebble could set one off, provided that it's thrown hard enough. Someone please tell me if that's wrong, though, and I'll edit it.

 

I understand if it was a boulder or a rock but I never did think that a pebble would actually make a bomb explode. Not saying that it is wrong or anything. Never did thought of it that way.

Hopefully wikianswers is reliable, because I'm having trouble finding a better source for this specific question. Sounds reasonable enough. So yes, in this case, since it was a missile launcher made to be used by infantry, it would likely be categorized "tiny" and thus have a blasting cap that would react to Caitlin's attack.

Seems fine to me. I was going to have the Jettroopers act as the next wave of slightly tougher enemies, but now I'm not sure if it's necessary, considering most of us are under fire.

No one has posted for a week! Here are the people that are holding up the show:

REPRISE- We are waiting for your post as both Caitlin and Tsubasa. You are holding up both the heroes and the Syneptophy's stories, so please, post as soon as possible.

SUMMONER- Waiting for your post as Snaedis and Seraphin. Since you control two characters, you have a rather large impact on the Syneptophy story. Please post as soon as possible.

Wayward cannot yet post as he has taken control of the defenders and is waiting for Summoner and Reprise to respond. Similar situation for Zac, as leader of the heroes, he cannot respond until he has gotten word from Tsubasa. Finally, since Reqiuem was the latest one to post, they are obviously in the clear as well.

Sorry. I had to take care of my own personal matters first before thinking about this site. I have time now so I'll get right to it.

 

Of course, real life always comes first. Next time, consider posting here in the OOC and letting us know you'll be delayed. Can't wait to see your post, Snaedis is in quite a hot spot!

@Reprise: Phenomenal post! Very creative. Though, I wonder, if controlling three tanks at once a little much. Looking over it the wording for your projection ability again, I see the wording is very loose. Would you mind clarifying it a bit more? From what I understand, Caitlin projects her physical strength using her heart. At the most, I could see that accounting for the takeover of a single tank (projecting your hands to take control), but I'm having trouble understanding how she is controlling multiple tanks at once. Note, I'm not criticizing your post, I would just like to better understand Caitlin's projection ability.
