Zane glances around the ruins he notices a shadowy figure standing on the outside of the ruins looking in through the hole in the ceiling, his shadow cast on the floor just-right to make it look like zane's shadow. zane looks back at draco and answers his question. "draco...after my father Husky Kibaru died...the book of twilight he left me...it's given me questions...questions i need answers to...what is the power of twilight, why is such a bad thing? and...why do i have it too...?"

 

Dalxin had continued deeper inside the ruins. He didn't actually know what he was going to find.

Treasures? Mystical Gems?

He did, however, know what he wanted.

Answers. Answers to his past, his present and also, his future. He walked on, thinking hard.

"Why can't I remember anything?" he said in frustration.

Lost Memories

It doesn't really matter. He was certain that the power of these ruins would restore his memories back to him. At least......he hoped so.

Then..he stopped. He heard voices. And in the distance he saw a dimly lit fire. It was, he decided, time to find out who was here other than him, and also why.

 

Zane i know you have questions but i am looking for some one. maybe you know him? he is my brother, Horus is his name. Zane he was also inpowered with the power of twilight. he might have answers to your questions...said draco and then senced someone else nearby.........

 

Zane opens his eyes completley suprised that someone else has his power. he looks up at the hole in the ceiling but the shadow is gone. then hears someone take a step down the hall. Zane summons his blades of twilight and then presses himself against the wall ready to ambush whoever's coming.

 

Dalxin stopped when he heard the summoning of blades.

"Damn" he muttered to himself. "Gotta learn to be more silent"

Then he grinned to himself.

"Lucky for me, there's a lot of darkness around here." he said, and then he disappeared into the shadows.

"They don't call me the Dancing Shadow for nothing"

 

draco draws his blade as well and waits for the ambush.................

 

Zane suddenly stops draco hearing a weird sound. the footprints suddenly stopped. in a moments notice zane see's a man leap out of the wall and shoves draco intently off to the side taking the blow. he doesn't give up. Zane shoves both of his swords deep into the mans torso and then let's go. the blades disappear into thin air and zane topples over. "damn....thought i was...stronger.."

 

zane get's up and moves aside when a wolf comes out of nowhere and attacks their enemy. zane knew this wolf, it was axela.

OOC: idk if it's alexa or axela..*confused*

BIC:rustling through his shoulder bag zane pulls out a potion and chugs it. he starts feeling a little refreshed and then summons his blades again.

 

Dalxin danced around as the struggle continued.

He wasn't exactly looking for a fight, but somehow he ended up in one. His first blow was blocked hit one man, and he fell to the floor, but was now up again. He was stabbed in the torso, but it didn't hurt in his shadow form.

Still, the odds didn't look good for him, as it was 3 against 1 at the moment. He knew what he needed to do.

'Just keep calm and stay out of the light' he thought to himself.

With one quick blow he knocked the wolf to one side then straightened his double-pole arm and aimed a strike at draco.

 

draco blocks the double-pole arm and jumps backs then jumps forward slashing the shadow....

 

Draco's attempted slash did almost no harm to Dalxin, although he did feel a slight itching where the blade made contact.

He ignored the attack and followed up with a stab with his double pole arm, while also aiming a kick to Zane's face.

 

Dalxin was now on the ground, being held by Ultima.

Who are you?

Dalxin counted his chances. He had spotted the patch of sunlight. He transformed back into his original form and shoved Ultima off him. The other two was still on the ground.

Just a traveler in this ruins. Until I was set upon by YOU THREE.

He got off the floor and started brushing himself, wiping off the dust covering his black robes.

Look, I didn't come here looking for a fight. I've got much better things to do than to waste my time on you three.

He walked to the edge of the cavern, wiping his fingers on the stone wall, all the while, muttering to himself,

Hmmmmm...it should be here somewhere...

 

Dalxin was surprised. The man had seemed to recover from their little skirmish quite quickly.
He quickly saw the advantage of having the trios help. He squinted at Ultima.

Have you ever heard of the Ancient Lyai people?

He then turned his back on Ultima and continued to look at the walls of the cavern. There seemed to be runes, in a language that he vagely understood.

completley unaware that zane was leaning on a wall behind this mysterious man. zane speaks up. "lyai....it sounds...so familiar. i wonder were i've heard it from, oh well! if draco and ultima are in on this count me in as well!"

i slowly got to my feet and listen to ultima, and heard the word Lyai...and remembered something on their last adventure about the lyai..i said.."dont the lyai people come from one of the anchiet civilizations..?"

 

Dalxin carefully listened to Ultima's words, but only one caught his attention.

Yes......Resurrection

He turned to face the trio.

The words on the wall seem to indicate the resurrection of a dark goddess of fire. I don't know much about her. Maybe the Lyai worshiped her. But....how do I do it??

He seems lost in his own thoughts again and turned back into the wall trying to decipher more of the ancient text.
