mine would probably be samurai champloo (mediocre story but i love the fighting scenes and its old japanese/hip-hop influences) and bleach. i don't watch too much anime so my list has room for expansion...

Thats all I can think of, I tend to lean twards darker styled anime, or at the very least anime that appeals to my style (Witch Hunter Robin for example) as long as it has a good story and decent animation though I will watch just about any kind of anime.

However when it gets stretched out for almost 200 episodes like Inuyasha did and doesn't really end... >_> I find it very bothersome..
